Being new to Texas and the area I’ve been searching for new places and overwhelmed with management helping me, but I will say Paloma was by far the best I have ran into! Great energy, very knowledgeable, knew what she was talking about (especially because I’m an hard sell and ask tons of questions) and made my life so much easier! She also gave plenty of things to do and what’s around in the surrounding areas! She’s super enthusiastic and made my day and moving life more joyful and fulfilled! In spite of all of the Management changes and I’ve worked in Apartment Management myself for 6 years, Chelsea, Cynthia, Alizaye, has REALLY STEPPED UP!! They have all kept their word on my work order, customer service, and cleaned up the property very well. The team is really upgrading this property, and I take very big pride in my home and I’ve never felt more comfortable and happy with my home. I can’t wait to see what more this place will turn up to be.

As soon as Edgar came on board he’s being going that extra mile to make things right. CurrentlyI still love my apartment. The property still has beautiful trees, I like the new paint job, and my friends and family like the new look of the porches and our red doors. Ive lived here since 2011. Neighbors are still nice and quiet.It only takes one person in the leasing office to make your renting experience hell or to make the experience pleasant. I can say that the agents Andrea and Ronnie have restored my faith in the new management. I havent enjoyed the last two weeks trying to get my issue resolved but I can give grace for changes and mistakes when someone steps in and makes an effort to acknowledge the issue. My experience wasnt perfect with everyone in the office but I do believe these two showed that they care.I was alerted of an issue with my account balance at the end of January. So, of course, I go to the office to address the discrepancies. I tried to speak with the manager, Ana, but the office was busy. When I did managed to speak with her, she said she couldnt do anything about it because corporate had to make the changes. She assured me that she sent my issue to them that day. There was no sense of urgency on her part considering Ive been waiting for 8 days by that point, had written 2 emails with no response, called numerous times, had large late fees, rent had just been due for February, and I had an eviction warning.Thirteen days go by; I still havent received any response from the manager, I get another notice on my door about vacating my apartment, and there is more late fees. By this point, I am beyond mad. I send another email, so I have a record of all my attempts at communication. I march over and decide I am talking to the manager today or Im calling corporate.As Im waiting, our best advocate walks over, Andrea. She took care of my problem that very minute. She read my emails, looked through my file, found my friends files, and found the paperwork that confirmed my account. And, most importantly, Andrea spoke up for me. Then she immediately emailed corporate and they responded in less than 2 or 3 minutes to reverse all my charges. She gave me a print out reflecting the update to my account. In about 20 or 30 minutes, it was all done. All the manager had to do was to look at the files and click a button. It didnt have to go to corporate to be fixed.Andrea was super nice and helpful. Even Ronnie was understanding considering he was new and on the other end of my frustration. So, yes, most of that was super stressful but it only takes one person to make a difference. Most people are very gracious and will look past mistakes when someone takes the time to address their issues. Im glad Andrea took the time and I plan to continue enjoying my time here at Avalon Villas.Review - from a year agoI love living at Avalon Villas. The property is beautiful with lots of trees. Most apartments have the same basic layout but what drew me to Avalon Villas, when I was searching for a place, were the small unique features that I didnt see in other places. All the management staff have been nice and helpful. They always keep a look out for my dogs medicine that is special ordered. I never have any problems with my neighbors. People are quiet and friendly. Ive lived here for over 7 years and I enjoy my space.

This review is only based off my initial visit to Avalon and the application process ( Ill updated after Im moved in)1. The community is beautiful, and I love the layout of the community as it different then other apartments.2. My initial visit was great the leasing agent greeted my quickly and immediately showed me a unit within my price range. She was very nice and explained the entire application process to me.3. Once I was ready to apply I enjoyed how everything was done online which saved me several trips to the bank and back to the leasing office and the approval took about 2 days which was nice.I want to thank Anna as she has been nothing but great during my entire process, I had tons of questions and she took her time to answer each and every one of them! Im very excited about moving to Avalon Villas and cannot wait to move in!!

Been living here for 6 months, and just renewed for another year. Love it. Our apartment is located in a very private place, and our neighbors keep to themselves, just as we do. I guess its a little expensive, but considering how close we are to Dallas (which is perfect for my commute), its worth it. Very beautiful place. Our family is always commenting on the interior. Best thing: private, full of trees, beautiful interior. Worst thing: a little expensive, terrible concrete for parking (oh well).

Brandon, maintenance guru, has been working none stop to get my A/C fixed. It has been running at about 50% since before Snowmagedon. (Yes, no heat in Feb). Brandon came when we got new owners recently. He has worked, some days until 11pm, to get it fixed. He was finally able to replace the unit and immediately the temp dropped to the 70’s and is still dropping. Brandon is by far the best person I have ever dealt with. He was very professional and provided updates all along the way. I can’t thank him enough. He is an asset for any company and we (residents) are very fortunate to have him here! Thank you Brandon!!

My recent experience with Ronnie in the office went surprisingly well. I spoke with him regarding multiple issues and he took his time to listen and try to resolve the issues within his power while we were on the phone. All the frustration and irrations we had from the storm this past week, it was good to speak with someone who tried to understand. I was able to be at ease and share some information about Irving Resources that I received. He was grateful and bought us lunch. Thank you Ronnie for being awesome.

Lincoln Property Management has turned things around. They now repair things relatively quick. They finally got the lawns looking better with fresh grass. Previous post is no longer accurate.Apartment doesnt respond to maintenance and upkeep requests for months. There has been mud in the parking spaces inches deep for weeks. We slip and fall in it and it still doesnt get cleaned up. I thought Lincoln taking over would improve things but very little has changed.

I must say that I still love this apt. community. I have stairs in my apt. and I also have an infant. At the top of my staircase, the was a gap in the wood structure and although I got a gate, I was worried that my son might be able to fall through that little spot. The staff came and put a board in that blocked off the space and I thought that was super nice. They didnt have to change the structure of the staircase for me but they did for the safety of my son. Love these apts.

I’ve been a resident for 2yrs and I love it. The floor plan and the location (close to DFW airport and restaurants). Lauren is fantastic!! She always provide prompt service no matter what. I like that it is quiet and secure. Best rental experience so far!

It’s a very nice community ! The staff is Amazing!!!! Ms. Lauren was a huge help in getting me squared away and she is always there to make sure ALL of her tenants are safe and sound......THATS what Avalon Villas is all about I love it
