I would definitely recommend this apartment for a place to call home. Safe, quiet, and well maintained. This will be my 2yr with Bateswood and plan to stay longer. I absolutely love the staff. Ms.Paula, Ms Rachel, and the rest of the staff are always there to help. Maintenance responses in a timely manner. The apartment always invite us to come interact in the holiday celebration snacks and treats for the kids or you too if you want it. I absolutely love this place and glad I chose them. Plus it’s a lot of community support and events in the area . Chose Bateswood!!!

Darryl Collin’s is the absolute best. He show me several units and when I told him what I seen online he took me to that exact unit and I was sold instantly. I love living in this complex, the floor plans are huge and maintenance is amazing. The office staff is very friendly and always willing to help. I lived here as a kid and moved back in as an adult.*If this review persuaded you to move in give my name as your reference so I can get that referral fee 😂

I know everyone have their own experience, but from the time I walked through those doors, I was treated with respect. Working with Darryl was an awesome experience. I honestly have to say that I have not had someone to going beyond what is required to make me feel welcomed the way he did. He made sure everything was ready to go before I walked through the doors of my new apartment...spacious and clean. Worth the price! Come check them out and ask for Darryl!! You wont be disappointed!

Darrell and Rachel in the front office are the greatest. They are always helpful with any issues. The grounds are well kept. Maintenance issues are never a problem.

I’m currently in the process of moving to Houston and so far finding a place has been really stressful. When my cousin recommended Bateswood manor I wasn’t sure because I know she had problems in the past but the leasing agent was very nice and helpful. She offered to send me a video of my unit and emailed me everything I needed that same day. The entire process has gone so smooth it put my mind at ease knowing I have my place ready to move but the customer service that I got was the best part of the experience.

I give bayou bend a 5 star because they are very good at making this a clean safe place. their maintenance is very good at keeping this a clean well maintained complex. They care about their community.
