I love living at Avenues at Northpointe! The location is perfect... everything I need or want is within just a few miles, plus quick access to Hwy. 249 and Toll Road 99. I especially love having a garage attached to my unit and trash pickup at my front door. Bonus is the good office staff and the maintenance department... they have responded quickly and professionally to the requests I have made. 5 stars!!

I have lived in this community since 2019, I have seen my children grow up here! I really like our lifestyle and the amenities we get to have at Northpointe. The schools are amazing. The maintenance team is always diligent and Rene and office staff always friendly and helpful. Looking forward for another year living here!

I have been a resident at Avenues at Northpointe for a littleOver two years and I love it here. Renee and her team have been so great. Any time I have had an issue they are always quick to resolve it and they are friendly,Understanding and are always prompt to inform and follow up! The maintenance team (Angel and Charles especially!) is wonderful too. They are mindful when they come in to do repairs and are always respectful of our space and things. We are not just a number here.They also keep the grounds clean and well kept. My boys and I are so thankful for our home and community here. ♥️

We love our home here at Avenues @ Northpointe, and just adore the staff here. They are always so willing to assist my family with any request in a promptly manor. All of the maintenance crew are rockstars, non-emergency maintenance requests are typically resolved the same day or early the next morning. The property is very well kept, and wouldn’t know what to do without our trash valet. Friday Food Truck nights make for an easy dinner after a long week and they frequently have resident gatherings for holidays at the office. The pool and gym are always clean, with all the equipment needed for a good workout. We don’t plan on moving any time soon! ❤️Avenues at Northpointe!

The Avenues at Northpointe have been my family and I home for the past 3 years. I love living here! The office workers are so kind and they help you out any way they can. Them along with the maintenance team make living here so fun and safe. I would recommend this place to anyone!!

Just moved in a month ago, but so far the entire experience has been great. The property is well kept and the apartments are nice (I especially like the attached garage). Everyone Ive spoken to in the leasing office has been friendly, good at their jobs, and easy to get in touch with. My neighbors are great - lots of long term residents, and its not a party atmosphere - very quiet. The rent is a little pricey for the area, but I suppose you get what you pay for, so that doesnt bother me too much. Overall, highly recommended.

This apartments are great, nice convenient location we just love it, But the Staff the manager of the property and the whole team are out of this world, we had to renew our lease and Renee and Christy went out of their way to help me, In small words they took the extra step that, they didnt have to do it, but they did. I have been living here for over two years now, and I absolutely love this place! The leasing office staff is always so friendly and attentive. They have all known my name from the very first day I stopped by to look at the property, and they have always been very communicative and responsive to my questions. Anytime I call and need something, Angelina is extremely helpful and efficient and I love her positive attitude. Renee, the property manager, did an excellent job of educating me on the property and how the leasing process works when I moved in, and she continues to know my name and always is happy to hear from me and helps me with whatever I need. She is so great at what she does. The property is well-maintained from the individual units to the landscaping, and Angel has always done a great job of taking care of any maintenance needs in a fast and efficient manner. He is very respectful about entering your home, and each time he ensures that he cleans up whenever he is done with the work. I also love that this property is so quiet and feels safe, without any loud or obnoxious residents. The residents here keep to themselves but they are friendly and courteous if you talk to them. I love the attached garages to keep my car out of the weather, and the layout and color scheme in the units is amazing… light gray walls with medium gray baseboards and crown molding are much better than the drab beige or almost orange-tinted colors you get at most properties! If you’re looking for a rental, I highly recommend stopping by and checking this place out!

We lived here a little over two years and they are just absolutely amazing overall. Renee has been there for years and has been nothing but helpful the entire time we have lived there. Christy recently joined the team and has been amazing as well. The maintenance team was always on top of what we needed and was very punctual and had amazing communication. I would HIGHLY recommend this apartment complex to anyone as they made my boyfriend and I always feel at home. This place holds a special place in my heart and I appreciate everything the Avenues at Northpointe team has done for my family. ❤️

My husband and I moved to Texas about six months ago from Wisconsin and we toured lots of apartments before we came to Avenues at Northpointe. We could not be any happier with our decision to move in to these apartment homes! The apartments are in a prime area close to loads of restaurants, shopping and worship opportunities. Our apartment is spacious and has an attached garage (this actually was one of the key deciding factors for us) our neighbors are friendly and the grounds are well kept and include lots of amenities (pool, gym, dog park and much more!). Everyone in the leasing office and the maintenance staff have been nothing but accommodating and helpful. The awesome leasing office team, led by the fabulous Renée, coordinate several fun activities each month for the residents to enjoy (at Christmas they had dinner catered for us by Adriatic Café, and gave away some great prizes at the end of the night). We are so thankful that we found such a wonderful community to move in to and The Avenues at Northpointe have made our move to Texas all that more enjoyable!

I have to give high praise to the Avenues at Northpointe across the board. My husband and I just moved in in September and could t be happier. Unfortunately my husband has suffered some serious health issues requiring him to be hospitalized for 3 weeks. I am not usually comfortable about staying alone at night. However, the fact that I could drive into my private garage and safely enter my house was a great comfort. Never once was a startled or disturbed at night due to noise. The property is peaceful. When I reached out to the office and maintenance to help install safety equipment in the apartment for when my husband came home, Christy and Angel were on it. We could not be happier living here. And while they might think these things are minor to me and my husband themean the world. And have made our burdens easier to manage. We just renewed our lease, that should say what we think of this community. The management, staff, maintenance are very kind and courteous and always respond to any issues in a timely manner. The residents are always looking out for each other and I cant think of a better place in the area to raise a family. Plus we like the pop up food trucks and vendors they have, saves us time from having to cook dinner with such busy schedules.

I have lived at this apartment complex for approximately 5 years.Let me first say, I love the staff here!It’s located in a great spot near “249.”The new assistant manager Christy Singer has been helpful she is so polite. Anytime I have maintenance issues she is quick to respond.I feel safe walking around at night as the area is lit, and the residents are polite. The neighborhood stays quiet and I sleep peaceful at night.I can’t recommend this location, and leasing company enough.

Top Ten Reasons why Avenues at Northpointe is the best apartment complex we have ever lived at (in order)10. Cleanliness. We take walks every evening and the grounds always look great (we do not walk around dog excrement because residents clean up after themselves).9. Friendliness. The residents are the friendliest of all the apartment we have lived at8. The staff. The staff are always helpful, going our of their way to answer our requests.7. The location. Being right off the 249, we get everywhere we need to very quickly and smoothly.6. The gym. We use the gym often as it contains everything we need for a good workout5. The price. We cant believe what we get here for the price, cant beat it.4. The apartments. Our apartment unit is modern, clean, and nice-looking, with strong insulation (very low utility bills)3. Garages. You cant beat garages attached to the apartment, especially in the hot summer, or when it rains. A great convenience that we could not find in most other apartments in this area.2. The maintenance. The few times things have not worked or broke, they send someone that same day, or the next day, and they get it completely fixed. I was used to waiting a long time for service until I moved here.1. The pool. This is our favorite part of living here. The crystal clear salt-water pool with fountains and comfortable chairs makes us feel like we are living at a vacation resort.

Great place to live! New (at the time of our first lease, we have since signed a couple more), clean, fantastic pool, very quick maintenance. Someone in the office (corporate?) had an issue with our satellite dish installation out of the blue after a year but they listened when I explained and sent pictures to prove compliance. Extremely pleased. The staff is constantly working to make the place better and more eye pleasing. New mulch a few times a year, updated trash policies; they stay on top of things. The office staff is very helpful and friendly.

This place has been home for this past year and we have loved this complex. The grounds are well kept, the salt water pool is amazing and always crystal clear, great gym, staff is attentive and friendly, and the units all have garages, which is a huge plus. I have never heard nose from neighboring units with the way the units are designed. Im very sad to leave this apartment to relocate out of state. It is a great place to live!!

I have lived here the longest, so I believe I can give an honest answer. I moved here in 2013 when the apartments first opened. I was the 2nd person to move here while they were still building around me. Ok, just like any apartments, managers change all the time so I knew I would have a issue since managers do things differently. The first manager (cant remember her name) was great. Second manager, MICHELLE, was horrible. I remember going back and forth with her about a balance she claimed i had, then tried to charge me a late fee when it was her staffs problem. She apologized, but I hate the fact of bad communication. I had to call the office several times because I didnt get a call back, but other than that everything is fine. Besides management (thank God Michelle is gone, found this out recently) everything is fine. The property is kept clean, good location, when i submit a maintenance request it gets done fast. I submitted one online, and 30 minutes later, i got a text it was complete. Would i recommend this property to someone else? Yep.

I have lived at this complex for a year and have really enjoyed and its a great place to live. There have been no major issues and when I need something from maintenance it was always handled on time. This is also a brand new complex which is a benefit since all the units are still in great or new condition. It is also located right off of highway 249 which makes it easy to get to work or shopping during rush hour. The amenities are also very good such as the car wash station, gym, and pool.The only real issue that I have noticed about this complex is the trash situation. It is a dumpster that compacts so if people throw away the wrong things it cant compact well. Its either that or people just have too much trash but then people just leave their trash and it looks terrible.

My experience in this apartment is incredible. It was worth every day living here. The maintenance service was efficient and very friendly to everyone. If I could give them 10 stars I would gladly do so. A quiet and above all safe place, neither my husband and I ever had any complaints. We moved because we need to save money but once we finish our debts we will return to this place without hesitation ✨
