I lived at Aura for 3 years during law school and loved it. A good chunk of the residents are law students because it’s so close to the law school.The management always tried to make things right and gave me grace when an error was mine.You can’t beat having an on-call maintenance team to come fix things in your apartment!I always felt safe. The car break-ins seemed to mostly stop when Aura installed cameras.I think the quietest rooms are probably courtyard facing, but the walls are really good at blocking sound in the units next to you. You definitely could have a noisy neighbor above you. (I did.)I actually took advantage of all the amenity rooms! They are 5 star. I hosted my grad party on the rooftop and got to watch fireworks/the drone show from there. I hosted a Friendsgiving in the breezeway kitchen area. And the pool area is divine. It was pretty quiet most of the time I used it. And I used it a lot.The interior of the apartments is really chic compared to the apartments close by.I loved being so close to an HEB and so central to everything in Austin.I’m glad I chose apartment living over a house. It really did feel like luxury living. And I’m glad I chose Aura over any other apartment. It was so comfortable and stress-free.Thank you Aura for a great three years living in Austin!

I love living at Aura Thirty2! Aura is by far the best apartment I have ever lived in, which makes it a super easy decision to re-sign. The front desk and maintenance staff has been super nice and helpful when needed. Jose has fixed all of our problems with efficiency. Highly recommend this community for anyone looking for a safe and stylish apartment! Super thankful to find such a great apartment.

We lived here for two years and we all loved it, including our dog, echo. They often organized wonderful activities, such as doggo meet up, movie nights, yoga classes. The management team is great, maintenance requests typically fulfilled within a day or two. Only thing I would say is that they raised our rent a lot after the first year, we wanted to move out but didn’t feel like go through the hassle of moving…

Been living here since more than a year and only have a good things to say. The staff really takes care of the building and it is always so clean and any issue is solved within a day. The people maintaining the building are absolute professionals if I have any maintenance problem, Jose is always right there to fix it with a smile.

I’ve been living at Aura for about 2 years now and it’s a fantastic place to live near downtown Atx. Aldo and the management team have gone out of there way for me and my experience here & continue to do the same throughout the property. The amenities are some of the best in Austin especially the pool. Gym is modern and clean and aura host different events throughout the year which adds to an awesome experience. Never had an issue with maintenance as they’ve always been spot on. I’d recommend anyone to live at Aura.

I have been living here for almost a month, and I truly love it. It is very close to downtown and other amazing parts of Austin. The staff at Aura Thirty2 is so friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable in my new home. The unit I ended up living in did not have a walk-in shower, which was one of the parts of the floor-plan I absolutely loved. Knowing this, they went out of their way to get me a housewarming gift, and waived the transfer fee for me if I wanted to move into another unit. I adore my unit and wouldn’t want to transfer now, but the fact that they made accommodations for me shows that they care about their residents. The building and parking is super safe. You have to have a fob to access to any door where residents live, and the garage is very secure with a sheriff always parked at the gate. Thank you Donna, Alexis and the rest of Aura Thirty2 staff!!

I have lived here since 2021 and just moved from a two bedroom to a one bedroom. I had initially signed for a unit I didnt really want but had to move quickly and then the unit I wanted became available a few weeks later and they worked with me and got into the unit I wanted. Lorena has been very responsive and helpful through the process. I have never had an issue with maintence and they make sure the place stays clean. Most of peoples complaints are about things out of the leasing offices control (i.e. noisy residents, break ins, towing). All in all, great place to live!

I came to check out the property after the recommendation of a friend as someone relocating to Austin and I love it! The apartments themselves are gorgeous. The location itself is close enough to downtown to alleviate some of the anxiety of moving into the infamous Austin traffic. The agents in the office, Donna and Alexis, are amazing. They invited me to a pool party they were throwing for the residents while I was in town and everyone I met, residents and leasing agents alike, were so friendly and inviting! I cant wait to move in!

Updated Review: I have lived in this apartment complex for a year and a half, and I plan to live here at least another year and a half.The apartments have beautiful features, and the location is perfect for grad students or young professionals.The leasing office is very responsive and helpful. Alexis in particular is quick to assist residents and is very informative. Whenever I have a question or need something, the office has been great.Packages are handled very well, and the common spaces are well-maintained.If you report any violations of community standards (trash left in hallways, noisy neighbors at night), the staff follows up very quickly to resolve the issue.The maintenance team is fantastic! There were several issues when I moved in, but Antonio and his team were incredibly responsive and caring. Whenever I put in a request, Antonio is quick to resolve whatever the issue is. I couldnt be happier with the maintenance teams level of service!Theres naturally security concerns in Austin, and the cost of living in Austin is expensive. Since these issues are just part of living in Austin, I cant blame the apartment complex at all. It would be nice to have more security cameras outside and better parking garage enforcement.

I lived in a one-bedroom (A1) on the 5th floor for 2 years, facing the pool. I think this place was overall great, but very very expensive.The bad:-felt like every action showed how money-hungry management is (from towing residents’ cars that cost $230.53 to get back, charging guests $20 for parking even though the whole 5th floor of the parking garage is completely empty, mandatory $200 move-out fees for sanitization no matter how clean you leave the place, which wasn’t taken out of the nonrefundable $20 monthly “deposit” charge that you’ll never see again, charging $25 for trash at first and then upping it to $50 by saying they were accidentally not charging enough, raising rent by $600/month for lease renewals)-5th floor/pool facing problems: you can hear everything that goes on outside; the pool area is great so all summer long there are parties-apartment noise level: not too bad in my case but others may disagree based on their neighbors. I could hear mine through the walls but I had quiet ones so can’t complain. Muffled conversations can be heard/music playing/instruments playing. I’ve seen notes left on my 5th floor neighbors doors about how their stomping is too loud though lol-since it’s right next to the i35 highway, I’ve had my run-ins with homeless outside the complex. Sometimes sleeping outside on the benches in front of the apt, sometimes chasing you down the street when you’re on your way to school early in the morning. Be careful and vigilant when it’s dark outNot bad but just annoying:-smoke alarm goes off every time you open your pre-heated oven to use it-had to trade out my key fob 3x because it wouldn’t work for the garage-stairways are sometimes overwhelmingly smellyThe good:-amenities (pool, lounges, gym, covered parking garage, in-unit w/d) all have a luxurious feel to it and are top-notch-front staff and maintenance were always very helpful and quick to assist. Best maintenance staff I’ve ever had, each and every one of them.-close to UT, convenience store is a 1-minute walk away, HEB is a close drive, dog park right across the street-locker room and deliveries to your door: I never had a missing or stolen package my entire time of living here-right next to a hospital so I doubt that Austin Electric will ever cut off power if you’re in the same grid-I’m back to living in a non-luxurious apartment and can fully appreciate how well managed Aura is with maintenance, care of property, consistent water pressure and temperature, great wifi speeds, and a generally clean environment

Its been almost a month since Ive moved in, and so far I love it. Ive had no issues with my vehicles safety (knock on wood), and everyone has been very helpful/kind. I had an issue with my toilet for a little while there, as someone before me flushed a large piece of plastic down the pipe. However, the maintenance supervisor (Antonio) and the leasing team were very quick to help me with my difficulties and even called plumbers to fix it. The apartments are luxurious and the location is prime for me as Im attending school.

We’ve lived here since March 2021 when half of the building was still under construction and there wasn’t even a pool or a courtyard built. Since day 1 we’ve been so thankful that we chose such a great place for our first home in ATX. The leasing staff, management & the maintenance team are the best EVER which is not something you find often. Everyone is always so friendly & helpful! Its the little things like remembering my dogs name and greeting him in the hallways. Also, the property is extremely well kept & the amenities are wonderful. We love it here & i’m sure you will too!

Ive been searching through tons of apartments in the area lately and I can honestly say this tops my list! From the attentive front office staff (shoutout to Alexis and Donna!) who guided me through my tour to the amazing amenities offered to the residents - Aura beats out all the competitors. The staff answered all my questions honestly and professionally, the location right off the highway is ideal, and the lay out of the apartments / pool area is beautiful. They replied to my (many) follow-up emails in a timely manner and were eager to help in any way possible. This kind of service is hard to find. I cant wait to submit my application and call this place home!

Amazing property in the heart of Austin and only minutes from downtown, UT, Mueller and East Austin. Fantastic lounge areas if you WFH and amazing amenities such as the pool and gym. Very pet friendly with a nice dog park across the street. There’s always an event going on where you can meet some of your neighbors which is great if you’re new in town. The leasing staff has been friendly and amazing thus far. Donna has been so hospitable from the beginning and is always eager to take care of everything for me, so I’m very appreciative of her and the rest of her team. A+

Great location, Great staffs, Great maintenance service, Great Gym to work out and Great building to live. My favor spot is a kitchen with many cabinets and drawers. I wish my closet is bigger, but thats only personal opinion. I rented by virtually. Exactly as they published and photos. Alex sent me all detailed photos to choose the unit before signed the lease. Thank you for making my moving more smoothly.

Aura Thirty2 is absolutely amazing! I took a tour there today and fell in love with their pool and community lounge, and then I saw their sky deck (wow). I cant find a reason I wouldnt want to move in. Great amenities. Great location. Oh and their property manager (Donna) has been great to work with :)

Had my storage unit robbed (about $500 worth) with no signs of forced entry or struggle. They are installing cameras in the parking garage after repeat criminal activity, which is much appreciated but now I feel unsafe in the hallways, too. Other than security, everything has been great. Front office staff is helpful and welcoming. Events are fun. (Edit: Residents are now allowed to install their own Ring/other security cameras)

The amenities are stellar, the maintenance staff has always been on top of any work order I’ve submitted which has only been maybe 2 in over a year and their interior upgrades beat everyone around here. But the onsite management staff has to be one of the best and considerate I have dealt with. I must add my puppy also was the first pet of the month ever!

This property and staff are both amazing! The build quality of the units and all amenities are luxurious and above the standard code of most new build properties. I was concerned about the highway noise but even when standing just outside the property, its quiet. Its a small little nook in a very busy city. The location is central to everything. 1/2 mile to UT campus, food, and bars. 2 miles from Downtown, East Austin, and 3 from Zilker/ South Austin with access to I-35 just steps away. Security does not seem to be a problem with usage of top of the line tech. The in-unit finishes are by far the nicest of any new-build mid-rise apartment complex in Austin. The price point is extremely competitive with other offerings. The biggest con is walkability, but thats why there are scooters and other forms of public transit easily available.The real stars of this property however are the staff, both Christine and Kelly have gone above and beyond most management to show you how much they care. Moving from out of state, I visited 12 properties and the professionalism shown is of another standard of quality. You will not be disappointed!

Ive lived at Aura Thirty2 for only 4 months and I have nothing but good things to say so far. The maintenance crew is amazing. Every time I put in a request it has been completed in less than 24 hours and I even once had Jose show up twice in the same day after I open a ticket only hours after he completed on earlier in the day. Thank you for all the hard work.

We called earlier this week but the lines were busy..no big deal (lets be real, Covid has hit the service/hospitality industry hard and everywhere is understaffed and overworked) so we decided to just stop by earlier today. The staff here was very helpful. My partner and I went to look for a studio since I work close by but they were all leased up. Casey was super sweet and still let us view the 1 bedroom model. Loved it but the bigger floor plan was just a little out of our budget. Well definitely circle back to check on this spot later down the line!

One of the best parts of living here is the maintenance staff, especially Antonio. I cant say enough great things about him! He responds really quickly and thoroughly to any maintence requests and goes above and beyond by even calling to check if things are still working. This really adds a personalized and caring touch and makes you trust that any issues you might have will be taken care of with a lot of care and in a timely and thorough manner. Really appreciate that!

Joseph is the best! But the building is just as nice. I was concerned being on the highway would have noise, but standing in my unit, I couldn’t hear anything. Finishes and amenities are absolutely beautiful- pricing is extremely fair and no weird, hidden fees. If you’re looking for your next spot to call home , take a tour and ask for Joseph!

Ive truly enjoyed living at Aura! The front desk is friendly, there have not been to many problems with theft of packages. The only draw back Ive seen with the property has been an overwhelming amount of trash in the trash rooms. Most recently I opened the door to one of the rooms and a mountain of garbage came crashing out.
