    My experience residing at Avery Apartments has been very positive. Kashmere (manager) is very professional, great demeanor, and excellent communication skills. Living here for several years, I have not experienced any bug problems, and maintenance has always done a great job. The only issue that’s of concern would be the Breezeway, but they have powered washed them several times but residents have to do their part in keeping them clean.

    These apartments are actually the very first apartments I have ever lived in, and after living here for 2 months, I can say the staff is amazing (especially Kim!), the area is pretty quiet, and despite having a few initial problems with the apartment, my stay has been fantastic. Avery is a really nice place to be, and one I would recommend!

    My Leasing Agent Ms Kim was amazing she helped me get right in and urgently took care of all of my requests. Ms. Sonya and Ms. Cashmere were very warming and also helped secure my decision to move into the Avery.

    I enjoy living at Avery. The complex is clean and well taken care of. The maintenance staff is very friendly and responsive. I feel safe here as a single woman. I havent used the pool or workout room but plan to this year.

    So far everything is good. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The maintenance team are quick and responsive. The one thing I would like to see is the gates working. I totally understand that they keep getting broken. When they are open there are a few residents that think its a launch ramp and fly through 40+ mph. I love the Amazon hub being on site. All in all Im pleased and will most likely sign again next year. Keep up the good work.Update after a few years. Ive had a few issues off and on. Theyre always resolved within a timely manner. I do like the adding a text message option. Its very handy when you cant quite figure out which category and sub category the ticket needs to go under.

    I must say it’s been a great experience so far living at the Avery. From day 1 when I was just inquiring about available units…Sonja was very helpful, attentive and kind. She took the time to go over the different units, their prices and the difference between the newly renovated units and the regular units. They have had a change in management since I’ve been here and I must say every time I see Cashmere she is smiling and ready to answer any and every question I may have. Anytime I put in a work order it’s answered and completed either same day or next day. Overall my experience here has been one of the best, it really makes a difference when the office staff are so kind, friendly and willing to assist.

    I love it here! My family and I moved in 6 months ago and everything has been great. Ms. Sonja and the office staff are very welcoming and professional. The property upkeep is on point and the apartment looks just like the pictures. I have nothing wrong to say about the property. I love how they communicate and keep us informed on everything as well.

    I’ve been living here for a year and a half and since the new management has taken over I definitely see a great change. I recently moved from a one bedroom to a two bedroom. Which is an upgraded two bedroom. I must Sam very happy with the upgrades that they have chosen. Angelique and Sonya has definitely made sure my move was smooth. And I also want to give a shout out to Alex, Luis, and Jay to all the hard work they do around the property. The staff is very nice friendly and courteous. Even though the property is small the apartments are very great nice size and have a lot of space. Each floor plan has a different feel that you can definitely make your own.

    Best experience I have had with a leasing office in all my time doing apartment searching. Making the Avery my new home was an easy choice. Sonja and Angelique were awesome! My tour was great! Community is quiet. Management staff were all so welcoming even the maintenance personnel. Apartment are beautiful and spacious.

    My experience with Avery was simply amazing the very first day I walked in. Jalasia, Sonja and Marcus exemplified what great customer service is all about. They the staff , made me feel as though I belonged. My move-in day was the most seamless I’ve ever witnessed. 🙌🏼

    I have lived here for 7 years. I love it here. The new management team is AWESOME. Eric the assistant manager is very helpful at all times. If I have any issues, they are right on top of it to make sure it is handled in a timely manner. Recently I decided to move from a 2 bedroom to a 1 bedroom.Madacen the Manager, was very helpful with assisting me with my transition. Also Melissa and Veronica the front office staff members are always ready to assist. Everyone from the manager to the maintenance men are very nice and pleasant to speak with. I would recommend this property to anyone. The rent prices are very reasonable and the upgrades are remarkably beautiful. If you are looking a nice quiet place to call home. The Avery is your next move.

    Update! February 2024. Still love living here. I wanted to give a shout out to Sonja in the main office. I experienced a difficult and confusing issue that she helped handle in the most professional way. She took the time to discuss my issue with me and worked with me to clear up the confusion and explained things point by point. I sincerely appreciate her going the extra mile to help me move forward in a positive way. Thanks, Sonja!I moved in May 2022 and it was a very thoughtful, professional experience with the office staff. They had my apartment completely ready to move in and I had a very positive experience. I highly recommend. After moving in, I had a slow drain and I asked my neighbor Jay, who happens to be on the maintenance team, if he knew when my ticket would be settled as I was curious how long it might take. It had only been a day. He asked what was wrong and I told him. He was on vacation and took the time to come in, clear the slow drain in about 5 minutes and was on his way. So nice!! On another occasion, I had a maintenance request on Louis (sp) came on the weekend and took care of it. I cannot tell you how thrilled I am to live here. The whole team exudes professionalism and a care about residents that I have never experienced. Great job Avery Lewisville Team!

    My wife and I have lived here for a few months. There was an ownership change and a few issues fell through the cracks.I went to the office and spoke with Angelique, the new and amazing property manager. I pointed out an outstanding maintenance request and a covered parking spot request.Minutes later, Angelique is at my unit with a maintenance team. Within one hour, the maintenance issue was resolved by Alex with brand new parts and a thorough explanation of the work he did. Marcus came to my unit with a lease addendum for a covered parking spot.No place is perfect, but I respect a business that makes it right. I appreciate your work today, Angelique, Alex, and Marcus!

    I’ve been a resident at the Avery for a year now and I can say it’s been nothing but a pleasure living in this community. From the maintenance to the office staff are amazing. Big shout out to Sonya she is such a understanding and caring individual with a lot of knowledge and experience with what she does. The staff all around are just phenomenal and dedicated individuals to making the lives of us residents better each and everyday . I definitely recommend moving to the Avery !

    Great place to call Home! I moved here beginning of January this year and new management have just settled for new management company and may I say for the few months living here, it has made major changes that affected Avery community in a great way! They keep very great communication via email and keep residence aware/updated of any changes,news, event they have planned for us. They make me feel great to live here, will really consider to renew my lease and hopefully experience remodeled Apartments! If you have the opportunity please do stop by their office, get to meet them they are great people always with a smile and ready to you in any way. And check out the remodeled room. Amazing!

    I moved into Avery Apartments in Aug 2018. I absolutely fell in love with the upgraded floor plan and the size of unit! There was nothing like it for the price in Lewisville.Ill admit, I did have a few minor maintenance issues in the beginning, and I was a bit concerned. Fast forward to today and I could not be happier.I came in at a time when the apartment manager had just taken over and they had very recently begun to make major renovations and let me tell you, SHE IS ON IT!Anytime I have a question or concern, she is always happy to assist.The office staff is super friendly, professional, and eager to help as well. And maintenance requests never go more than 24-48 hours to be completed.And I love the location! I live within walking distance of my sons elementary school, and I never have to travel more than 10-15 minutes to shop or dine- everything is right here.I can honestly say I will be renewing my lease and look forward to living here another year.

    I visited Avery Lewisville to inquiry about a 2 bedroom and 2 bath and I meet Briana the leasing agent. She was welcoming, pleasant and knowledgeable about the property and apartments. Assisted me with the paper application because the online applicationwas not working correctly. While going through the approval process, I started communication with Angelique Black Apartment Manager. She greeted me the a firm handshake and a friendly attitude. She diligently worked hard to get me approved due to the time frame, in which I needed to move. I went back to Avery and meet Sonia who also assisted in the completion of my application. I will now call Avery my home.

    I moved in October 2018 and my experience has been quite pleasant so far. They have a new management company that took over a year ago and the new staff is awesome! Any issues I have had have been addressed promptly and my apartment looks amazing with all the remodels very bright and open. I have read the reviews online and it seems most of the negative reviews are from one bad experience but the positive things are not taken into account. From my personal experience I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family and plan to renew. Keep up the good work Avery!

    My daughter relocated to the area for a new job in a neighboring town and no matter how much they grow up as a mother I am concerned about her being in a safe place. She needed to be in the area with in one week. And thank God for all the help she received from Veronica Aguirre at Avery apartments. She was very helpful and for a southerner I noticed she went the extra mile and treated my daughter like family. She made sure my daughter was very well taken care of. And the apartment is in great location,safe, gated community and very nice! And when I met Veronica for myself she was very hospitable to me as well and made herself available to assist me in any way possible! So parents if your child have to move In this area and need a nice safe place to stay come to Avery apartments and ask for Veronica Aguirre she will treat your child just like family!

    Avery staff is always excellent in what they do. They say what they do and do what they say. Minor issues I have had, they are quick to fix or find a solution to accommodate me and make me feel comfortable in my apartment. The staff is always to say hi, greet everyone and are so friendly.     My husband and I were looking to relocate to Lewisville and Grapevine area. We came to the Avery apartments for a tour and were not disappointed. The property was clean and spacious and their were many floor plan options. More importantly the leasing office team was amazing! Specifically Marquis Bodley- Yelverton, he was so helpful during the tour and answered all the questions that we had. There seems to be a great sense of community at this property and we felt extremely comfortable and welcome! 10/10

    Wow these Apartments are amazing! I dont even know where to begin, a great place to call home. The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to your needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise. The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. I live alone here and could not feel safer anywhere else....a beautiful neighborhood with nearby parks and trails. These are great apartments in a great area. I have loved my time here and will always recommend it to others. Thank you Avery Apartment Staff for all you do!! Couldn’t be any happier.

    I normally dont do reviews but I had to let It be known that I appreciate , ALEX ,SONYA and the new crew for changing my mind about moving far away from avery!! Yes it was that bad!! Been dealing with problems for a long time until new management came in!! I was hesitant at first because weve had a lot of property managers since Ive lived here and still nothing ever got solved!! But those 3 I named above gave me a change of heart!! Angelique asked me to just give her a chance to improve the situation!! Im so glad I did because she has stopped at nothing to make me happy to live here!! Shes definitely making positive changes just in the few months shes been in office!! Alex ( Frank B) your the absolute best!! They should be proud to have you on board!! Best maintenance man ever!! This new team is definitely making a change for the better!!     I moved in 2 weeks ago and yes it started off rocky but, the management team has been nothing but helpful. I ask they make it happen. I love my apartment and the fact that, they make sure to answer the service call within 24 hours is A+ SERVICE. Everyone in the office is super friendly and nice. They Manager is kind gentle and seems to be a humble GOD FEARING woman. She and her staff keeps things nice and tidy. And make sure that I am happy.The only negative thing is the parking. The parking sucks. But, hey it is what it is. You cant expect everything to be as if you are living in a house with a garage of your own. But, YES I love it here. So far so good.

    Avery was my first stop while looking for a new apartment. I immediately was greeted and felt welcomed by Veronica. She showed me the property and told me of all the wonderful amenities that were available. I felt like I had found my new home!     Very nice apartment. It’s a great size for a one bedroom. Has jacuzzi tub, which I live. Kitchen it a nice size as well. I cook I lot and even though I’m in a one bedroom and it’s just me, I am still able to fix meals for people. Has I nice size walk in closet. Great patio space with a small yard 😊. If I had brought my dog with me he would have loved it. To top it off the staff is very kind and helpful. One of the best apartments I have lived in. I am mostly shocked on how I am able to fit all my things in here. The Avery is something worth looking at. Make sure you talk to Genovevie and Juanita, they made sure I had a smooth move in.

    The Avery Apartments are making great changes. The new management team is AMAZING! We finally have a team that actually cares about the families. Lee, Carol, Eric & Robin have always been friendly and attentive. They are working hard to fix everything that the past management did not finish. I definitely recommend others to tour these Apartments.

    As a new resident of The Avery (living here for 2 months) I have nothing but wonderful things to say. From the moment I walked in the office, Eric, was energetic, kind, extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the property. I knew from the moment I went there, after talking with Eric, I would 100% be happy here. He made the move in process so easy and they even had a great move in special going on, making it all the more better! Even upon my move in date, I misplaced my keys and even after the office had closed, Eric came to my rescue with a back up set! Talk about amazing customer service! Every one in the office is amazing. The management is wonderful and helps to solve any concerns the residents may have. We are notified via email about new updates, policies, concerns. This is AMAZING to me as the last place I lived, the management was awful and NEVER kept the residents up to date. The maintenance crew has been so helpful! One of the first nights I moved in, there was a problem with the AC and it was nearly midnight but Eddie from emergency maintenance came out within 30 minutes to have it repaired! He wasn’t even bothered and had a great attitude, friendly and awesome! I was so grateful for him! I know each of the crew by name and they are ALWAYS so kind and willing to help with whatever I may need! I absolutely LOVE my apartment - totally 100% upgraded and renovated with hard wood floors, new stainless steel appliances, counter tops, everything is exquisite. The pricing is FAR beyond reasonable for all that it offers. New media room, game room, business center, awesome fitness facility and updated pool with grill pit. My neighbors are awesome. I know most everyone in my building and they are so friendly. I love that it is a very family oriented property, as I have a young son myself, there are plenty of kids to play with! I would 100% recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a great place to live in Lewisville :) I’m certainly glad I made the decision to call this my home!

    Ive lived in this great community for about 3 years. Im very happy with the new management, they have made huge improvements. They have set up a new dog park, car covers, cleaner landscape, new roofs, and painted the entire complex. Avery Apartment team have made this community proud and of you ask anyone from within they will be a witness to this positive progress.

    These Apartments has done a MAJOR turn around. From keeping the work needed to be done inside the units when requested. An starting with Management and staff has been an entire upgrade they are doing it in there. Ive notice more activity with building cleanings and trash Management also with the power washing of hallways to keep it nice and clean. An the grounds men are amazing as well. This property has gain alot of structure. Since I moved in last August going on my second year. I want to say the Manager Ms. SONJA JACKSON are doing it along with the staff big salute to them all!!!

    I just moved in a couple months ago and have had nothing but a great experience. When I moved in, they made on the spot accommodations for me and did it with a smile. Not only that, I had a maintenance issue the first week I moved in and the manager, Shelly, personally dropped everything she was doing, came to my apartment and FIXED it in less than 5 min! This place rocks! Very nice community, newly remodeled and great staff!

    I have lived in this complex for 6 years and 4 different apartments for various personal reasons. Each apartment has met my standards and expectations. The size is great whether you are in a one bedroom or two bedroom apartment. The new management company has come in and made it a better place to live. The renovations are gorgeous and the office staff is incredibly helpful. I don’t plan to leave until I get a house!

    Applying online was easy and efficient, Hector Velasquez was very professional on doing his job. Management made it easy to move in and did their best to help us move in one week before our official date, maintenance do a great job. We loving it here, highly recommended.

    I gave this place 5 stars in my head starting from the first phone call from Veronica at The Avery! This woman is so helpful and her spirit is so refreshing and needed during these times we are in. If I could give her 1000 stars, I would. Shes helpful, courteous, considerate and doesnt rush the process to get you to sign the lease. Everything flowed beautifully and I cannot wait to recommend this place to friends who currently live in Dallas and new friends moving to the area. I will always tell them to start here at The Avery first. If I could get ahold of their corporate office, I will just to tell them about the amazing experience I had visiting the property and working with Veronica! Thank you!

    Ive lived here for two years, so Ive been through the management change. Avery management has done an exceptional job of making it feel like a community. The staff is always pleasant, even when theyre visibly busy with multiple people. No place is perfect; so when I had a minor issue in the past, I felt listened to and respected in the resolve. It means a lot to feel welcome at a place I call home, and not be made to feel like a number that is simply adding to the bottom line of a company. Robin and Eric are always so hard working, cheery, kind, willing to chat, and certainly appear to have customer services as their priority!

    Initially I spoke with Veronica over the phone. She was patient and very informative. She allowed me to do a self guided tour and sent pictures of different places. She is friendly and accommodated all of our needs. Honestly the apartment was beautiful it’s very spacious. Thanks to Veronica I’ve found my new home in a short period of time.

    Please allow me to take this opportunity to let you know how much I appreciate Ms Juanita and Ms Tina. From the time they’ve started with Avery, they have both been always pleasant and helpful. A few days ago I had an horrible experience in my garage. A skunk decided to have an extended stay. If Ms Juanita and Tina wasn’t the awesome people in keeping me calm assuring me that they were going to do they’re very best to resolve the problem. Ms Tina email Ms Juanita with all the information to follow up. Left my garage key with your office Ms Juanita I’m still in Aw! She monitored the situation so I wouldn’t have to take off work. Thank you for employing these two wonderful ladies. I can go on and on giving you pages of words of how they helped me from falling apart. The team work and office communication that they shown me with each other words of gratitude is definitely for the both of them. I’m so thankful that you have two loyal employees at Avery along with my two awesome maintenance workers. Again thank you and please let them both know how much I appreciate them.     The entire staff was extremely understanding of our situation and urgency. They were tentative; not only finding a unit that met ALL of our needs but stayed under our budget as well! The office staff even went out of their way to find us a more immediate move in date, before Thanksgiving. I felt a really positive energy and they seem like a really cohesive team.     The Avery apartment office team is always helpful and professional. I haven’t had a bad experience with any of the team I’ve dealt with- Eric, Shelley, Madacen, or Veronica.     I just want to start off by saying thank you to Melissa for going above and beyond her job title. She was very helpful and pleasant when I came in to view the property. Before moving in my apartment had some touch paint to be done. The painters left a mess so Melissa came in after her shift on a Saturday to clean up behind the painters. She literally was on her hands and knees scrubbing the excess paint off the floor, counters, door handles, mirrors, you name it. Not to many people would of done that and I greatly appreciate her. She definitely deserves a bonus or a raise.I’m happy to call Avery my new home and a BIG THANKS to Melissa again for making sure her tenants are happy. 😉😁😊🤗

    Ive lived here for 3 years and its been awesome. There were some issues with pas management, but those have been resolved for a long time now. Eric, in the leasing office, is the best assistant manager someone could ask for. This place has become a total class-act over the years. Im glad to call this place home.

    I give this property a five star rating because I have lived here for 7years next month and my experience has been great! I have gone through numerous management changes and some were less than perfect and only made false promises. I must say that since this new team, I have only witnessed great changes, no promises but results. I love that Lee is straight forward and firm which is what this property has been missing. People tend to complain but have always seemed to be the issue. Finally, the property is getting the attention it needed years ago.l love the changes so keep up the good work..Eric is always there to help with a smile in his face....

    I found this property a little after they went under new management and I can tell that the office staff are working really hard to make sure everything is perfect for the residents. I had no problems at move in and anything I needed, they provided and aided me with. If I call, they answer. Maintenance requests are also done quickly. So far, I love the property team and everything is great!

    Nice apartment complex, great location, gated, and the staff in property management is very helpful, especially Veronica A. She has great customer service, knowledgeable of the area, and made me feel at home moving in this complex. If there is a problem with the property or any concerns she solves it right away. Veronica is a life saver! I am so glad I chose this apartment complex!

    Veronica was amazing during my search for an apartment for my fiance! He works a lot out of state so he wasnt able to be the one to actively search. With that being said she worked with him through email on getting an apartment. On top of that since I was doing the searching for him every time I came to the office she immediately remembered my name and always had the biggest smile.

    Moving from California was a major decision for me and was a scary thing for me. After viewing an apt at Avery and talking to Tina while viewing the apt made me feel better abt the move. I applied and was approved within 2 days. Tina was unavailable for my lease signing so the Manager Angelique took over. Angelique is a BEAUTIFUL woman who made me feel so welcomed. I even shedded a tear with her…I appreciate her and is so grateful for choosing these apts. I Love it here already. The staff is AMAZING.     Amazing office staff, beautifully remodeled recently and a great place to call home. When I was moving multiple boxes from the 2nd floor, the a member of the maintenance staff was in the same building and stopped what they were doing to help me! Seriously, talk about awesome people all around. Not only that, but they have so many on-site community events that bring everyone together. 5 stars all the way!

    I love this community. I’ve live here for awhile and I’m sad to be moving early next year but my job is transferring me. If I could give them more then 5 stars I would. The new manager Madison has been beyond nice about the move. She makes me almost want to make the hour and half drive to my new location.

    Angelique Black.... Words cant express my appreciation for her. The Avery is definitely better having her there. She makes you feel like a real person and not just a rent paying bottom line.     Perfect apartment and just 5 minutes from everything you need! The rooms are pretty spacious and the kitchen is completely open which is so nice if you love to cook. They remodeled the entire apartment and feels brand new. I highly recommend.

    Avery is such a beautiful community. The team goes above and beyond to make sure you experience at Avery is top knotch. The grounds and pool area are kept very clean.     This new management company has done a lot to upgrade this complex. The gates always work now, every building has a fresh coat of paint, trash is picked up more often. The old management painted walls with crappy paint that either comes off or leaves water stains when you try to clean them. This management is willing to repaint the walls for me at no charge

    Just moved in! It’s such a nice apartment, gorgeous kitchen, and great floors. Tina was extremely helpful through the entire process, she was open and very honest about everything. If it wasn’t for her we probably would’ve went somewhere else. We love the complex, and all the people are extremely kind.

    I was apartment hunting and took a tour of Avery, the young man who assisted me was very helpful, well spoken, and super nice. He made me feel at home, his name was Eric. I looked at a one bedroom, visited the property and went over the amenities. The office was BEUTIFUL!! We are still in the process of looking, but Avery is in the running!

    Im a new tenant to the complex and I truly have had an amazing experience. From the first visit to the move in day, the transition has been seamless.
