I have had such a wonderful experience with Barrett Apt Homes. I recently moved in & truly feel like family. Angel & Ruby have made it feel like home from the paper work all the way to move in & further more. They have made my needs feel immediate & important. It’s been a pleasure working with them to insure my comfort. I enjoy the ladies in the office, they have been more than kind & have done nothing but help & been so polite the entire time. I am very pleased.My spouse & I plan on being with Barrett for quite some time. I highly recommend living here.

Ive lived on the property for a few years now and been through a few management teams and maintenance. Fidencio and Jose are by far the best. Ive had a few ongoing issues and they came in and fix every single one within minutes. Theyre kind and make a great team.

New management is great! Deon and Irma are so professional and super informative. I just met the new maintenance man very professional came right away to fix my AC. I been here for 6 years and I can really say this is a huge change the upgraded apartment, maintenance actually fixing issues, the complex is CLEAN, this is the first summer we were able to enjoy the pool. My lease is up in December and I am most definitely staying another year.

The management are so nice and helpful they helped us get a apartment in short notice . Really respectful and mindful of everything . Also the maintainace guys are very resourceful and helped when we need to bring up to the sec floor oir stackable washer n dryer .

Great place to live. Mr. Jones has be great since he’s been in office. He’s been taking care of the grounds and everyone needs. Easy to talk to and understanding. Definitely for the people in this apartment community. He making it a great place to live. One big happy community and I’m glad to be apart of it and the changes of upgrades that’s going on. Definitely excited for what’s happening.

I’ve stayed in a few places in Garland over the years, but recently moved back here after staying in Oak cliff for 4 yrs.. Garland is a nice area and I love it especially all the various food places.. my experience moving into Barret apt homes was none other than EXCEPTIONAL… The manager was very knowledgeable and efficient… of course just like any place things will happen.. I put in a service request and lord thank you Jesus I didn’t have to wait weeks for my needs to be met unlike my last residence… I’m very comfortable here in my new home and give them a 5 star rating!!!Keep up the good work Mr. Jones

Since the new management has taken over things are really turning around for the best. Awesome job to the staff. I dont know of any other apartments that will offer to supply lunch for the family because they are working to make sure that we have a functional unit. If no one else will say it, my family appreciate you 💯 🙏

Fidel responded to my work order the day after I called it in! He also went above and beyond to fix things that he noticed needed to be fixed, and I didnt even have to ask! I really appreciate him for fixing things that have needed work for months that previous maintenance with the previous management company neglected to fix. As long as Fidel, and his maintenance service are around, they have my vote! Thanks again Fidel.

I live at Esencia Apartments, I Absolutely love my Apartment, this complex fosters a safe community with reasonable cost of living its located in a nice area. The staff is amazing and extremely helpful and responsive especially Rene and Simon they are very helpful and thoughtful and very kind, i have a 2 bedroom and 1 bath unit and Im very satisfied with what i have the maintenance guy were fast on maintenance request. they did a great job and they were able to fix my a/c unit the same day. i would recommend this place for anybody who is seeking for an Apartment .

Susana and Yanira, the properties managers are both fantastic individuals. They’re courteous, generous and genuine. Any problem you have they’ll help immediately and to the best of their ability. I lived here for 2 years and they have been great since they arrived and replaced the old staff.

I absolutely love my apartment!!!😍. I love the Fully Loaded Kitchen I love the hardwood flooring I love the backsplash in the kitchen & the color scheme. I have a patio and an outdoor storage area.I have washer and dryer connections, great neighbors, I really couldnt ask for more in an apartment. I also love that they have a nice clean Park and a grill area that the residents can use at any time. Renee is a very very nice man.I usually do my business with Simon since Im only off on the weekends so he is who I see the most and he is an absolute great person to have in the leasing office he has a great personality and always answers any questions. I havent been here that long, just a couple of months but I must say, my stay has been pleasant. Yes my first water bill was about $50 now its reaching a hundred to a $102 every month and I only wash once a week not even more than two loads. It is most definitely a big house water bill because my friend who has a gigantic home out in McKinney Texas we have about the same price in our water bill and I know she uses a heck of a lot more water than me. Havent asked any questions about that yet Im just trying to see if its going to be that every single month. I am testing to see if it will go down because Ive started washing every two weeks hopefully that will change soon. Overall I absolutely love Esencia Apartments.

I would give these apts a 10 if i could. The office staff is so helpful and kind. Very professional they always do what they say they will and in a timely manner. I can not say enough about them. If you are looking for a new place to live you should check these apartments out Im sure you will not be disappointed. They are clean newly remodeled and so nice inside and out.

Esencia apartments are the place to live, Thanks to the wonderful landlord who I can actually Say. cares about you while your Stay is here And her lovely assistant who always great you with a big open smile and knows how to make you feel right at home. They make it to where you can call this wonderful place. Home away from home. with their spacious 2-3 bedroom apartments as well as the 1 bedrooms. Every apartment comes with a beautiful fireplace. Nice big open windows that line the wall in the living room and dining room. Walk around floor plan between the living room and dining room. The kitchen features a bar you can line stools up at and enjoy breakfast or simply enjoy cooking while talking to family,friends,whoever is in the dinning room. Easy washer/dryer hook up connections right in the kitchen. Top notch stainless steal appliances, dishwasher, stove and fridge..Along with granite style counter tops. Each room is spacious and comes with a decent size closet & ceiling fan. The master bedroom boasts two closets as well as a private bathroom. The apartment complex offers a playground, swimming pool, onsite laundry, grills, covered parking, and a dog park for your furry babies. In the past I’ve recommended this place to a few of my friend witch now all live here. And they love the place and the community just as much as I do. I’m here to stay. And I recommend everyone come check us out here in the wonderful living of Esencia apartment

Lezly, the new manager is great. She was very helpful and made sure my work order was taken care of that same day. She was polite and professional. Nice for a change around here. I was thinking about putting in my notice, but the help and treatment she gave me...Im not going anywhere anytime soon. Thank you Lezly!!!!!!!!!

I just moved out of these apartments a couple months ago after a 6 month lease with them. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because of the area and non updated parking lot. The staff in the office is always so sweet and matainance took care of any problems I had (which was only a broken drawer in the bathroom). Even though the area was said to be bad, we thankfully never had any issues personally and if I did have any doubts, the men upfront at the office would personally check my apartment for me. We lived in a beautiful upgraded 3 bedroom apartment. Dont let the outside fool you! The inside of the upgraded apartments are pretty. I moved from high end Plano and I definitely approve!

Ive been here for ten years. they are quick to fix things when I turn in request to be fixed.Its quiet and peaceful. I have good neighbors.The kids are respectful.In my unit we all get along like one big family.Rooms are larger than others.Im near to stores and easy access to freeway.

Its a nice and quiet environment my grandkids love the park. Its just they have to be really careful on some of the slides. I love the way they work with you in hard times, and they are on top of the maintenance. The trash use to be an issue but I see they are working on that also.

I took a tour at Esencia Apartments last week and the customer service was amazing. I talked to both Simon and Rene and both were very helpful and knowledgeable about the property. Rene greeted me as soon as I walked in and answered all my pre-tour questions. Simon gave me a tour of the property and explained everything little detail as we toured. Both were very polite and this property is definitely one of my top 2 choices. I will be back soon.

I went in the other day, in search of an apartment to move into when my lease ends in January. I stumbled across The Esencia Apartments, in Garland, Texas. I went into the lobby to get some information on available units and I was greeted warmly by a young lady named Irene. She treated my daughter and I with an unparalleled level of hospitality and professionalism. We will certainly be back in January to sign a lease at The Esencia Apartments, in Garland, Texas.

Thank you Fidel for replacing my toilet seat the one that was on there kept moving and I fell sideways and hurt myself slightly now I have a toilet seat that will stay in place Im a 68-year-old woman my name is Virginia Saleh and handicapped and cant afford to have any Falls real real brittle bones it was taken care of very quickly thanks again today the 24th of July Fidel put a new vinte hood above my stove and fixed my hose connection the right way thanks again Fidel

Ive lived here for 7 years the management team Rene and Simon are absolutely wonderful, they are actually the kindest and most considerate gentleman that Ive come across in a long time especially in their profession.Theres been 3 or 4 management teams here since I moved in in 2011, the name of the apartments before was Eagles Landing, Parque Del Sol, and along with the new name Esencia, these two gentlemen turned this complex into a more family-friendly environment and gave it one hell of a facelift, and made it a point to make this community even safer than it was before.You cannot go wrong by renting at Esencia, besides an Awesome Management & Maintainance Team, we also have courtesy Patrol that comes through during the night time hours, Garland Police drives through periodically and the property is also protected with CCTV cameras and monitors, and is a gated Community.The rent is fair, at market value, and when these two gentlemen took over besides given the apartments and new name and new Image / Apoearence, they have also remodeled or upgraded rather inside of the apartments.Anyway enough of being long-winded, Im a long-time resident as I said, and I believe if you move into Esencia, you will have found a new long term home.

I feel very safe living in this apartment complex, especially the friendliness of the staff, from the manager to the maintenance workers. I love the security of the parking lots, there is no tow truck to take away your visitors cars. And the neighborhood is very safe.I recommend it 100.
