    I moved into Avery Oaks at the end of December 2023. The office staff was always very helpful, maintenance was friendly and effective, and the apartments are fairly nice in general (I lived in a one bedroom). If there was one complaint, it was that there was not sufficient parking at my building, but I never had to walk too far if I could not park at my building. The apartment was very new at that time, and the appliances were modern and clean. Since it is a newer apartment complex, it is well insulated - I had the lowest electric bills that I have ever had here. My experience was great, and I highly recommend Avery Oaks.

    Fairly quiet neighborhood to live in. Pool and basketball court in the back. If the EMS from the hospital across the street isnt busy.

    Honestly, I love living here and recommend it. The apartments are new and very spacious. I am in the studio with no complaints, there is so much storage and a washer/dryer which I feel like is hard to find. The building I am in is also very peaceful and I occasionally hear my neighbors, which is to be expected when living in an apartment building, but it is quiet/muffled type of sound. The new management has so far been pretty great, I believe they took over end of October or early November (?) and I moved in December 2023. They have been responsive and very friendly. They have been so helpful and moved a very large and heavy package into my apartment (was delivered 3 weeks late) when I was home for the holidays, honestly can’t thank them enough for that. I will say it can be very difficult getting a hold of them. They rarely answer their phones or call you back and close at 5:30 so if you get back from work after that you won’t be able to contact them. Once you are able to reach them though, they are wonderful and responsive. I’ve used maintenance twice for minor things (sulfur smelling water when I moved in and dishwasher was rusty from previous tenant) and he was quick and friendly as well.While the amenities are insanely nice, my only complaint is that you can only use the gym once the leasing office has closed (5:30 during the week/5 on Saturday, closed Sunday). This means I probably will never get to use the movie room they have :( that and I believe the dog washing station has not been working for a while. I know there are a few comments about car breaks in, and that personally made me apprehensive to move in, but I feel very safe here and the 3.5 months I’ve lived here I have not heard of any break ins or stealing.

    I enjoy these apartments very much! A lot of people have complaints but Ive never had an issue here. Yeah people can be noisy but thats any apartment complex. Maintenance has always helped me out and gotten my work orders finished within 1-2 days. All my neighbors are exceptionally nice and we even have community get-togethers from time to time. All the appliances are brand new and have never failed on me either! Love that.Brittany Kalata in the front office has always helped me out and made sure I am a satisfied tenant. She is the saving grace of this place!Ive re-leased here once and I plan to re-lease again at the end of my lease as well.

    My a/c went out / stopped working one evening. The man doing the repair was at my apt. to make the repair first thing the next morning. He made the necessary fix and the unit was back up, right away. Also, he was knowledgable & experienced, i.e. he knew exactly what to do. A quick fix to a major problem - very much appreciated.

    I moved here from California and from the very beginning, Danielle (Dani) has been nothing but an asset to my move. She has gone above and beyond with her exemplary customer service. She assisted me with choosing the apartment that best suited my criteria and was patient and professional with me, no matter how many times I called to ask 1001 questions. Because of her kindness and willingness to assist, my move has gone a lot smoother. I love my apartment. They are still building so we will have some growing pains of a new construction until its complete, but that is to be expected. I cant wait for it to get warmer so I can hang out at the pool. I havent checked out the gym yet, but soon. All the other staff members that I have encountered so far have been nice as well. I am glad I choose Avery Oaks.

    I had to write a review because on my drive home every day, I pass by Avery Oaks Luxury Apartments and I am blown away with the efficiency of the construction company. These apartments are being built in the most timely manner. I feel like just yesterday there was nothing but an empty plot of land and today there is a stunning apartment complex. I can’t get over how bright and inviting the exterior is. I am eager to schedule a tour and see all of the wonderful amenities this complex has to offer!

    Awesome place to live! Office staff is amazing. We moved from another property close by. Jennifer and her staff made the transition so easy! Only downside is that we weren’t able to stay as long as we had hoped due to a job relocation.Look no further, Avery Oaks is the place to live! If you have fur babies, the private yards are well worth the price!

    I needed a place fast and went into these apartments. Trenton gave a fun and informative tour of the property. Paperwork was a breeze as well. I would highly recommend Avery Oaks. I love it here.

    Living here has been great. The amenities are up to date, it’s quiet overall, clean, and most important to me, it is safe. Proximity to the highways and stores are also a plus as well.

    Its a nice complex. It is not old like many around here, close to everything, it has tennis and basketball courts next to the complex. Prices are reasonable
