    Friendly, clean, relatively quiet. Maintenance requests are addressed quickly. Cant wait to use the pool! Beautiful living spaces and amenities! On that, I was looking forward to meeting other residents and building community in the beautiful club room in the evenings but they no longer keep it open in the evenings - when everybody is home. Not much of an amenity if it’s only open when you’re at work. :(Also, Wish there were more walkable restaurants and shopping but everything is a close drive so it’s good.

The neighbors and staff I have met so far have been so incredibly friendly and kind - I’m excited for this new chapter!

    We worked with Ruth today. She was simply amazing! She was very knowledgeable of the property and process. She was able to listen to all of our needs and meet each one of them with ease.     I have lived in Mansfield for over 25 years. I reared my children here and now its time to retire and live a little simpler and not give up living in a safe community along with the luxury and beauty the city has to offer! I accomplished that by moving to Aurora Apartments! The staff here is awesome! Managers Sherre and Terrence are so nice and welcoming! Leasing Agents Ruth and Karen are so professional and will quickly make you feel ri!ght at home! I highly recommend living here!

    Oh man where do I start? Ms. Karen didn’t treat our visit like a tour, but more of like family was coming over to visit and she wanted to make them feel at home.     I’ve loved my first year at Aurora Watson Branch. I feel like I have a wonderful extended family here. The management team will not disappoint you. They are very personable. Sherry and Terrance go above and beyond to help you make your home here. And the leasing ladies Karen and Ruth are so helpful and friendly. Addy our maintenance lady is amazing. She always has a huge smile for you. Our service team is always on top of work orders. You will absolutely love living here. And another thing, you will find that the residence here are friendly and helpful too.

    I had the pleasure of touring this facility with Ms. Karen. I can’t say enough about how personable and inviting she was! I felt like I was being welcomed into her home - she loves her property and job and it shows! But it’s not just the job - I could tell she is a genuinely sweet person. The property was beautiful - you can tell facilities management takes pride in their community. It was clean and smelled amazing! There was so much activity on the premises, yet it was still quiet! If that makes sense :) I haven’t made my final decision on where I will move - but I’m down to the last two properties and this is one the two and it’s because of my experience on the tour!

    I had the pleasure of touring this beautiful complex with Karen and she was amazing! She was extremely professional and helpful throughout my whole tour. This place is the best apartment complex I’ve toured and I fell in love with it the day I had my tour. It was so clean and they have great amenities that are very family friendly. Everyone in the office is so nice, friendly and welcoming which made me love the place even more. I had such a sense of peace as I did my tour and I was also able to speak with Sherry (I hope I’m spelling her name correctly), the property manager and was able to share with her all of the positive things I had to say about the complex. She was extremely nice as well and was a pleasure to speak with. I look forward to becoming a resident here soon, as I know I will feel at home!

    I recently had a great experience touring these apartments the place is in its own world,everyone in office is amazing. Mr. Terrence LeBlanc who is the assistant manager. He was incredibly knowledgeable and made the tour enjoyable with his friendly demeanor. The property is beautiful, and I am excited to apply soon and hopefully make this my new home!!

    Such a beautiful community. Karen toured me and her customer service is top tier! You can really tell that she takes pride in her community. She was super knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. I have toured many luxury communities in Mansfield and Karen dominated them all with her customer service. NOBODY in Mansfield can touch her with her customer service. She made me feel so welcome and acknowledged everyone who came in her path. All I have to say is Aurora Watson Branch is the place to be if you are looking to move into the Mansfield area.

    Aurora Watson Branch is beautiful! This happened to be the first apartment complex my boyfriend and I went to see. Once we finished the tour we KNEW this was the one. We messed up by coming here first because all the apartments we saw after COULD NOT compare AT ALL to what we saw at Aurora. The process of applying, getting approved, and being able to move in went smooth. All of our questions and concerns were addressed promptly. The main person that helped us with our transition was Ruth. She was great! Very helpful and always responded to us in a timely manner. Terrence who I believe is the assistant manager was also very helpful to us. He always made sure all of our questions were answered, and that we were good. We actually move in today and I’m super excited for our future here in our new home. I know without a doubt we made the right choice.

    Me and my wife just recently toured the property. Our experience here was absolutely pleasant. We made an appointment with Ruth, who took us around the property showing us all the different amenities it has to offer.     Today 6.19.2024 I visited the property and received a warm and welcoming tour by Ruth. She guided r like I was Naomi. Lol. But for real tho, she was excellent. Beautiful and well built property. Great attention to detail went into the design and decor. The property has tons of amenities. Also, you may wanna canceling gym membership because this gym is GOALS. The gym is 2 story with multiple rowing machines, treadmills, weights, and more. I definitely recommend this place.

    I spoke with Ruth a few days ago and she was very kind and helpful. Ruth is the absolute best at what she does. Probably one of the best experiences I’ve had with apartment staff. She goes out of her way to answer questions and makes you feel confident in your decision and is not pushy at all. I was looking for a one bedroom. I definitely would have rented the apartment because with the staff and the amenities, it is absolutely amazing and definitely luxury apartments and still affordable but unfortunately the apartment was out of my budget. I will definitely keep this place in mind in the future because it’s definitely worth it especially with the amenities but I will 100% recommend this place.

    From the first moment I stepped into this place, I was greeted with the beautiful energy of Karen. I came for a tour of the space and the apartment and Karen left such a positive impression on me that I felt like I was at home already. I didn’t even give the other apartments on my list a second thought. I’m so excited to be moving into the Aurora! The process has been a very seamless experience and Karen has been incredibly helpful throughout the process.     I have lived at Aurora Watson for about 15 months; it has been a great experience. They staff is great; Terrance has always been knowledgeable and helpful whenever I go in the office.     Located perfectly near stores and restaurants which is a big plus for me. Management Sherry and Terrance were welcoming. The front desk Chris immediately welcomed us in followed by Karen.     I’m in the process of finding a new place to stay and I came across these amazing apartments. When I walked in Sherry greeted me with a pleasant smile and dope vibe. As she showed me around the community, showing me the different wonderful areas they have from a 2 story gym to office space, resort style pool, not to mention the sitting area that leads to outside and provides this calming feel. It’s easy to say it was love at first sight for me!!! Meeting and talking with Terrance was only the icing on the cake. He answered all my questions with a friendly helpful attitude and made me feel right at home.     One word, AWESOME!! I lived here for a little over a year, & if I weren’t moving to another city I would’ve easily renewed my lease. From the process before move-in until the day I left, Terrence & Sherry were amazing.     Been living here a little over a year and renewed my lease for another . Probably the most peaceful complex and friendliest staff. Karen and Terrance are always welcoming and understanding. Their respect and friendliness doesn’t change after you sign the lease or outside of business hours(when they’re about to close) like other places. Amenities and common areas are always kept clean and neat. The woman that helps keep the first building clean and the other buildings hallways / elevators clean is always friendly and greeting people .. The maintenance team and the company they have for pest control are nice and we dont have to wait forever either. The neighbors are really friendly (probably the most I’ve ever been greeted in a complex) or quiet. It is pet friendly , I’m pretty sure every other person has a dog lol. However, for my building I don’t really hear them unless they’re meeting another dog on the elevator lol. Insides of the apartments are really nice and have plenty of a room. However, noise from the hallways can be loud. Sometimes hear my neighbors through the walls but they have to talk really loud or yell. My renewal was really reasonable and made me happy because I thought it was going to be way more, and I preferred not leave. There’s only a few things I don’t like but aren’t a big deal to me… The bedroom howls when the wind is blowing could sound like a tornado in a storm. I wish the common area, in front of the gym, at the lease office could be open longer outside of business hours.. it does have a access point for key holders and is closed off to the management/lease agents desk. Even though we have the offices on 2nd floor and the sky lounge , sometimes the wifi or TVs won’t connect after 5. Also, the gym is see through after dark, if we could have a one way tint or something for night time. Only because I’m a loner as well as a lot of people here. The electricity seems to go out at the lightest storm but that’s not their fault. Otherwise it’s really a great place to live and is around plenty of grocery stores, food places and other retail shops.

    This review is mostly based on my touring experience earlier this year with Terrence. I was reading the reviews and Im glad that Terrence is still there because he is AMAZING!! As I was waiting to tour, I clearly heard another leasing agent tell a couple to come back because they were fully booked that day. That made me a little nervous because I had to drive far to come tour the apartments. All my concerns went away, when Terrence walked in the room. Not only did he acknowledge me, but he also gave me a pamphlet and offered me a water. He did this ALL WHILE ASSISTING ANOTHER GUEST!! I emphasis this, because that is a perfect example of customer service. The way he transitioned between tasks was very smooth. He didnt rush or ignore anyone.Now lets talk about the tour. I must say that this was one of the best apartment tours I have been on. Terrence was professional, personable, knowledgeable, relatable and efficient. They need to have Terrence training other leasing consultants on a regional level if not already. With that being said, I give Terrence a personal rating of 5 stars. I give the complex as a whole 4 stars because parking seemed limited, and the price was a bit much for the value and location. Besides that, its a nice new complex with great amenities.

    When looking for a new place for my wife and I to call home, I came across Aura Watson Branch. The first thing I did was take a look at their Google Reviews, all of them were extremely positive. We soon visited the property and just as I had read in the majority of the reviews, were very impressed with the staff (Vanessa and Terrance), and the amenities. The clincher for us was the Property Manager - Gilbert. We ran into a snag during move in and he was quick to resolve the issue and made us feel like we were his top priority. Recently I called late in the evening regarding a maintenance request to let them know that coming by the next day would be fine as we had been out running errands all day. Vanessa told me it wasnt a problem and that they were open for another hour and would send someone over. Sure enough, there was a knock on the door and the incredible maintenance team was in and out within 10 minutes. If youre looking for a beautiful place to call home, a place that had amazing amenities, and incredible management team, I HIGHLY recommend Aura Watson Branch. Kudos to Gilbert and his team for making our move one of the best decisions we have ever made. 👏

    Aura Watson Branch is a pleasant and peaceful environment. The office staff have great communication when it comes to responding to email concerns. The environment is always kept neat and clean. I have no complaints in regards to maintenance. The overall experience and appearance of my apartment is BeauTiFuL! Great Place to Live!

I recently got locked out of my apartment and they both had outstanding customer service and did not hesitate to come up with a solution to help me get inside!!     Aura Watson Branch was the best decision I made for my home! My experience so far has been amazing! Starting from my initial tour with Charity, all the way up to my Move in day when I met Vanessa & Gilbert the On-site Managers! I am so relieved that my office staff is so helpful with all my needs! I just met Terrence today and he left a smile on my face by assisting me on submitting my work order! If you are looking for the best home and want luxury Aura Watson Branch is the place to go!🤗🤗

    I’m have been living here for 6 months. I should have wrote a review a long time ago. This is the best place I have lived in my life!! I am so glad I made the decision moving here from my hometown which is a small town. The area is very safe and they have security at night. The place is well kept and the management is very good!! The only thing is the current price in rent market that shakes things up. We have valet trash!! That’s a plus for me as a single mom who do not like taking out TRASH! Someone comes to your door every night to pick it up no matter how much or how big!!!! I have a B5 floor plan it’s plenty of space and the modern look is very ascetically pleasing!! The glass shower is nice! The pool is beautiful and the gym is two levels! This property is beautiful!!! Thanks to TERRANCE who is always available and showed me my unit. The other ladies in the office are nice and will help. They have a new manger now so far everything is good! I just hope when my lease is up for renewal they have some great incentives or a price decrease. Come check them out!

    The building is a beautiful building with a modern look . I love the fact that is brand knew and we got firsthand on everything and I didn’t have to worry about the past history of the unit I’m in and sanitation so much .The property manager is a great person to talk to whenever there’s an issue with the units because he’s so attentive and very efficient at making sure that all our concerns and needs regarding the unit are met . He’s a very easy person to approach and express your concern to. So far he has done a phenomenal job at solving any problems we have encountered and what I love most is he’s a very positive and peaceful person that will make sure the residents are content with the resolution to any problems.

    I have been very pleased so far with our choice to move to this complex. I love the fact it has an elevator and the amenities (when they are all up and running) are amazing. I have not lived in an apartment for 35 years and I am pleased with the various floor plans and the amount of space each offers! I love the parcel pick up station, the parking options, the upcoming storage units, the concierge trash. The maintenance crew has been great at responding to any concerns (which they have been few based on they are brand new). Some glitches in the beginning with the process, but Gilbert, Charity and Vanessa have been a great help! There are a few rules about apartment living that will take some getting used to, but we are very happy with our choice! Thank you for a great place to live!

Every company needs employees just like him, hes very friendly, professional and he really cares for his customers and future customers. He goes an extra mile to help them with their moving needs.

    Life changes and hit you hard. I have never been in the situation I was in before and lets just say God works in ways you can never imagine he will.     The staff is amazing and very supportive throughout the entire touring, application and move in process! I had a few issues with getting my lease sent over but they helped out so much and did everything they could to correct the issue. I would most definitely recommend this apartment the location is GREAT. The apartments and amenities are BEAUTIFUL!
