Great place to call home. Quiet neighbors and great location, near to city conveniences and nature. Though the community exists for quite some time it has been renovated recently. Inside unit is spacious and finishes are pretty good maintained, even some aged but kept ok. Alejandra and Maribel are very kind and diligent.After some months living in this complex, I have to make few updates. The laundry room is terribly kept by a 3rd party vendor! Seriously I dont know how this SOS Go laundry is in business because 4 out of 8 machines (4 washers, 4 driers) are constantly broken - dirty, very bad kept! The laundry room are always dirty and with wet floors.The apartment entrance in some buildings get so muddy that residents have to jump around not to get their feet wet and dirty. It could be better kept - so much potential...

My time at Barton Mills Apartment Complex has been absolutely wonderful! It feels like home already. The management team is extremely responsive and supportive, and the location couldnt be better, with easy access to Zilker Park, Barton Springs, downtown, South Congress, and more. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with mature trees, creating a peaceful atmosphere perfect for families. Plus, the community is quiet and family-friendly, with top-notch schools nearby. I can see us calling this place home for many years to come and highly recommend it to others

I just moved in and have been pleased with the community and staff here. My unit was ready and clean and pleasant and upgraded and I’m almost unpacked. 🤷‍♀️ Everything has been smooth and great. We even got new roofs recently which is nice to see that the property continues to improve. My neighbors are sweet and friendly, too. Nice place to call home. ❤️

I’m pretty new, moved in 2 months ago.When I walked in, I knew then, the unit I was in was perfect. The location of it, the privacy, the excellent boiler for the water and simplicity I needed.Granted I made some changes on lightbulbs here and there for mellow moods but all in all i’m very happy with quick response times for any needs, good communication, and I’m never not amazed with the location I’m in, it’s so central and close to everything.

Management is very nice and accommodating! Very pretty grounds. Neighbors have been nice. Coming from the Hyde park area of town, I feel like the value is better here. Packages can be delivered to office instead of your door, and they have a convenient system in place for picking them up

The carpet in my unit was replace prior to my move in date, which I really really appreciated! I had an issue with my sink and shower, and within 3 business days the maintenance team fixed the issues for me. The only thing that is a MAJOR BUMMER is that its 104 degrees this summer...and the pool is still closed :( Sounds like its pending permits from the City of Austin, Im hopeful that it will open before summer ends. It be hot yall, it be hot.

I recently moved into an efficiency unit at Barton Mills, and I love it!I had some changing circumstances that affected my move in date, and Jen and Brian, who run the office, have been more than accommodating. They have both exuded a welcoming hospitality.The community is quiet, nestled away off of South Lamar- the location is a amazing!I love my little studio; it gets eastern morning light, and though snug, is well laid out.Overall, it’s been a very good experience!

My new apartment is beautiful. There was new carpet and freshly painted walls. All of the appliances look new and are in great condition. My outside stairs needed to be leveled. I told Nicole and my concern was immediately addressed. I would like to recognize Will for doing an excellent repair job on the stairs.

I love my new home here at Barton’s Mill. The office staff has been so kind and helpful and made my move-in smooth and easy!My 4 year old and I love the pool and you can’t beat the location!

Quiet neighborhood, beautiful green areas. Ive put 3 work orders so far and they have been taken care of properly. In my experience, the times Ive needed something from management it has been fine. Office personnel well educated. Maintenance personnel very helpful as well.

It was easy and simple to move into Bartons Mill. The staff was accommodating and made sure everything was in working order. If I had a question or concern, they werent afraid to answer or ask more questions to figure out the best way to respond. Fantastic management and everyone I have met has been really nice.

Bartons Mill is a fantastic spot to live. I like the heavily covered trees in the complex and the management is the best Ive seen. The creek that runs through the complex is great for pets and to take walks in. its a secluded complex in an awesome part of town.

I just wanted to write a little something to thanks all the staff at Bartons Mill, now that I moved out of town, first Id like to thank Brian the manager for having facilitated things throughout my stay for 7 years at Bartons Mill, he was always available, polite and genuinely dedicated to the tenants need, I have nothing but good things to say about the team at barons Mill, thanks again Brian you are a great guy...
