    One of the best apartment staff Ive met by far. . They have a respectful understanding of issues and complaints ive addressed to them And did not take them long to fix it. I can tell you by experience thats its hard to find a understanding staff of a apartment complex. For Ive lived in many . Apartment is also decent. moved in a few months ago.

    The staff is is very helpful. My A/C stopped working & of course my luck it happened on a Saturday when the maintenance was off. Lady in front office immediately paged maintenance on call- his name is DAVID & with in 30 ish minutes he came by, looked at the a/c & it was fixed so not even 45 minutes after reporting this issue to staff- it was fixed YAYYYY. David the maintenance guy was super professional and very nice when he came out. Thanks

    My mom & I have lived her for over 5 years now- that should say something itself. The manager here- her name is Jean & the Assistant Manager is Michaela- the are amazing. They are ALWAYS busting their butts to insure there residents are well cared for. They manager to treat there residents as they want to be talk to. Apts are apts -theres always gonna need thing to be fixed (thats ANYWHERE) her we can sat they get stuff dine in a timely fashion. And Our maintenance guys here Are very nice & professional.

    Avonmoras office staff are friendly, considerate and efficient people, they work hard making sure all residents request are resolved quickly. Their maintenance team are highly skilled polite professionals who always complete the task given to them.

    I would definitely recomend Avonmora to people looking for good-value apartments. To sum up - you get what you pay for. I feel bad writing anything negative as its clear they try very hard, our first 6-months here were just so rough. We had a lot of issues and frustrations when we first moved in, inlcuding being broken into three times in our first week. That being said, things have improved as the months went on. The current management team is very friendly and great to work with. Its clear Avonmora is turning things around. I really enjoy the location and all the walking space around the apartments - lots of grass and trees! I cant give 5-stars due to our inital experience, but the current management team is definitely top-notch. As I said before, I definitely recomend Avonmora Apartments to anyone looking for good value. Its not the fanciest place in the world, but there is a lot to like, especially with the current management team!

    I moved in July 2018 and I enjoy my apt. This complex is close to and walking distance to so many places .. Office staff always goes above and beyond. Maintenance is great! You place in a work order and your stuff gets fixed the same say. . So do I recommend Country Club Creek. . . YES!!!

    We have been here for numerous years now & the reason is because of the staff. The Apt mgr Jaen & asst mgr Michaela- They are amazing, they take the time to actually converse with the residents- making them feel at home. The current manager- Jaen is the best- she takes pride is making things look nice & insuring the residents feel secure. Michaela is the best asst mgr we have had here in awhile, she is always smiling & super friendly. These 2 are the best! The maintenance workers are amazing as well, always our picking things up making the property look decent. The maintenance also really prides their work as when they say they going to get it done- THEY REALLY DO. The staff here also checks up on their residents when something is being fixed- they insure satisfaction.THANKS AVONMORA STAFF FOR ALL YOUR HARD WORK & DEDICATION.

    Moved here in February 2019 and was told it was a bad apartment complex but nothing has given me a reason to not like it, office staff is very nice, maintenance is always fast on fixing things staff has been friendly since day 1, i love my apartment i feel more at home then i did my last place!!! I also love im close to everything even my job. I would definitely recommend this place and hope others have same experience as i do!!

    My experience here at Country Club Creek has been a long and enjoyable one. I have been here 6yrs. And Ill probably be here another 6. Its convenient to shopping for enjoying yourself or just pasting the time at home. Pet friendly. Has bus stop. I cant complain.
