I recently had the pleasure of living in an apartment managed by Kellie, and I cant recommend it enough! From the moment I moved in, Kellie was incredibly responsive and attentive, addressing any issues that arose promptly and efficiently. Her commitment to ensuring a smooth living experience made all the difference.The sense of safety in the apartment was exceptional, allowing me to truly feel at home. The community was friendly and welcoming, fostering a great atmosphere among the residents. Overall, my time here was wonderful, thanks to Kellie and the supportive community. Highly recommend!

I waited a while to give this review because I wanted to give my true honest opinion. After a few months, I feel that I could finally give my opinion. Living here is great. I will say that if you have two vehicles, I would buy at least one parking space just so you have it because after 8 PM it is hard to find a parking close to your house. The facilities is great. The house is great everyone we’ve talked to has been very pleasant. Heather, Cecilia and Kelley have all been great to work with in the leasing office. The maintenance team has been great as well. I will say living here. You have to understand that not everything is going to be perfect in communities like this and apartments. You will have the occasional thing that’s not working with the community but that’s everywhere. You’re going to see a bug or two on your front porch or in your house. We recently had a pipe bust outside our unit and we didn’t have water for the day, but the staff here specifically Heather insured that everything was good and that we were taken care of and the maintenance team was on it right away and got everything running as quickly as they could.As far as location goes, you’re near the epic in Grand Prairie, which has a lot of stuff for you to do. Asian Time Square isn’t that far either and it’s great place to visit atleast once. You’re near dog parks. You’re not that far from the Grand Prairie outlet mall which is about a 5 minute drive. You’re really close to the airport and you’re within about a 15 minute drive to the Mansfield area if you like to go out that way.Could this place do a bit better on some things….. Yes. Do they offer a lot to still make living here great overall? YES.

Amazing property! Very clean and well-maintained, great leasing staff. Apartments are very nice. They all have a small backyard/patio. All on one level, no stairs. The amenities include covered parking, garages, pool, dog park, bbq area, and more. Nice walking area and a great location.

We love this place!! Really really enjoy this very quiet and well kept community. Any “problems” we might have come across have all been resolved through either management or maintenance in a timely manner (which is appreciated). Friends and family have heard nothing but good things about living here. Tara was great and made it all easy to fall in love with this place. Micheala has always been on top of any concerns we have had.

Just moved into this awesome and well-kept property about 2 months ago. Tara and her team are so helpful and professional at what they do. Avilla rental home community is much better than renting an apartment. The rooms are spacious, and you get a little backyard. Well, so far ,so good.

Cecilia is not only wonderful to work with, but she’s also incredibly transparent, straightforward, and genuinely cares about guiding you toward the best decisions for your situation.If you’re looking for someone who will truly go above and beyond, make sure to ask for Cecilia. She made the entire process so smooth and stress-free. Thanks to her, my brother’s year has been made! There’s nothing better than moving into a new home just in time for Christmas. My experience from day 1 has been amazing! Tara was so welcoming and helpful. Her personality makes you feel comfortable and supported throughout the stressful process of renting. She made this experience seamless and communicated effectively. I am so happy that to live here. Celeste was also helpful when Tara was not available. I appreciate the team and their willingness to support their residents.

I like living here and I signed an initial 15 month lease. My first lease renewal just came up and they want to raise my rent about 5%. That doesn’t sound too bad at first until you consider the fact that the rate they are asking is almost $250 more than the current asking price on equivalent units that they currently have listed! So they want to charge a loyal tenant who causes no issues, has their rent on autopay and has recommended them to everyone they know looking for an apartment, hundreds of dollars more per month than Joe Blow off the street that they know nothing about? Buyer beware.Update: I was able to negotiate a lower rate after speaking with management and I’m very happy with the results so I have changed my rating to four stars. I hope to be living here for a long time.

I have had zero complaints. This is a quiet/family friendly community and I love living here. Any maintenance issue I have had has been fixed in a matter of 24-48 hours. The leasing agents have also been of great assistance when needed, specifically Tara. Tara was quick to work on a solution to the concern I had, and she was extremely friendly and understanding.

Such a put together place to live! Tara and the other workers put a lot of effort into events like the 2024 Eclipse today! Had a great time and they provided us snacks and glasses! Felt very welcomed in my own apartment complex.

I’ve been here since March and I love it! Anytime I have maintenance requests, they are completely in a very quick and timely manner. (Same day almost every time) and anytime I have a question or issue, Tara, one of the leasing consultants is ALWAYS so sweet and helpful. Definitely recommend this place to live!

I moved in March 2023 and I have had nothing but positive feedback and experiences. All of the staff I’ve encountered or interacted with have been supportive and helpful with responses to questions. The community is quiet and quaint. I can’t see myself staying in any other community except an Avilla property.Kudos to the property management and staff.. keep up the good work!!

This was an awesome experience! When I say that Tara was outstanding!!!! I have always dreading the initial information portion of leasing like going to a car lot to make a purchase but this was an exciting experience. She was pleasant, informative and just her energy was inviting. The floor plans are teult accommodating for any family size. Soo much so that I can wait to complete our application to move forward.

Fabulous property, office staff are polite and responsive. Tara has been super helpful answering questions and addressing concerns.Part of the appeal of Traditions is the single story cottage, quiet community living. Centralized location close to I-20, shopping (IKEA, Sams Club, Outlet Mall) dining (you name it and its within 15 minutes). The privacy fenced yard and dog park area are a bonus! We walk the dogs around the complex every night and the park is great for getting their zoomies out.Weve had zero maintenance issues, havent seen a single rodent or bug, the maintenance team is on top of it. The pool/spa are always clean and clear.

So far the year that i have lived here i couldn’t complain. Given how this property is set up and maintained nowhere is perfect. Places will have their flaws just how it is. Management has helped me out countless times with things i needed done or worked with me on certain situations as well. If you work with them they will work with you. Tara and Celeste yall rock!
