Super happy living at Avana! Love the location, the hallways are always clean, Donna the leasing agent was super helpful throughout the move in process and continues to check in on me, Raul the maintenance guy is so nice, the units have massive windows- the list goes on! Very happy i found these apartments. :) -

Gorgeous, spacious, and friendly apartment complex! The leasing staff are excellent and extremely helpful, and with the few minor issues that I have had, I have received the best care from maintenance staff Phillip.Great place to live! -

I really wanted to rent here, but they were all leased up. If there is an open unit Id say go for it. Cant beat the location for the price.
