    I absolutely love living here at Bardin Oaks. The office staff is very welcoming, courteous but most of all quite professional. The manager Rachel is by far the best apartment manager Ive ever had the pleasure of having. Rachel is quite beautiful inside and out. Shes 1 of great humility and will go above and beyond to make living at Bardin Oaks an exceptional experience. I definitely would recommend anyone in search of a beautiful place to live,to look no further than here. I promise you Rachel and her staff are here to do everything in their power to ensure you become a satisfied resident just as I am

    We had a great experience at the Bardin Oaks Apartment Homes as we did business with our leasing consultant Joshua Rogers. He was very concerned about our needs as we searched for our perfect apartment. Joshua greeted us and focused on what he could do to find us the best deal possible. All of his attention was focused on us and our needs. He was helpful with helping us out filling the application out correctly. Joshua explained and walked with us through the entire process of purchasing our apartment. He even helped us by decreasing the cost of some of the start up fees. Joshua is very experienced at what he does! Great job Joshua!

    We came here to tour apartments and hopefully sign a lease. Breanna was super helpful and friendly and even though some things were rough on our part, we worked it out pretty easily. Thank you Breanna!!!

    I cannot say enough good things about this apartment complex. We needed a short term rental because of vocational training. It was a short term lease, and they had one available. The application process and leasing was very easy, Chelsea is wonderful!! Things with our training went a little sideways, and they allowed us to extend the lease with bo problems. Josh in the office was always kind and very helpful when I called the office. The apartment itself was clean and just what we needed. Again, with everything that has happened the last few months, I never had to worry about the apartment. I was in good hands and would stay there again.

    We lived here a little under 5 years. We actually moved from a one bedroom to a two bedroom in the midst of staying here and the transfer process was very easy and effective. We loved the staff and office, very responsive and courteous. They were always great on dealing with maintenance requests and we always felt safe while living there.We had a few instances where we had some not great tenants (loud music, loud talking, smoking weed coming in through our vents, etc) and they always took our complaints very serious and we always saw improvement in the tenants.We really loved how the kids would always be out playing basketball and games in the courtyard. It made it feel like you were in a neighborhood. We never lost power or any pipes break through any freezes.I will say one down fall was the A/C unit. We pay the same amount we do now in a 1500 sq. ft home as we did a 932 sq. ft apartment...so the insulation sucked causing the A/C to work harder and have to be on all the time.Another downfall is they often had to shut off the water to the apartments (no longer than a few hours) but they often dealt with water leaks, that they are very responsive too, but it does cause some inconvenience if you stay at home and need water. It was often for the buildings in the back of the property. We lived in buildings 17 & 16 throughout our duration.Great neighbors and families who have been there quite longer than we had. I will say the quality isnt the best but I know they are slowly renovating apartments.Honest opinion - Id probably pay a little more to live somewhere with nicer appearance inside but then again, not sure what the new renovated apartments look like, so maybe Id pay to live here again! I dont think you can go wrong with living here.

    I lived at Bardin Oaks a little over 7 years. I enjoyed my time there. As a single mom of 3 kids I never felt unsafe while being there. I let my kids play outside with no problems. Anthony in the office is always so nice and helpful. Maintenance is always so fast with fixing anything that is broken. Only thing I do not like is the price for the apartment. It’s not a luxury apartment, but also understandable because of the location. I think it just needs a little renovation and it will be great! Thank you so much Bardin Oaks for everything

    The leasing office is very organized and the agents are well informed and kind. Ask for Josh, he really does a great job and is very professional and friendly. He gave me a tour of the area and the apartment I was interested in. He was very easy to talk to and answered all of my questions. I’m not sure yet if we’ll be moving in, but the first impression was a very positive one!

    The leasing office was very communicative and made my transition from another state an easy one. They responded to my emails promptly, answered my questions clearly, and helped me with my move-in process smoothly. I lived here for over a year and never had any issues with safety. The maintenance staff is also awesome. They were responsive and efficient when I had a maintenance issue, and they went above and beyond to fix them. I am sure going to miss Bardin Oaks!

    I was a resident at Bardin Oaks for 8 years I think.First, let me say that I am told that I am a critical person.That being said, let me tell you that while living at Bardin Oaks I was always more than pleased with both the office and maintenance staff.The condition of the apartment as well as the grounds was always very well maintained. The office staff, namely, Georgina, Anthony and Chelsea were always so welcoming and went above and beyond, not just now and then, but every single time. They get to know you and while always professional, also make you feel like an old friend/family.The maintenance staff was also very spot on with any concerns that arose. Professional, timely and get the job done.I recently had to move due to some life changes and while I am happy with my new place, there are just certain things that I cant help but think to myself... Bardin Oaks would have never let this happen, or Bardin Oaks was always so great about things like that...Im in another area now, but if I ever find myself needing an apartment again, I will be looking for something managed by the same company.     If youre looking for a chill place to live in a very convenient location for a great price youve found the place. First and foremost, I want to thank Anthony from the front office for helping me with my move in from literally start to finish. This was my first time looking for a place to live on my own and Anthony made it easy and gave me step by step clear and easy instructions on what to do go get me to where I wanted for example how to get my electricity account setup, making sure I get renters insurance, etc. I looked at at least 7 different places and just upon entering I was most welcomed here and felt most at home from the get go. Even after the move in when I run into any situation I give Anthony a call and he makes sure to get me well taken care of in a very timely manner. The staff here as a whole is great and extremely nice and helpful as you meet each one of them. Thank you everyone that has helped me and for being super cool!

    Terri in the front office is amazing! As we were selling our home and needed a short term lease. She was so helpful and put us at ease. She has been nice and friendly from the beginning to end of our lease! Baden Oaks is lucky to have her on their staff. I know I said it before, but thanks for everything Terri!The apartment environment is quite which was also a plus for us.

    I have lived here for a year. The management has done everything they can to please/help me when I need. Maintenance responds within a good time frame, usually in a day for my problems. I enjoy the proximity to main streets like Matlock and I-20. My only complaint (-1 star) would be resident parking. I wish they would have reserved parking for residents. Many times visitors park in the prime spots and not in visitor spaces. Or an apartment may have more than one vehicle and they will park both cars in a prime spot, mostly annoying. (I think I have see up to 3 cars for a single apartment near me, so I have to park away.) I simply feel that any additional vehicle over one per apartment should be parking away from prime spots or even in visitor parking spots.

    First off I would like to say. We love are new apartment. The office staff is awesome Kristi and Terri are always on top of any of my problems. Josh the maintenance guy was so wonderful. Thanks for taking care of the issues in my apartment properly. Your staff is the best.

    My husband and I are so happy here! The front office staff have been amazing and have treated us like VIPs since we arrived. Our floorplan is laid out so efficiently, so it feels larger than it is - the kitchen actually rivals the one I had in our house before we moved into this apartment! The grounds are well-maintained, and the amenities are kept in good repair as well. The location is ideal for those wanting to live in Arlington but not pay N Arlington prices. For the money, you cant beat this community!

    Excellent staff & honest tenants. My brother lives here. I had a packaged delivered to him with special delivery instructions to leave at the leasing office. The driver left the package at my brothers apartment door. I called & e-mailed the leasing office asking if someone would please go see if it (the package) was still there after at least 2 days & a night sitting out there. They readily agreed to look for me - and YES the package was still there. Its now waiting in the leasing office for my brother. Id feel more than safe living at this apartment complex and know the staff (Kelli) is wonderful ...

    We love living here. The friendly, professional front office staff combined with their ability to handle maintence requests quickly, combined with great neighbors, make it a wonderful place to call home. Yes, the kitchens are outdated, but there is more storage and closet space than any other apartment Ive lived in in Arlington. Im very, very happy living at Bardin Oaks and recommend it to everyone I know looking for an apartment in Arlington! Its generally quiet and either my neighbors are quiet or there are exceptionally thick walls because I never hear anybody else :)

    Melissa is the best manager I have ever encountered! Shes friendly, professional, and will always take time to handle any concerns, and she does it in a positive manner! I like my apartment and enjoy all the amenities! My dog Dozer drags me to the dog park, whether I want to go or not!Pat

    Lived here for two years! Never had any problems with noisy neighbors, staff was always very nice and helpful, maintenance was always on top of it when we needed them which Im not used to with the typical apartment. Would recommend!

    These apartments are great and people still are over looking it. Like My friend told me to take a look and I was like dang. This fine worked and think there is more to do, with the apartments like maybe give more people outlook how it such beautiful place too live and love.

    Ive lived here for almost 3 years and have zero complaints. Management is always very helpful and understanding. I have never had noise complaints. I live here with my boyfriend and 2 kids and they are happy as well.

    Im reading all there reviews and some sound a little weird, to me from what Ive read from the start. Wish this apartments would get more, reviews from more people. There isnt bad too me, feel likes there some reviews might been removed from here. Wish I could afforded the pricing at these apartments.

    I had lived hear for 6 year so my bias is for it I loved growing up here because of how many other kids there were to play with. I had lived here when they had a Bible study that left I lived here trough 3 managements I saw that park get repaired 2 times I was there when they had the full basket ball court I was there before the fight parks and before they added a better west fence I loved going into the rassberry feilds behind and chaceing the rabbits we even walked to the other apartments and the trails and parks around but have since left due to them kicking us out as they said there was to many of us living in one apartment. the notice was very short only 2 weeks so one day this might happen to you I warn you now.

    Loveeee living here from the time I moved in ! It’s quiet .. . as far as my apt building people mind their business . Location is VERY convenient even tho I HATE i20 traffic !! Any work order I put in they come fix it the same day or the next . Need to upgrade from this ugg wood kitchen/bathroom interior !! Price is high as hell and the laws are hot over here lol but I love my stay here:)

    I went in to looks at an apartment and Ms Terri was very helpful and welcoming. And that’s hard to come by nowadays bc I have been to places where they ignore you or they act like they don’t care. She even gave me a cute little mug and lunch bag! Unfortunately I can not afford the apartment there but I appreciate her taking the time to talk with me. But As soon as I can afford it that’s where I wana be bc the complex is beautiful and quiet.

    There was a miss communication with the maintenance man at Barfing Oaks. The manager called me about this problem. The manager is a wonderful person and cleared up the matter quickly.     I used to live here and I love it. Kristi was very nice (dunno if she’s still working at Bardin Oaks). So far it was peaceful and it’s affordable.It might be a little old but it’s very spacious.
