    This is an Indian-based community with beautiful and good management, celebrating holidays and also engaging in Indian celebrations. The workers are nice and arrive on time. On top of that, This comes under the very prestigious Coppell ISD. This is a great community for anyone to live in and make great opportunities whether you’re a child or an adult. I totally recommend this amazing community.

    Nice community with lots of Indian Families and Coppell ISD schools nearby. Nice location for daily groceries and other commutes. New Management is taking lesser time to resolve the work order. Services provided are good compared to the rent amount and all people are helpful to each other.

    Editing my post Sep 13, 2024 :Management has taken proactive measures to address all concerns from 7th Sep beginning with the termination of the property manager responsible for tenant dissatisfaction and neglect of property maintenance. In the past week, significant improvements have been made to address various property issues, prioritizing larger and minor concerns and addressing issues. My entire unit was repaired within a mere two day. This change gives me confidence in staying here for very longer term.Thanks to Ms.Jas & Mr.ReddyOlder riview.We discovered this apartment during our time abroad just one day prior to our departure for Dallas. Ms. Firdose displayed exceptional kindness and assistance, comprehending our circumstances and ensuring the apartment was prepared for our arrival in the United States. We received a substantial discount and the most competitive offer, surpassing those of other residences in Coppell ISD. Unfortunately, the aged buildings lack recreational spaces for children and the maintenance service is lacking, as I have been awaiting repair of my overflowing flush for three days without resolution, it is very much walkable distance for everything you need. Sams, Walmart, khols, Indian stores and you name it !!.So far my experience here is so bad due to bad maintenance and rude manager who treat tented like a garbage. Other than maintenance and manager, community is good and Ms. Firdose is very helpful.

    This apparment had different managements over the couple of years. We too had to face some issues, but the new management took the responsibility, fixed the issues one by one in a matter of hours. I am happy with their response .

    Avalon is located in very Prime Area of Irving/Coppell. Best thing about it is Coppell ISD. Management is very fast in responding to Maintenance issues and taking care of Resident issues on daily basis. Indian Festivals Like Holi and Ganesh Chathurti are organized by Management and they organized extremely well, they also do Halloween for kids which creates a homely environment. if you are looking for Indian Community which lot of Indians Around, this is the Place. If you are looking for a place in Coppell ISD, Go for it.

    Must to go for Avalon apartment. I have been here and leasing team is fixing my maintenance issues if any. They are working hard enough to get it fix immediately but as we all know it takes some time in getting done on the same day but they make sure in answering my calls and assure the ETA and resolve it.     Nice community in Valley Ranch Irving. Frankly speaking, apartments are old, and there will be maintenance issues but that is the case with almost all adjacent communities. Here the staff is really friendly and helpful. They listen to the concerns and are prompt in addressing the issues that are raised. The manager recently changed and Gladys is doing a commendable job! The location is perfect - its close to shopping, dining, and transportation options, but still feels secluded from the hustle and bustle of the city.     I have to say these are good apartments ever I stay in . Rent was reasonable for the condition they maintain the apartments. The Avalon community is safe and well maintained greenery with ample of parking lots.The staff and well maintained online accounts for bills are on top notch transparency.I need to share recent example:- In our flat there is plumbing issue, I called to leasing office and they responded well and got it fix by couple of hours time.So, I strongly suggest to get eye for Avalon Apartments.

    This property is absolutely gorgeous! We had an amazing tour of the property and the apartment we are going to be moving in to. Cinthya was an absolute treasure to speak with. My wife and I were looking at many apartments in this area and they were all nice but it really came down to the atmosphere that the staff created. We will be recommending this establishment to all of our friends in the area.

    I have been staying @ this place since last 3.5 years + and I have had a great experience. With the new management that came in 2020 things have improved a lot and is getting better with each passing day. Their focus is to ensure residents satisfaction, safety and happiness. Jazmine and her staff are very responsive in taking prompt actions in case of any maintenance request. In one specific incident she even worked on sunday bringing in expert technician to fix the air conditioning snag in my apartment. The kids enjoy the community and we have made many family friends for the life time living here.

    We have been living in these apartments since 2016. Our experience so far has been wonderful. The current management is exceptionally co-operative and understanding. The location of these apartments is just so prime - proximity to Coppell ISD, best market places close by and lovely trails around. The current management is coming up with some great amenities in very near future and I am really looking forward to those. Lately we have been having festive celebrations too which is a great initiative. All in all, highly recommended apartments for anyone looking for best schools, closest market places and supportive management.

Apartment management are very kind and they make sure everything is available for their renters.     We just recently moved here, and just in couple of days, we found some issues. I am not saying everything has been fixed smoothly. Sometimes we had some healthy arguments. But at the day end, they did an excellent job, sometimes they even work after hours to get it fix. I really appreciate that. No doubt this new management is doing their best, just they need sometime to get everything well. And the rent is comparatively much lower under Coppell ISD.

    I really enjoy the apartments that I am currently in. I feel that I have access to all locations in my area even when walking. This pet friendly complex is very affordable and reasonable and if you have children the schools in the area and the best. I like to look at this community as a stay fit community. There is a walking trail that is a sight for soar eyes, I mean that the trail is very relaxing and beautiful as well as safe. I have been here for almost 3 years and I have not had a complaint yet and I will be renewing my leasing.

    The Avalon 8801 apartments (erstwhile Reflections At Valley Ranch) is a nice community where we see people from different backgrounds and origins living in harmony and celebrating the festivals together. We have been living here since last four years and have made so many friends. The new management is so nice, courteous and friendly, appreciate their efforts to bring so many positive changes in these apartments complex recently, they are working on to make it definitely a cherished place to live for the families. What I like the most is the place is close to all the amenities, stores, market place and recreation parks and lot of things to do around this location.

    We are continuing to have the good experience with the Reflections for the past 1 year. We have moved from New Jersey to Irving in the last summer. My main criteria to move in was finding a good residential home in Coppell School District. Reflections served my purpose - the rent was very affordable, it is very near to all the groceries, Walmart, Kohls, Target, Best Buy, and indian food courts. Area of improvement is improve the quality of the apartment, as the apartment is little bit older there are frequent maintenance complaints, so they need to replace and re order the older items.

    I HAVE BEEN STAYING IN SAME COMMUNITY SINCE 2015. IT COMES UNDER COPPELL ISD AND VERY NEAR TO ALL MALLS AND STORES. THESER ARE GREAT APRTMENTS IN GREAT AREA. THEY ARE A BIT OLDER AND THAT BRINGS SOME ISSUES, BUT THE MAINTENANCE AND OFFICE STAFF (ESPECIALLY THIS NEW MANAGEMENT) ARE FRIENDLY AND QUICK TO RESPOND TO SUCH ISSUES. I HAVE BEEN SEEING SOME UPGRADING WORK IS GOING ON SINCE THESE NEW MANAGEMENT TOOK OVER. OVER ALL I LOVED MY TIME HERE AND RECOMMEND IT TO OTHERS.
