    Started a new position in the Richardson area and needed to find an apartment quickly. Toured 5 places near where Id be working and quickly knew Axis 110 was where I wanted to be. Julia and Ethan in the leasing office were very helpful with some difficulties in the application process. The facilities including the fitness area, pet spa, and other amenities are very nice. The apartment we selected is also clean, and well maintained. I am looking forward to living at the community.

    Julia was very helpful with our tour of the Axis! She was very informative of the property and had great energy. After our tour we decided on signing a lease due to the great hospitality and luxury features of this property. Highly recommended!

    Julia gave the BEST tour of the place. She was so thoughtful and really out her all into making sure that Axis was the perfect place for me and she was right!     Iā€™ve been living in this apartment for over two years and have had a great experience. The management team is responsive and always quick to address any concerns. The amenities are well-maintained and consistently in good condition. Overall, itā€™s been a pleasant place to live, and I have no complaints.

    Overall decent community and management. My main gripe with this apartment is that the elevators are often out of service and that it took me a month after move in to finally get my mail key and access to important packages and medicines I had been waiting on. The valet trash is 7 days a week and maintenance is pretty quick when needed.

    Axis 110 is an amazing community. The fully equipped gym, the pet grooming area, the club room (with pool table) and the other hangout area with Table Tennis table are some exciting facilities that made us proceed with the lease. The covered parking is also a blessing in disguise.Julia was amazing in accommodating our tour request in short notice. My favorite part for choosing Axis 110 is the big kitchen, flame stovetop and the big room!We cant wait to start using the pet grooming area and dog park for our puppy Milo!Thank you!

    Came to tour with Julia and she was a breathe of fresh air. She was super professional and made my decision easy on choosing to become a resident at Axis 110. The office was decorated with all fall and made it really feel like home. Excited to call this place home.

    Currently have a hole in my wall for the past two months. I wouldnt particularly mind if it was in another room, but its in my bedroom. I would like to think I didnt pester the front office, but Ive given them at least 2 weeks between each visit to ask if someone could just plug up the hole on the bedroom side. Its done on the outside? Why wasnt it finished on the inside at the same time? l I personally visited the office myself 3 times, and on the 3rd time they asked for a picture of it which I sent and never got a response back. The 4th time my husband went and someone said they would come in Monday @1 to fix. Came home to my laundry room messed up but the hole was not fixed. At this point Im fed up. I did not want to write this review but enough is enough. Im very happy with the location and the events they hold, the people who work here are super nice as well. Ive never had to wait this long at any apt Ive been at to get something fixed though. Even just getting a courtesy e-mail about an update would be great but its been radio silence since they made that hole. If you come to live here, make sure you get correspondence on any work order that needs to be done.

    This property is gorgeous. Love the renovations. Especially loved all the assistance I received from Julia. She was soo patient discussing all the numbers with me and my husband and never pressured us once. Unfortunately the prices are still beyond our range but we told friends and coworkers that just moved to the area to stop by and visit her. Great asset to the company.

    Ive had the pleasure of calling this apartment home for the past 3.5 years, and I couldnt be more grateful for the experience. Over the years, the office staff has changed a few times, with some being better than others, but they were always responsive and helpful whenever I had a need. The maintenance team was consistently excellentā€”quick to respond and efficient in their work.Iā€™m moving due to a job relocation, but Iā€™m leaving with fond memories. The neighborhood is fantastic, with great restaurants, stores, and a beautiful trail right behind the apartment that Ive enjoyed many times. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient living environment.

    I dropped by to see the property. Julia provided a tour and showed me two different units. The property seemed well maintained. And, the units seemed nice. I noticed the close proximity to the Cityline shops and the DART train. I hope this place will turn out to be a nice home for me.

    This property impressed us from the second we walked in! The employees are extremely kind and welcoming. Gave us all of the information we needed before starting the tour, and helped us get applied and approved before we walked out of the door! They are the dynamic duo you didnā€™t know you needed in your life!I had a couple of maintenance hiccups recently, and honestly, I was bracing for a long wait and a run-around. But nope! Brandon and Michelle swooped in and turned my maintenance woes into a distant memory. They went above and beyond to sort everything out quickly and with such a friendly attitude. It felt like they genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect for me.Living here has been nothing short of amazing. The vibes are always positive, the amenities are top-notch, and Iā€™ve met some great neighbors.     My friend lives at Axis 110 and absolutely loves the community and staff. Anytime we cross paths with the staff to grab a coffee or go to gym, were greeted with a friendly, hello. The residents here are just as friendly.

    My husband and I were looking for an apartment community in CItyLine, and from the first step into Axis 110, we were sold! Cullen was a breath of fresh air - welcoming, professional, engaging, and answered all our questions. We ended up taking several tours as we narrowed down where specifically we wanted to live, and he was always so accommodating. We had visited 6 other sites in and around CityLine, and were staying in the building next door at the time, so could tell the difference in the clientele right away. When I had issues with the online application process, I came in to the office again and Cullen and the office staff were so friendly and helpful. We were able to get through the glitch, and we were able to get an approval right away.We look forward to moving in and participating in the many activities for the residents. We were able to meet several residents over the course of a few days, and one had been there for 4 years. You cant beat the location near the nightlife and activities at CityLine, and right next to the DART station. I think it is one of the best locations in Dallas, and it just happens to be close to my husbands new office. We will enjoy living here!

    I have lived at Alexan Central for less than a month, but so far am pleased with the apartments in most aspects. The apartments seem to be well-built with very nice finishes and amenities and management has been accommodating and friendly.The process of leasing and moving in to Alexan Central was not ideal due to the apartments being under construction, but management was up front from the beginning there could be a delay in the unit and amenities being ready. I was notified by management 4 days before my move in date that my unit would not be ready for another 2 months due to permitting. It was frustrating to get such a short notice of the delay, but management had an alternate unit ready for move in until my apartment is complete and has offered a concession for me having to move twice.The temporary apartment is nice and comfortable, as well as the complex. Appliances and fixtures are top of the line. My only complaint is the proximity to the DART station. Trains can be heard from inside the apartment at all hours of the day. I assume this is only an issue for the row of apartments near the station.There are very few residents currently living at Alexan so the complex stays quiet other than the noise from the trains.The amenities and walking distance to great restaurants at CityLine are what make Alexan Central great. Hopefully by mid-May I will be in my completed unit and can rate Alexan 5-stars.

    I have been looking at homes for over 2 weeks and after today I have found my home! What a delight meeting the staff here. This place is gorgeous on the inside and out.     Been living here for over a year, and I would love to take a minute to appreciate the leasing agent Cullen. He makes everything much better for his residents, he is the one to go to if theres any issues, and hell make sure to follow up and update often. He also suggests things going on around when somebody stops by the office, which helps us a lot. He truly deserves more appreciation and a pay raise for sure! He works 7 days a week, maintains the same energy and if it werent for his excellent communication and service, we wouldnt have extended our lease for another year.Thank you for your exceptional service Cullen!!

    UPDATE: After leaving the previous review the staff was much better about calling back and answering phones. We recently moved in and it went quite well. Thanks Cullen and the staff!Previous Review (3 stars): Apartment are nice and fairly priced for the area. The leasing office however is impossible to get a hold of. During the application process I called almost 2 dozen times to just get a simple answer. I left voicemails and emails that were just never responded to. Once a manager answered and just said they would tell our leasing agent to give us a call back, even though I would imagine a manager would be perfectly capable of answering a simple question. Of course they never call back I only get lucky every now and then when someone picks up. The phone will send you to corporate after they fail to answer and corporate can not answer any questions either. Ill update this review as time goes on as I was told my application passed and I will be receiving leasing documents soon (that was last week), and of course they wont answer my calls for an update... Im willing to bet they will respond to this review before giving me a call back.

    Axis 110 on Cityline was my home since November 2019. When we moved in, the staff were awesome and did their best to keep the community. I was there through so many changes of management and staff. The community went from good to bad and then worse. However, I am so glad that I lived to experience the community when it is at its very best since 2019. The current management turned everything around. Everything I had expected were done within few months they took over. From refuse management, to total cleanliness of the community. I would have so wished to stay longer but I guess itā€™s time. My 5 stars are to BrandonTorres and his team for all you guys are doing. Please keep it up.

    Currently writing this review from the perspective of only touring the community. So far, the building and its amenities look great! They have everything that my partner and I are looking for in an apartment. A bonus for those who enjoy cooking, this is one of only a couple of properties in CityLine that has gas ranges.Julieta has been amazing to work with and very knowledgeable about the property. She has been very helpful and was able to give me so much insight and information into the apartment I was inquiring about. I almost overlooked this property when looking through the communities in CityLine, but I am very glad I didnt!

    I typically donā€™t do reviews, but after touring almost every apartment complex in the CityLine area and several others nearby I finally came across Axis 110. I have to say, of all the leasing agents I have worked with during my apartment search Cullen has been by far THE best! His friendly and caring demeanor really showed through while touring the community - he practically knew the name of every resident we encountered while on the tour and made it a point to greet each one by name with a smile. Beyond that he was very professional and courteous, and went above and beyond to assist my brother and I with the technical issues we encountered during the application process. Itā€™s such a rarity to come across such caring individuals working in the leasing and management offices of an apartment complex, so this was a breath of fresh air. Iā€™m really looking forward to calling this beautiful community our new home for the next year!

    I dont do reviews but this is exceptional. I was hunting for apartments when I came across Axis 110. I reviewed their floor plans and was attracted to one of their one-bedroom floor plans with a study, but it shows I should call for details. My job is a walking distance to the community. I decided to take a stroll and visit the community instead of calling. Upon entering the office, no leasing professional on the seat, but I saw a lady in an executive office, and I assumed she was the manager of the community. I asked for permission if I could come close. She was surprised I asked; I told her that based on my experience, some people in her position would not even pay attention to me, and they would allow me to stay outside the reception until one of the leasing pros attended to me. She was welcoming and listened to me quickly. She told me they do not have my choice of floor plan, but she is quick to recommend some other floor plans I could like.Long story short, here comes Cullen Brewster, one of the leasing professionals. He was great. He showed me and explained every length and breadth of the community. To top it off, his follow-up was fantastic; he related with me like we had known each other for so long. So sad I couldnt get the apartment because I am not quick enough to secure one of the apartments, someone else secure the apartment, .     I recently had the pleasure of touring Axis 110, and it was nothing short of amazing. Iā€™ve toured several different locations and the entire leasing staff was by far, the most pleasant. Leasing agent Ashley James, really did a fantastic job! She is a major reason why I decided to lease with Axis 110. She was extremely helpful and patient. She answered all of my questions and sent over information in a timely fashion. She went above and beyond in my hunt for the perfect floor plan. Axis 110 is super clean, well kept, quality built luxury property with plenty of amenities for their Residents. The application process was painless and approval time is super fast. Iā€™m really looking forward to my November move-in date.

    Iā€™m helping my daughter find a place to live with an upcoming move to Dallas from Florida. Michelle has been so helpful and super knowledgeable in answering all of my questions prior to us visiting the property! The amenities, especially the pet spa services, are a step above the other places we have spoken with! In the housing, hospitality and service industry superior customer service is quickly becoming a lost commodity. Michelle is an asset to this community and we canā€™t wait to come and tour in person!

    Went on a tour with my mom and was blown away by the treatment and kindness of the leasing agent Ashley James. She is truly a gem! She was a major part of what sealed the deal for me and this complex. I have spoken to dozens of leasing agents and she was the most knowledgeable by far. I left completely informed and confident in my decision. Please ask for Ashley when you visit this complex!

    We moved in two months ago and so far our experience has been very pleasant. The management team is professional, courteous and always on the job. Cullen has been amazing! From the tour, along through the process and even post move in he has been very attentive. The maintenance team is very timely when addressing service request issues, handling minor issues outside of the requested orders, and maintaining the premises. Just minutes away from the highway and conveniently located near shopping and dinning, the property location is an added bonus. We are excited about our choice to make Axis110 our home.

    Honestly this complex has been a great place to call home! My boyfriend and I just renewed our lease for another 15 months, the process was quite easy. I see complaints about the shipment boxes and i do agree that the convenience would be nice to have back.. but delivery companies still deliver to your front door most of the time. Cullen has been a great help to us in figuring out any confusion and is a friendly face to see every time we cross paths! We havenā€™t had any issues with bugs or anything freezing in the winter which iā€™ve seen in reviews. (not taking away from their experience.. but this is our personal experience, and weā€™ve loved it!) We also love how close entertainment is, walking distance there are many bars and restaurants as well as occasional live music! Thank you to Axis 110. I will write another review at the end of our lease!

    Move in process went smoothly. Leasing office has been great to work with and very kind. They make an effort to know you by name. However, the gas in our apartment loses pressure in cold weather, and there are frequent outages here (gas/water/hot water) - about once a month. The maintenance workers seem to be understaffed. They are great to work with, but be prepared to go to the front office for reminders after submitting maintenance requests. I have made a number of maintenance requests (nothing unusual: lights getting replaced, toilet refill issues, etc.) and they have been ignored (for weeks) until Ive sought management. The gym is great, and my wife and I enjoy our neighbors. This makes for a typical living experience in Dallas, so 4/5 stars is fitting.

    I have lived at Axis 110 for the last 2 years and I can honestly say, this has been an amazing place to stay and very safe. While staying at Axis 110 I had the pleasure of working with Cullen, Zeinab, Ashley, and Michelle. The time I have been here these lovely individuals have been quick to respond to any issues and concerns I had.The area is also an amazing area, you have all the things you need, from groceryā€™s to great restaurants to eat at.I would definitely recommend Axis 110 to be your new home.

    I have lived here at Axis 110 since moving to Texas full time in early 2022 and Cullen has helped me with everything Iā€™ve ever needed. When we cross paths we always exchange a smile.     I first toured Axis 110 in April of 2022. Cullen gave an amazing tour and didnt hesitate to answer my million of questions I had. He also has such a loving and energetic personality. After the tour I was definitely ready to sign.I finally signed my lease and because my unit was vacant before I moved in, I was able to see my unit and take measurements for furniture. Axis 110 and their incredible staff were very accommodating all the way up until my move-in date in June.On move-in day, Zeinab was beyond helpful on move in day and I have loved living here since then. Also, the maintenance team always completes the work orders in a timely manner. Its been over 6 months and I do not have any complaints or regrets about these apartments.Overall, Ive had a pleasing experience while living here. The leasing team and management are very friendly and always love when you stop by to say hi. My favorite part about living here are all the dining and store options in walking distance/close proximity. It doesnt get better than that!

    Axis 110 is a great complex with a lot of amenities including two pools. Apartments and appliances are in excellent shape.Wonderful location near the Cityline area and train station. There are a lot of nearby grocery stores and restaurants.Zeinab and Cullen have been very understanding supportive and helpful.The resident portal is easy to use and convenient to submit maintenance request and pay the rent.The new manager comes with great vision and plans to add a significant improvement to Axis 110.

    I along with my friends, after some research, came across Axis 110 and truly felt it was one of the best we have come across. Cullen Brewster helped us throughout the process and he is very helpful, professional, patient and answered each and every question with utmost respect and care.     Me and my partner live here and it has been a great experience. The property is well taken care of and when you meet the staff you know why!     This is a very nice place to live, but what makes it even better is the staff! The office staff always has something fun planned for the residents and they are always willing to help out whenever needed. The property manager LeShannon is sooo sweet! ANYTIME I have questions or issues with anything she is always so sweet and makes sure my issues get resolved quickly. I had an issue with a new trash policy and she sat down with me and explained the policy and reversed my charge as a one time event which was really nice of her! Cullen is ABSOLUTELY amazing, he goes above and beyond to help out whenever needed. I had to leave to go out of town quickly but had a package coming that would have had to sit outside my door for a week. He personally went to grab my package and make sure it was safe. I appreciate everyone in the office for their hard work and kind gestures! Thank you all for all that you do on a daily basis to keep our community nice, safe and fun!

    *Disclaimer, I have only had good experiebces wirh Maintenance and management here. However, good luck if you have to call for emergency maintenance !Any call goes to some call center. They open a ticket for you, and you have to pray they will get your ticket right. Theres no follow-up or expedition process. My AC issue was changed from me saying the AC is not cooling to me saying that it was just not working in the bathroom (bathroom as not mentioned ONCE) . And the temp in my place was between 68 and 74 degrees???? If that were the case, I would NOT have called. The Rep blatantly lied so that maintenance would not come out.

    I moved to this complex in 2019 and currently still a resident in the same unit I very first leased! Over the course of my stay here I have loved it and have hardly any complaints. Itā€™s a nice, quite complex and very convenient as there are plenty of grocery stores, restaurants, and gas stations in very close radius. During my stay the management has changed and our current management and leasing office staff would have to be my favorite. Theyā€™re very polite, respectful and quick to assist with any needs or questions I have. Definitely call and ask to speak to Cullen if you are looking for outstanding customer service and assistance in finding a new home.

    Lived here from 2020-2022. Overall, it is in a great location, has nice amenities, and the units are a good size. The biggest issue I ran into living here, as some have mentioned, was that the gas went out a couple of times for several days on end. While it was inconvenient, honestly, I loved that the apartments had gas ranges so it kind of balanced out for me.Storage in the units, especially the bathrooms and kitchen, is some of the best I have seen and lived in. Appliances are good quality, and I loved the balcony in my unit.I had nothing but positive experiences with the leasing team and management companies. It did change over shortly before I left so I cant speak too much about the new one, but I did have a smooth move out process. As others have said, the maintenance team was always great, very kind & quick.Overall, if you are looking for an apartment complex in Richardson/Plano/North Dallas area, I would recommend living here.

    Not sure if the newer bad reviews come from people who have been really lucky living at other places or what but man this place has been a blessing so far. Let me preface by saying Iā€™ve only been here a month, but it has been the most pleasant and lovely month Iā€™ve had living in an apartment in DFW and Iā€™ve lived in victory park, uptown, and downtown Dallas. Cullen really sold me on this place, and he makes sure all the amenities are up to standard. I walk by the pool on the way to the gym every week and both places are always very well kept. The parking garage is clean and so are the hallways and elevators. The management is very fast at handling issues, for example we had an incident where some of the residentsā€™ key fobs stopped working. They got someone out to diagnose the problem and then assign new key fobs and followed up with me as soon as the new ones came in. The location is excellent and safe and the apartment itself is super nice from the gas ranges to the wood floors. The unit was super clean and move-in ready(and trust me Iā€™m OCD). Overall, the experience has been 5/5 and I look forward to updating this review in the future with the same outlook.

    I love businesses who have a caring heart to do a good job. And the people working at Axis have that. My apartment had partial power loss this morning. Of course, the biggest freeze winter chill is over and warming up. The office sent Miquel out immediately and not only flipped the breaker in the area of loss, he showed me how to do it in case it happened again. I did not suffer any heat loss at all. Overall the state of Texas held up quite well with this huge artic weather with little power loss. The weather was a -10 windchill just yesterday and the days before. So the gas in the whole Richardson area is still being worked on for restoration and that is understandable. Miguel is a part of the excellent service at Axis for maintenance and he is super qualified to get things fixed. Thank you Miquel for your service.

    Axis 110 is pretty darn impressive. The location, property, and amenities are top-notch, as is the staff! This is a great place to live and I feel welcomed here. Its just a 10 minute walk to whole foods, and the train station is literally down the street. Cant beat it.

    I love my place. Cullen and Z from the leasing office is super informative, professional, and friendly.Updated Review After 15 months.Front office staff is still amazing. However, the residents are trifling. Grown people leaving trash in front their doors, residue leaking from trash bags in the hallway, trash in the garage, and trash on the common grounds. Yes, there is maintenance but, they are not slaves.I was due to move to a new unit due to Mary Jane residue invading apartment. Unfortunately, that didnā€™t work out but, Iā€™m forever grateful for Cullen and Z.

    Weve been living here for about an year now and I can definitely say that this is one of the places you can call a home. The resident services, quick responses and very friendly staff, everything gets all 5 stars :)They organize events every month and make sure everybody has good time. It helps getting to know other residents and make some friends. Oh wait, we even won a $50 gift card in one of the events :)))Cullen and Zeinab are AMAZING, they are extremely supportive personally too. Daysha and LeShannon are the best, they make sure everything is in good place in this community :)I highly recommend this place if youre looking for an apartment in the area. :)

    Axis 110 is a great complex. Been here for 3 years. Never had any major issues here besides the car break-ins we had last month. Pros: Is how fast the maintenance works on tickets, quietness, and amenities. Cons: Wish we had some type of patrol officer and pricey rent renewals

    My wife and I loved living here! The apartment was beautiful as were the amenities. Maintenance was always very responsive. Loved how little noise from above or around us in our unit. The amenities are nice and the property is well-kept. Everything is very modern. We ended up having to change our minds about leasing, which had nothing to do with AC.     Luis from maintenance is the absolute best guy and such an asset to the complex! If i could give him 10 stars I would! He went above and beyond in fixing the issues that had, and even looked at a couple of items (such as the AC) without me asking or even knowing that there was a problem.     I went in on May 6 and had a meeting with Cullen B and he was a true professional from start to finish. At the beginning of our meeting Chole the person who reviewed before me came in stating how she also had a meeting at the same time as mine.Cullen was the only person working that day and he was currently busy showing me all my options and that he could get back with her in 30 mins. Cullen offered her snacks and something to drink while she wait. She made it very clear how she NEEDED to be attended to. He stated again that he couldnā€™t just drop me to take care of her. Chole was not satisfied with his response and stormed out of there.As someone who works as a sales consultant I know how to treat potential clients. As I stated earlier Cullen treated everyone who walked through that door like gold. The fact that she had the audacity to leave a review over something so minor compelled me to write my own.

    Really nice place. Spent a few months here (summer of 2020) in a furnished corporate housing unit. Nicely appointed. The staff is great - very helpful and responsive. The amenities here are really good too - fantastic pool and a much better gym than you may expect from apartments.Dog friendly, great location, and highly walkable. Im honestly kinda gonna miss it.

    I have lived in these apartments for over . a year now. The property is amazing always organized and clean. They respond to maintenance issues that day or the next.     We looked at every apartment in the Cityline area and probably a dozen others nearby. Of all of the leasing agents we encountered, Elizabeth was the absolute best! Shes incredibly friendly and took so much time trying to ensure we made the best decision. She continued to patiently follow up with us over our weeks long process to a decision. Shes an absolute gem. This is a beautiful property with great floor plans and some of the best amenities in the area.     Just renewed my lease for the second time so Iā€™ve lived here for 29 months so far. My rent adjustment between leases have been very reasonable, which I GREATLY appreciate. The property and apartment itself has served me well. Iā€™ve enjoyed the community of neighbors that Iā€™ve interacted with.I feel like the place is built well, the appliances and fixtures have all held up well, have had no maintenance issues.My electricity bill in my one bedroom apartment in the winter has averaged $17-$20 and during the summer itā€™s averaged $50-$70 because I keep my thermostat set pretty cool.Honestly the only two annoyances Iā€™ve had is coming home late and having to park on a different level than my apartment is on; and I have been annoyed by big pickup trucks that squeeze into spaces in the garage. But we live in Texas so what do I expect.I would for sure recommend this place.

    Ive been here for about month and my stay here has been nothing but wonderful. Erika Hernandez knows exactly what shes doing, is extremely accommodating and really cares for the residents. The amenities here are always clean, gym is complete, units are pretty sound proof (its either that or my neighbors dont speak ever to each other or watch TV) and everyone is pet friendly! If you dont drive, the train station is literally 10 seconds away. That and the amazing staff members are what convinced me to sign here. Would recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to live in comfort.

The property looked very modern, and a great location for our jobs. What impressed us was the treatment we received from Alma!     Axis110 apartment complex is centrally located to everything you need. In addition, the apartment have great amenities like two pools, drive up garage, Gym and a block away from Dart Station. Katherine the leasing manager is super nice, very responsive and help us pick the most beautiful unit that best suits our needs. Manuel the maintenance supervisor is always there when we need him. He is so much better than a professional maintenance technician that we hire for $100 an hour at our Dental Office. Erica the assistant at the front leasing office is very helpful and made sure our questions were answered. There is another assistant (sorry I forgot her name) in the front desk that is also very helpful when there is an issue with our dryer. She immediately came up with a solution that would solve our problems. We love Axis110 and the staffs here.
