I just moved in on 10/3, Olivia has been an angel with helping me figure everything out! Upon move in they were having a little trouble with the ac but got it figured out in a few days and in the meantime they installed a window ac to keep the place cool! The countertops were also stained but they got that fixed asap and now they look brand new and beautiful. I moved in earlier than the original lease date (which they were able to change the lease date and accommodate for!) so I really didn’t mind these little issues getting worked out for the first few days. Olivia was very communicative while maintenance was working to fix those issues. The office is friendly and attentive as well as maintenance, which makes me extremely excited and hopeful for my future with axis!

I cant say enough great things about the maintenance supervisor at Axis Waterfront! I saw him in passing and mentioned needing help with closing my loft blinds. He showed up within 30 minutes with a ladder and got it taken care of....talk about going above and beyond! Not only is he incredibly efficient, but he’s also one of the friendliest and kindest people I’ve met. His willingness to help and positive attitude truly stand out. Thank you for making my day and for your outstanding service!

Quintin is really amazing I didn’t want to bother the office people with a couple of issues I was having so I asked the maintenance man to help me fix some things. He was so quick to help me with my problems. It was after hours and he never said wait until tomorrow, he just helped. He’s always visible during the day and will come right by to help. Thank you!🙏🏽

Really beautiful property. Olivia helped me out with every question I had and more. Looking for an apartment can be overwhelming and most people are just ready to go home especially at the end of the day. Alot of times judgmentalI felt very comfortable and didnt feel like I was being judged or rushed through it all. Thank you girl! I do appreciate that!

Living in apartments can definitely be a challenge. However when I called Latisha today she was on it, my garbage disposal stopped working. I stopped by the office on the way in and she was pleasant and so was Henry. He doubled checked my work order and they both ensured I would receive assistance in a timely manner. Jose is the best he was already in route. The water sprayed him good when he was fixing the blockage, him all wet, but he was not bothered at all. Thanks Jose again. Im so sorry you got wet with red beans rice & cornbread water. You all are the best!!!

I am so glad that the staff personnel has recently changed. It has actually upgraded to employees who are professional, very kind and very helpful. The Management staff Erika and Eryka, the Leasing agents Olivia and Henry and Maintenance Supervisor Lequentin are so nice and they are easy to communicate with. I am glad that I chose to sign a new lease. 👍👍

First off I haven’t seen really nice apartments in a longtime. I would always drive by these apartments and would always wonder what they looked like I come in yesterday day and talk to Olivia who was amazing and sweet. I can’t wait till my lease is up cuz I’m definitely gonna be moving into these apartments thank Olivia for the great experience and great customer service

When first moving in I got in touch with Leslie made the process and application so easy to get through, she’s helped so much with any questions and concerns I’ve had. And was willing to stay late just for me to get my keys. The service is a 10/10 as is.The apartments aren’t too bad, I’ve haven’t had many issues, and when I have they’ve been resolved pretty quick.

Most of these people are saying they had a bad experience. My experience was great! From the application process, to Ms. Peggy McGee finding me and my daughter the perfect unit that worked with my budget. I would say get your own experience. I love it so far , not too much noise the floor plans are lovely and Peggy was THE BEST

I love living here. My experience living here the past 4 years has been great! For me it starts with the office staff and the exceptional leadership of their manager, assistant managers.Each year their constant display of professionalism, courteousness, knowledge of the property and their attention to detail to insure the residents stay here is top priority. They pride themselves in making all maintenance repairs in a timely manner while keeping them informed of how the status of the repair. The current staff has shown their commitment to continuously improve our quality of life here at Watermarke.They have built an environment here that makes us feel like family.Thanks for all you do.

12/2019 updateIve lived here over a year now and I still really like the property and the location! My thoughts have not changed from the original review. The office is staff is wonderful and great at following up to my emails. Any maintenance request are taken care of quickly and efficiently.One thing Ive observed, the property isnt very wheelchair friendly - lots of stairs, few ramps & difficult to navigate to communal areas. If you have mobility issues I strongly suggest requesting a full property tour before signing your lease.10/2018I was looking for a place to move in quickly and had to rent the apartment sight unseen, so I was uncertain what to expect. The leasing staff were very helpful (and I feel like I called/emailed ALOT) and I have been very pleased with my apartment.The complex is older, but it is well taken care of. My apartment was clean when I moved in and had new paint and flooring. I have not had any significant maintenance or pest issues. Every morning on my way to work I see the maintenance staff walking the property and picking up trash. Sometimes the dumpsters get full or people leave things (furniture) on the side. When this happens, its usually taken care of by the office the next day.My only complaint is that the office does not accept packages. There are mailboxes on property for USPS, but if you order anything from Amazon, or FedEx/UPS, you either have to be home or they leave it on your doorstep. As someone who does not have a flexible schedule, it is really inconvenient. I would love for the property to install a couple of package lockers, like the Amazon Hub.

I’ve lived here for about 6 months now and I’ve had little to no problems. The office staff are great and very accommodating! I have a loft apartment and I’m not sure why others are complaining of the heat? My apartment stays pretty cool during the summer with the thermostat set at 75ish to conserve energy. In winter it does get pretty chilly but I’m a cheapo when it comes to my electricity so that’s on me. It might be the direction my windows face that help keep it cool?? -There was a leak under the kitchen sink and the bathtub faucet was leaking but they were both fixed within a week of moving in. They coat the tub with something and it has started peeling off so I may request that be fixed, but it’s not anything major. My biggest issue so far has been the tenants. I know it’s not the apartments fault so I didn’t take any stars away. My neighbors fight a lot, very loudly. Also, the balcony next to mine is COVERED in dog feces. It makes the entire area smell, I can’t enjoy my balcony. The people who’s doors are next to mine are very nice though. Polite but not invasive. I’ve had packages sit by my door for a few days and they haven’t been stolen. Overall, I’m strongly considering renewing my lease!

I lived here for a little over 2 years in a loft style apartment. My experience before the new management was not the best, but once the complex was bought out, it greatly improved.I will say that the units are old, and that things do break quite often... that being said, maintenance is great, being incredibly fast and helpful, so things get repaired in a timely manner.PROS:Plenty of parkingQuietReally pretty complexHuge living spacesGreat outdoor lighting at night, making it saferNew appliances in unitIncredibly Cheap apartments for all that you getReally nice office managementCONS:Owners not cleaning up after their dogsHeating/Cooling costs are quite highInsects getting into units is commonWater line issues, so the water gets turned off occasionallyOverall, my experience was positive. I moved in 2 days ago, I had put in a application 3 days ago. They got me in the SAME day. Cheyenne was by far the best I have ever worked with. She went out of her way to send me pictures of my unit since I was at work and could not leave. Sent everything digitally and set it up to where I could get my key the next day! I previously was going to a different apartment complex but the management was not on top of it. But Watermarke truly is. I got a 1 bedroom loft style apartment with the view of the pool and its by far worth it. My apartment was spotless and in tip top shape when moving in. Im so glad to call Watermarke my home.

I love my experience here at Watermarke. My apartment is simple but elegant. If I have an issue maintenance is quick to fix the issue within 30 mins of request. The only one issue I do have is the pool area, it has not been cleaned or is available for the residents. I moved in June 2019 and ALL summer long. When shown the property I was told the pools would be cleaned soon. That Never happened. PLEASE CLEAN THE POOLS. Other than that this place is perfect.

The leasing office managed by Ray Hollins and assisted by Leasing Consultant/Agent Stephanie Padilla is awesome and they are an amazing Team.They truly care about our apartment community and work together to get things done.Stephanie is patient, helpful, incredibly polite and actually listens to the concerns of the residents.Her communication is thorough and efficient.I’d like to add that it is impossible to control the actions and behaviors of human beings.When choosing to live in an apartment community, this must be understood, however having a management team of caring professionals, is key for a comfortable, safe and respectable community.We have that here at The Tides

The assistant manager Stephanie Padilla did our walkthru of these apartments and she was so pleasant! She had an answer to all of our questions and she was funny too! We asked to see basically all the floor plans and she was patient and accommodating! The only reason we didnt rent here is because we found somewhere closer to work but Stephanie had us wanting to make the drive! 5 stars for Stephanie!! Thanks for helping us and being so nice!

I lived at Watermarke for about a year and I have enjoyed it. The style of the apartments are so up to date! I can honestly say they have the best loft style apartments I have seen in fort worth for the price ranges. Management is always helpful and kind. The windows are even tinted! Great place overall.

The whole Watermarke team is awesome and, they always keep there word when it comes to getting things done. Ive been living in and out multiple apartment over the years and I can not express how impressed I was with the attention and service I received. Kristie Pham was very helpful and provided the best customer service Ive received so far in DFW. I couldnt ask for a better leasing rep. Id recommend everybody to see her. She was patient and very accommodating to what information and what I needed in an apartment. Keep up the great work!

Lived here for just over 2yrs prior to just now coming back. Everyone keeps to themselves, unless you initiate conversation (positive, polite tenants).Great maintenance team (fast) , led by a very hospitable focused office management staff. Location is everything and this place has everything you need. Traffic can be a pain at times (can always use the new toll way literally around the corner), but small price to pay for great living.
