    One of the best apartment spaces in Bedford! Any issue I had was resolved within due time. The Staff and management is just amazing. Nicole is the most understanding and cooperative manager! She is the most amazing person - and has been a key source ensuring we have a smooth and comfortable residence.

    Always efficient, courteous, address issues immediately. From Front Office Staff to Maintenance Team, The Bedford Oaks Staff is wonderful.The added bonus is the peaceful environment and access to other amenities in the community.

    Even though I do really like this complex, we have had a few of bad issues while living here. One had to do with the towing company they utilize which is one of the worst companies Ive ever had to deal with. They towed my partners car because of two transposed letters of his plate number and were not only unwilling to work with us, but also damaged his car quite a bit. When I tried to speak with the apartment office about it, they explained their protocol and regretfully informed me that there was nothing they could do to help which was extremely disappointing. The second issue was my packages being stolen. Moral of the story, if you live here just make sure fully that your plate numbers are written exactly and that you have your packages delivered in a more secure place; I use the Whole Foods pick up location now. One last issue was a fire that occurred in the unit next to us due to a faulty vent fan that filled our unit completely with smoke and ash. I will say though, the maintenance man on duty that day was absolutely amazing and so quick to make sure we were all safely out of our units and got the fire department there very quickly.All of that being said, you cannot find a better office representative, or kinder person, than Nicole. She is a true gem and I hope she stays for as long as I do, at very least. The complex is quiet and I love my unit. Nicole is quick about getting maintenance sent when needed, which hasnt been very often. The pool is great (8ft deep and salt water) and there are tons of trees and wildlife. And lately theyve been doing these games through email and Facebook that have been a lot of fun, something I havent seen at previous apartment complexes. All in all, this is a really good place to live, even if the towing company sucks the big one.

    Although my application did not get approved due to not meeting requirements, I still need to give Bedford Oaks a 5 star review for my experience! Nicole was so professional and attentive when I visited the office to get information for the first time, even stopping what she was doing to help me and answer questions. The community is small, quiet, and beautiful. After applying, Amerika stayed in constant and frequent communication with me, walking me through the process and going above and beyond to work through technical issues online. It’s never fun or easy to deliver difficult news, but Amerika was so sweet and caring while letting me know that I didn’t meet the requirements at the moment to sign a lease. The only bad part of my experience is that I don’t get to move in! Hopefully I will be back in the future. I highly recommend this community, the staff is 10/10!

    Love this place. Maintenance team is always quick with work orders. They are all so nice including the office ladies. They respond fast to anything that we need.

    The weather is really heating up. My ac compressor was struggling. I put in a maintenance request and maintenance responded within the hr. 3 hrs later, they have already addressed the situation. I love that all the management and employees here take such good care of their tenants. No one can be 100% all the time. As a renter, great management and employees sure are a blessing. Thank you, Amerikana, Nicole, and Miguel. And all of the other employees who work here that I may not have met.

    Our family have been residents at Bedford Oaks apartments for one year now. It has been a very good experience for us. All issues and concerns were dealt with in a timely manner. The office staff is very attentive to our concerns. Especially Nicole Fajardo, you should be very proud of having an amazing employee like Nicole. We recommend Bedford Oaks apartments for anyone looking for a nice quiet place to live.

    I was thinking of not renewing.. but Nicole has great service and people skills. She keeps things flowing great and has made my living experience at Bedford Oaks enjoyable !     I’ve lived here for more than a year now, and this is my honest opinion. I have read some of these negative reviews, and I don’t feel like people understand what it means to run a business and or complex. There are an estimated 300+ tenants here, with maybe five or so maintenance people working here. Cut them some slack and they will get to you. They are working the best they can. Nothing in life is perfect. The office management is doing the best they can to please your needs but have to follow their own rules. In the time I’ve been here, I have nothing but admiration from this group trying their best to make this complex wonderful for all of us to live in. Thank you, Bedford Oaks Management ❤️

    One of the nicest apartments to live in Bedford. Everyone in the management works really well. Especially Nichole. We appreciate her help. She always make sure every maintenance is done with stipulated time period.

    Becoming a single senior is stressful! I haven’t lived in an apartment in over 40 years. But “life” happens and we gotta make the best of it! Searching for the price and amenities led me to Bedford Oaks. I was nervous facing my new life ahead of me. I walked into the office and was welcomed by Nicole. Guess she could tell I was a bit nervous so she took her time explaining all the choices the complex offered. I also met the manager Lisa and the maintenance crew. All of them made me feel at home. Together they gave me “peace of mind”. Very professional and friendly!! Thank y’all!! ❤️

    This is a great place to live. I am going on 3 years here. It is quite, people are friendly. The office staff are great. The maintenance is awesome. I would recommend this place to anyone. Yes it is older Apt’s but has lots of storage. Lots of trees 🌲. You feel like you’re in the country. My 2 pets love it here, & so do I. Joyce

    Lisa the property manager is ABSOLUTELY wonderful. We had a flood in our apartment and she made sure every minute that her staff and contractors were taking care of us and doing their job. She also stayed in direct contact with me making sure all of our needs were being met with this situation. I have lived in these apartments for 7 years and Lisa has been the best manager Ive worked with!!!Thank you Lisa and Bedford Oaks for giving her to us!!!

    If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would. Visiting this property was the best choice Ive made in a long time. Edith and her staff were very professional and prompt in taking care if me. Went to look at a 2 bedroom/ 2 bath and the property was absolutely stunning. The layout of the apartment was perfect for me and my little family. And to top it off, it is SUPER affordable. I will most definitely be signing a lease as soon as my current one is up. Ive never been so excited to live in an Apartment complex as I am now. Thank you so much for everything Edith! Youre an absolute wonderful person. And to everyone else reading this, dont miss this once in a lifetime chance to be apart of not only an amazing community, but something that truly feels like home!

    Lisa has made a personal interest in helping me and my brothers. She has been patient with email issues and moving problems, to just listening and being a shoulder for me. She is genuine and takes a HUGE interest in this property and it’s tenants.     During my application at the Bedford Oaks Apartments (BOA), I was pleasantly surprised by the help I received. Lisa Marie, the property manager, and Brie, the leasing consultant, provided the warmest and most memorable experience, making me feel like a valued customer. First, they resolved a conflict with RENTCafé existing on an account at another property; and, more importantly, they explained pricing and legalese in applying for tenancy. Very patiently, Lisa and Brie instructed me through the entire application process, enabling me to complete the online forms correctly and in a timely manner. My application was immediately accepted and I look forward to moving into BOA later this year.

    Hmm well If I could give 10+ stars I most definitely would.. I was greeted by Edith who was amazing, she was very pleasant and had a very welcoming personality. She answered all the questions I had about the apartment area. Although they didn’t have a model for me look at she assured me that I wouldn’t be disappointed. I did go online and I was impressed even without actually looking at it.. You can tell that the managers, owner of the property and the tenants care by keeping it clean. It looks well taken care of which is one of the things I first look at when looking for a new home. Although I did go during the day I just Iove how quiet and hidden it is. Bedford Oaks is close to a bunch of stores, restaurants, and not that far from the hwy. I know I made the right choice when picking These apartment . Thank you Edith for your welcoming and wonderful customer service.

    I lived at BO for 4 years. Great community, very quiet and peaceful. Management staff is awesome, Lisa & Nicole really takes care of the property and stays on top of everything.

    Just moved in and they gave me a nice, clean apartment! Everything looked great, especially the interior design. Jocelyn & Lisa communicated effectively from the time I applied all the way to move in day. The area has easy access to grocery stores. Albertsons and Kroger is 3 minutes away, as well as a neighborhood Walmart. There’s a library across the street, and plenty of food options to chose from! Also, the complex is very quiet and spacious!

    Recently went with my brother while he was apartment shopping. We stopped here and found just what he was looking for at a good price for the area. The lady in the office was very friendly and made the moving process easy for him as a first time apartment renter. He moved in and the apartment was really nice. I would recommend this place to other friends or family.

    Upon arrival here at Bedford Oaks Apartments, I was so excited about ourNew Home.     They have a new company managing now. I called The manager for repairs on my apartment Friday and it was done on Monday. One thing they couldn’t fix because it had to be ordered but when it came in it was fixed right away that same week. My last Apartments took weeks for small repairs and one time a whole month and half to fix my light fixture.

    AC has stopped working and was fixed same day. Luis Ortiz came over as soon lunch was over to make sure I had it fixed. He was fast and very responsive to the need of it being fixed cause of heat. Thats the best part of these apartments is the maintenance

    I would like to recognize (shout out too) Jocelyn Thomas for assisting me in the process of completing documentation, answering Q&A, setting up meetings, providing a clean apartment, and bring transparent. The management team seem friendly and cooperative (remind you I have only been in the apartment for a few days, please ask how my experience is in the next 30 to 60 days) So far so good.

    Peetra- Weve been living here for almost a year and our experience has been awesome, they are very helpful and friendly. We love living in these apartments because everything is close and its very quiet Melissa has been a very great help and very understandin, the maintenance men are also awesome they get the work done and are really nice.

    Look here for a year and if a little bit of trouble not anything really that bad other than my CF and I might have a leak and needed to have Freon put in it but man as soon as they put it in there thank blue colder than I could imagine so I mean we good price Managements nice and its just all-around is an easy experience
