Their dedication and professionalism truly set them apart.Now that I’ve moved in, everything has been fantastic. The apartment itself feels like home. Over the past 3 or 4 months the elevators have consistently been out. None of the times that they were out have there been realistic timeframes for when they will be repaired either. Update: one of the elevators is still out but I bumped it up to 4 stars because of the talks I’ve had with management. They are doing everything they can and even boosted morale by having a free taco truck. Ariel’s smile and positive attitude helps the most!

Just moved in this past week. This complex looks great so far. I’ve had a pretty easy time using all the gate technologies throughout the building. Ariel, our leasing agent, has been awesome! She walked us through every step of the way, was so prompt with updates as they came to her, and was so accommodating to our work schedules when it came to touring and getting the property ready for move in. Amazing complex, and if the rest of the staff is half as good as Ariel has been, an amazing staff too!

Ariel is a life saver! She went out of her way to make sure my package was safe while I was out of town and she’s so sweet and quick to resolve any requests on the daily.I was so impressed by Osman, who took care of my maintenance request so quickly. I have never had anyone in previous apartments leave my place cleaner than it was after resolving a maintenance issue. I felt so cared for and grateful.Elaine is also incredible, she radiates good energy, always has a smile on her face and she always gives you VIP treatment.I have so many great things to say about Azure, I’ve been living here for over 6 months. I agree with so many 5 star reviews below, the staff is so caring, sweet, and efficient, they’re always going above and beyond.

Almost been a month since i moved in and all i can say are great things so far. i’m still getting used to all the gates and the controls but whatever question or concern i have i always go to ariel.she listens and helps me with any problem that i have and has been such a great help with the move in process as well as the application process. she makes an effort to remember the names of the residents and always knows everything about everyone which in my eyes is a great thing. after the hurricane the elevators aren’t fully working but i’m not even mad because ariel has been effectively communicating all the issues and problems with the residents and keeping us updated almost everyday.i love azure, the residents and the loving staff.

In my (almost) 5 years of apartment living, Azure has by far been the greatest experience. I moved out last month, but if I was remaining in Houston I would have renewed time and time again.To begin, the move-in process was seamless. The building location is fabulous; 5 minutes away, in every direction, from all the best Houston has to offer, and in a city known for its insane traffic, I couldnt have been happier with how easy it was to get around. The amenities, from the gym, rooftop deck, pool, community room, and mail room are superb. My apartment was modern and sleek while being cozy at the same time, and the view I had...simply unreal & unmatched. Neighbors were all friendly. I always felt safe at Azure, the garage was very secure and always had parking available, and the few maintenance requests I ever had were taken care of in 24-48 hours.The best part was the people - all of the staff were extremely attentive and kind. I have to give a special shoutout to Elaine - she is the most warm, kind, friendly, and thoughtful person. I could count on her for any sort of help. She was on top of things, available and accommodating, really going the extra mile for her residents. One doesnt always get the feeling that leasing agents and managers truly care and want the best for their residents, but this energy radiates from Elaine. I am so lucky to have known her and Azure is so lucky to have her! I didnt have the opportunity to meet as much with Terrell, but the few times I did, he was also extremely attentive, available, and very very kind.Thank you, Azure and Azure staff, for making my last year in Houston most enjoyable!

Best place I’ve ever lived! The front office staff is very attentive and actually care about their residents. The apartments themselves are beautiful and updated. I have never had any issues since moving in and I’ve lived at azure for over a year. My only complaints would be the amount of noise coming from the streets and bars, I have also seen 3 roaches in the year I’ve lived here but that’s just living in Houston and the close proximity to wash ave. The amenities are great, the garage is safe as well, parking had never been an issue. All of the residents I have interacted with are very friendly. Overall I think it’s a great apartment with a good price point!

Can’t lie I normally don’t post reviews for apartments unless they are absolutely HORRIFIC and I need to warn others not to lease there!! However, this apartment complex couldn’t be further from that!! From the time I first walked in they were extremely accommodating, very nice and GENUINE, which is something that Ive had a problem with at multiple other properties. I’m new to the Houston area and the last place I was staying at was absolutely abysmal but here at Azure everybody is so kind and constantly go above and beyond for any issue. Ariel in particular was the first person I met when I toured my apartment on a Saturday afternoon and she has been unrelenting with her efforts to make sure I’m well accommodated, and the move in process was as smooth as possible. The only issue I’ve had was with the essential housing program and how long it took to get the documents approved but even With that issue, the management staff went above and beyond to make sure that the right people saw the necessary documents so I could get approved. Can’t lie I’m ready to re-sign my lease and I’m not even a month into the apartment yet😂. Ariel was a perfect hire she was new and still helped greatly with the process of moving in and providing info on how things worked. As for my neighbors, everybody has been very friendly with no issues and if you were wondering how their maintenance staff is, I would have to give them an A also as I put in NINE different service request and they were all knocked out within 24 hours. Also have to give a special shout out to the managers Elaine & Terrelle they both went above and beyond to make sure i was going to get approved and without their push i would’ve had to lease somewhere else!!! THIS IS THE TYPE OF MANAGEMENT TEAM EVERY COMPLEX IN HOUSTON SHOULD HAVE, PHENOMENAL!!!!!

Going on 2 years here and I really do enjoy it. The amenities are nice (rooftop deck 👍🏼) and the staff have always been top notch. Elaine and Terrelle in the office have been nothing short of amazing and I appreciate their help anytime I have needed something. Osman the head of maintenance is almost immediate with maintenance requests and goes above and beyond.

The team here was extremely helpful in getting me situated into the building and even got me a better apartment than I applied for initially! I really felt like they cared, more specifically Kelsey, who was updating me regularly and advocating for me a lot throughout the process. Never felt like I was missing out on any info and she really pushed for me to get the best deal I could so definitely recommend working with her and Peter and the rest of the office team there!

I really enjoyed my chats with Tracey and Kaysi, and appreciated that any maintenance requests were taken care of promptly.Keep in mind that youre walking distance to some bars and night clubs, which can be good for some people, but it does get quite loud at night, which can be a tough adjustment for light sleepers.The rent was reasonable given how centrally located it is. Id recommend the area for folks who enjoy going out, but maybe not for the early birds who want a quiet place at 10pm.

There is such a relaxing peacefulness about the place I really did not want to leave. I saw other tenants come in the office at the time of my visit and they were friendly as well. Azure apartments is located in the heart of the heights, you will never be bored or hungry living here. The staff is exceptionally great! I love Tracey & Kayci, they are always very professional and welcoming to interact with as well. I’ve been living here for a while and i love it. I lived at Azure for a year, and the apartment staff here are incredibly genuine and kind. The manager, Tracey, went out of her way to make sure that my experience as a resident was a good one and you can tell that she cares about all of the residents (including the furbabies -- there were always treats in the lobby for my dog!) All of my service requests were filled in a timely manner, and since its a smaller complex, I got to know the staff (including the maintenance staff) moreso than I ever did in the larger complex I lived at and knew that requests would be taken care of quickly. My unit was gorgeous and I loved having the large wrap-around patio on my unit. There are also fun resident events in the great room and a fabulous rooftop lounge available to rent out, and the gym was also great and never too crowded. Would recommend reserved parking for anyone looking to live here, as it was very convenient to not have to worry about being able to find a space past a certain time. If I hadnt moved to a house I would absolutely still be living at Azure and recommend them to anyone looking for a quality apartment experience.

Ive lived here for over a year. I love the smaller community compared to many of the huge complexes in the area. The units are nice, the amenities are awesome & never too crowded (rooftop, gym, conference room, community room, pool & grills, etc.). The management team is awesome & so is the maintenance staff! Its also very dog friendly; my pup practically pulls me into the office area for his treat daily.Since Ive lived here for over a year, I want people to know that a lot of the bad reviews are from the first management team that was in place back then. I experienced some of those things first hand.However, there is a new team in place, led by Tracey & they are amazing!

I’ve been here since mid April and I honestly love it here. The amenities, location, and price are top notch. I love that theres a gated parking garage so I feel secure parking my car. Every door needs key fob or app access so nobody random can just walk in. Theres vallet trash and a maintenance team that works everyday to keep the property beautiful. My only complaint is that theres no hot tub! Haha

If you are looking for a place to live, RUN dont walk to Azure. 1st off the staff is absolutely amazing. Kayci, Alacia, and Tracey all helped me before, during and after my move. I live in a 510 square foot studio apartment and its so nice! I would recommend getting a room facing the pool or facing net street because if your room faces Center towards Washington you will hear all the people out and about by the bars. The pool area is really fun! Theres a rooftop with a fireplace and TV. I LOVE this place. Not only did I fall in love with Azure, but I had friends that lived here before and they loved it. They also do valet trash! If you ever have a problem with your apartment, AC, lightbulbs, etc. maintenance is really quick on getting to your apartment and fixing minor or major issues. I never had a major issue here at all! Love this place so much.

Beautiful apartments, fitness center, well - stocked work spaces and comfortable community rooms. But the best part is the pool and the rooftop view! Do not miss this one!

Ive been living in these apartments since they first opened. They are literally right in the middle of the busy area of Washington ave, naturally I was expecting them to become a mess right away. Ive read some of the bad reviews here and I agree with most of them. I experienced the same under the old staff when I first moved in May. However, they changed management a few months ago and things are going great. Tracey and Tana are the best!!! The maintenance guys are so nice and helpful. The whole team is always going above and beyond for the residents. Yes, Ive seen the place dirty once in a while but only when residents host parties and have other people coming in on weekends like Halloween, Super Bowl etc. I live close to the elevators and Ive seen drinks spilled on the carpet, cups on the floor etc. The very next day the place always looks spotless like nothing happened. I would definitely recommend this place not just because of the great location (food and bars) but also because of the great staff.

I moved in July and have loved every minute. From the amazing location to the friendly staff of Mederick and Isaiah , this place is awesome. Not sure where these reviews are coming from but this place has it all. Very easy to get around town from its proximity to downtown, I-10, 610, 59. Located right off of Washington Ave where there are tons of restaurants, great nightlife, and very close to Memorial Park and the trails at Buffalo Bayou. The apartments have a rooftop where can get the best views of the city. The rooftop includes a firewall, tv, bluetooth speakers, and great seating for friends to come have a relaxing time. I am so glad I chose to live here, it has been awesome.
