I have been living in these apartments for 5 years and Tasha is a great property manager. Any issues that have ever come up are resolved in a quick and efficient manner. She is easy to talk to and friendly. -

My name is Katlyn Jimenez and Iβm a resident here at Avalon Park Apartments and I live in apartment #206. I came into the office today to get help with my housing renewal paperwork and to renew my lease and Latasha the property manager was very helpful. She explained the housing papers even though itβs through SPRHA. She saved me because I was not sure what to do. I just renewed my lease and will be starting my 3rd year here and itβs because Latasha is the greatest and always here to help! I really appreciate all she does to help me. Thanks Tasha! -

Very nice place to be staying . You can really call the Avalon Apartments a home and very good new property manager very respectful and will help you with whatever you need and sheβs very considerate, and will do everything she can to help you out .Thank you Susan !!! -
