These apartments are beautiful! Well kept and the office staff are always available and eager to assist! The amenities are top-notch and the apartments themselves are spacious and beautifully designed. However, what really stood out to me was the amazing service provided by the leasing agent,(JADA). She was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, funny, and went above and beyond to ensure that all my questions were answered. She made the entire experience seamless and stress-free. I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a luxurious living experience and especially appreciate the outstanding customer service JADA, ASIA, LUELLA provided. THANK YOU ALL for an unforgettable experience!

Jada Charles was the sweetest most caring person. She was honest about everything and you could tell that she really cares about her clients. I’ve been to many apartments and she made me the most comfortable out of all the tours I’ve been on. This is definitely one of my top options to live.When you come ask for Jada!

I’ve been here for 6 months. Jada is always on top of business with move in and any needs or concerns. My unit is quiet so no complaints there. I love the pickleball court and mini track. The downside of this complex is the strict parking policy. If I was told how it really worked, I would have moved elsewhere. You are only allowed to register one guest per 24 hours with the hopes that the front office has open spots. I had surgery and needed my parent to look out for me but I could not register them for more than 3 days; this is very inconvenient. I understand that we are near high crime areas, but rent is too expensive to not have to be treated like children. If this does not change before my lease is up, I will be finding somewhere else to live. Also, the spiders are really bad but they send pest control out frequently. I also had a broken blind and vent fan residue that was never fixed/ replaced; even though I put in requests. Overall, this is a great community but if they want to flourish more, a new parking system should be put in place.

I recently toured Beckett Mill Creek with Jada, and she did an outstanding job. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive to all of my questions. Jada provided a thorough overview of the property, highlighting all the amenities and features, and made sure l felt comfortable throughout the process. Her professionalism and expertise made the tour a great experience. Highly recommend!!

Lived here for a year was the first in my unit when I moved in. Love the apartment and amenities! Everyone is very friendly shoutout to my cool neighbors in Building 2 and the folks in the leasing office! My first apartment so I was very nervous being on my own but everyone was helpful and welcoming. I’ve felt very safe here (as much as you can we still live in Houston) even walking around at night. Everything stays generally clean only real bugs are ANTS, spiders, and mosquitoes (which can be treated easily). No roaches! Only thing is parking, especially for guests, is really bad, you have to be strategic or your guest can get towed if not on the parking app or if they can’t get a spot at the leasing office after hours. And it only lets you put one guest for 24hrs so hopefully they can all carpool. One of the main reason i’m moving at the end of my lease because I like to entertain friends and family alot. Perfect place if don’t have many people over and enjoy a generally quiet atmosphere!

I just recently moved in and so far everything has been fantastic both Cathleen and Jade were such a big help during the application and moving process. They were very patient and provided both me and my mom with the best information.Ive lived here for a year now and the service has been amazing. All maintenance request have been responded too with 24-48 hours, Ive had maintenance help jump my car when it was dead, and all the leasing staff is very helpful. Definitely renewing my lease when its time.

I love Jada in the front office!. She conducted my tour and I must say: 11/10.From giving me direct, easy to understand expectations for when I move in…all the way to making sure I am taken care of during the application process. I look forward to being a new resident here and Jada is a big reason why I felt confident in my choice. Not to mention the huge complex, i love that you can register up to like 5 cars on your agreement (ideal for fam/friends), have access to the pickleball court/meeting rooms/ dog park etc!! You cannot find great safe location like this, plus a supportive leasing office staff with great attitudes everywhere; but you can have it with Jada and by moving to Beckett.

I have lived here for a year, the complex is very well taken care of, very clean and organized, maintenance is very fast, no issues whatsoever.Cathleen is very understanding and willing to help you if you have any problems, the leasing team really cares about the residents and any concerns a resident may have.

My family and I moved into this complex about a month ago and have loved it so far. We’ve enjoyed the amenities, quality finishes, quiet environment, and friendly neighbors.As some other reviews have mentioned, we’ve had some (harmless) spiders which is to be expected with a new build that’s been sitting. The front office staff and maintenance staff have been amazing around pest control services and following up to ensure resolution with any tickets we’ve put in.What I will say is that what stands out most about this complex is that customer service of those in the front office is TOP TIER. I’ve worked with both Jada Charles and Luella Washington from searching for an apartment all the way to living here for the month and they have been phenomenal! Truly above and beyond, incredibly thoughtful and compassionate in their responses.

I’ve been waiting to post a review until living at Beckett for a few months , now that I have here is my honest review . Applying was a breeze we did our application with Jada & I loved that mostly everything was digital and so easy to do . Every time I called about something I got a quick response and everyone is very well informed I never had to be handed off to someone else who knew more . To a lot of people it’s not impressive a lot of places will treat you well to get you in . BUT , I’ve been here several months and I am pleased to say that anytime I’ve had an issue all 3 ladies at the front office are ready to go to make sure I’m taken care of the same day . Reporting an issue is so easy through the app & Mr.Gerardo onsite for maintenance is such a sweet and loveable guy , makes you feel super comfortable while he’s working on what he needs to do and gives you tips while he’s there if applicable . The property itself is 10/10 for me and my family ! We love having the dog park which is well kept and that the place is so dog friendly . They are always working on the property and i personally have never even seen trash laying anywhere , which is very hard considering there are inconsiderate people . Retrieving our mail is super easy and I love that it’s indoors away from heat and rain and that as well that I get too see all the smiley faces that always say hi & if they have time stop me to have conversation . You just can’t fake the personality , character and good manners that these ladies have ! It truly feels great living here . Just too add an extra , for Mother’s Day I recieved the Most beautiful arrangement for Mother’s Day from these ladies . I love how they’ve taken the time to notice these small things , how they stop and acknowledge my children and speak to them . All in all , I will definitely be renewing my lease ! And if for anything it would be 100% due to them . Because an apt building can be great but if management is terrible it’s no use . Thank you ladies for all you do !

So far, everything has been great. I love the communication between the leasing staff; Cathleen, Luella, & Jada. The community is very quiet at the moment and is peaceful. The kitchen marble tops and spaceious layout were a plus for me. The gym has everything you need for a nice workout. The pool has been my favorite amenity & stays open a decent amount of time. I was also thankful to be able to rent a detachable garage as well, and it really made it easier to decide on applying for a lease. 5 stars for Beckett Cottingham.

I’ve recently moved into Beckett Cottingham.Cathleen in the leasing office has been phenomenal. She’s incredibly friendly and helpful. She was very responsive to my calls and emails prior to moving in, and did her best to assist me in any way she could.The community manager, Luella, was respectful and did her best to make sure we were satisfied with our new home.The apartment is brand new and has nice appliances. The rest of the community is still being built, but I look forward to seeing it completed.

I recently was looking at apartments to look into the area, and the amenities and beautiful apartments caught my eye. I went into town with my dad to go touring, and Cathleen had the best customer service and help by far. I got the chance to view the model apartment and pick out exactly where I would be living when I moved in, and Cathleen was super transparent and informative throughout the entire process. If you are looking for a great place to live in Houston, dont look past this complex :)
