From the beginning of applying to the move in date, these gals here made it very pleasant!! I felt at home at the application/ tour date, I even shed a few tears because of what Ive been through moving to Texas!! I absolutely love the management team here! Especially the Property Manager! Aura Southgate is very unique and my family says it reminds them of an fancy hotel!!! Everyone loves the flooring here! I do too. Very unique and beautiful!!!!

I must say this place checked all my boxes as I’m currently looking for my new home. The first thing that is most important to me is the staff. I look for professionalism when I walk through the door (is someone going to greet me when I walk in or will I just be standing there as they finish up a conversation while I wait) and when I walked in Michael Savala greeted me and gave me the most amazing tour. From the decor, the quietness, pool area, all the events they have, the floor plan layouts, the gym (which is top of my list), to the courtesy officer and maintenance they have…I’m dang near sold. I went to 5 other places today and none were even close to everything I experienced here today. I enjoyed meeting Michael, he was so nice and answered all my questions and I haven’t even applied yet, but I needed to take time out of my day to write this review because I know how important it is to just take a moment and give credit where credit is due. I have had a wonderful experience living at Aura Southgate! The management team is incredibly responsive and always goes above and beyond to make residents feel valued. The amenities are top-notch, from the fitness center (which includes a room dedicated to crossfit!) to the pool area, which is perfect for relaxing on weekends.I understand that noise can be frustrating, especially in an apartment setting. However, living in a community means some level of shared sound is expected. It’s important to remember that we all have different schedules and lifestyles. I’ve found that communication with neighbors can really help—as long as you are friendly and understanding.I also appreciate the community events they host; it’s a great way to meet neighbors and build friendships. The location is convenient to work and family. The community is peaceful and has a great vibe. Overall, I highly recommend this community for anyone looking for a friendly and welcoming place to call home!

I think I enjoy most about the apartment is the positive experience and Jocelyns professionalism. As we were walking through the apartments, all the staff is very friendly and welcoming! This transfered to the residents greeting us and creates a culture that I havent seen in other complexes.I had the pleasure of working with Jocelyn Salgado during our apartment search, and I can honestly say she was the best agent we’ve encountered in months of reviewing places to live. From the moment we met her, it was clear that she possesses a unique talent for what she does. Her professionalism and attention to detail truly set her apart.Jocelyn went above and beyond in helping us envision ourselves living in each apartment we toured. She highlighted the architectural features of the building and made sure we understood how it stands out among other options in the area. Her insights into the local community were invaluable, and we could feel her genuine interest in ensuring our long-term happiness.What really stood out was Jocelyn’s ability to listen attentively and accommodate our requests. She was quick to follow up on any questions she didn’t immediately know the answers to, showing her dedication to providing the best service. I visited this property today and I was blown away at literally everything. The most important to me is always the staff and professionalism, because to me I think this is who I will be paying my rent to every month...let me see how they treat me. From the moment I walked in I was greeted and welcomed to sit. Michael Savala was an absolute pleasure to meet, truly was a professional who answered all my questions and was so patient. I visited 5 other properties afterwards and all of them were missing most of what I received from here...most important to me was professionalism from the moment I walked in. I dont need to move for some time but I must say that everything I look at from now on will be compared to Aura and if none is better...Ill definitely be making this my new home! Thank you Michael for a great first visit and experience. Its an art truly missed in face to face interactions nowadays.

Not one to do review often, but some acknowledgment should be given! Looking for a great place to move in to and called because Aura looked appealing. I spoke with Amanda Morgan and as someone who works in customer service, she is one of the most professional reps for a company I have ever had the pleasure of talking to. Everything was explained to the T, and Amanda single handedly has pushed the Aura to the top of my move in choices! Cant wait to be apart of the Aura committee!

Recently moved to this newly built apartment complex and it is the best! The staffs are extremely kind and their kindness and professionalism made me feel this place as home. Amanda Morgan helped me find the right place and everything has been really great so far. I visited so many new apartments and this was by far the best in everything! Ive enjoyed living here for the last month. The complex is exceptionally clean and maintained. Reisa deserves 5 stars for her great service and how easy she made my move-in process. I love that the complex hosts activities for the residents. Have you seen the pool area? Its absolutely gorgeous. My only cons are 1. Finding my package is sometimes tedious. The apartment complex could have done a better job at painting the walls.

Ok so I had a showing for yesterday and unfortunately, I was late. VERY late. This was in fact due to the incorrect address being listed on the website which meant I had to travel another 20/30 minutes to the actual property. I made that aware to the staff hon arrival.That being said, Michael, A M A Z I NG. He was professional, high energy and just a great energy. He was so helpful, and still conducted a tour even tho he informed us that they usually stop at 4pm. And I so appreciate that after the misinformation of the address and commuting an hour to get there! I wish I had more words for him but on Michael’s merit and demeanor alone certainly has me considering this property even more aside from how beautiful the unit and facility is as a whole!!If it isn’t in the works already, give that man a raise!! Certainly someone you want representing your property!

Aura Southgate are beautifully made apartments and offers many amenities and creates an at home feeling. Reisa helped me on my journey from Houston to here and I decided on these because not only did I love the apartments, but Reisa’s customer service was everything! She was nice, enthusiastic, and very informative with any question or concern we had unlike other properties I viewed on my search. Friendly neighbors, clean and well kept hallways, beautiful pool area and gym. They even have Wine down Wednesdays for guests and I love wine lol! My cousin and I love our decision and would recommend these to anyone!

This property is so beautiful. The amenities and apartments are so nice and have a lot to offer. The best part of my tour was Riesa. She was so nice and informative throughout the whole process. I did find another place to live but because of Riesa this would have been my second choice.

The tour went very smoothly and everyone there is extremely informative and helpful! We were able to move in very shortly after the tour. The buildings are beautiful and clean. It was a pleasant experience with great people. I will say, moving in is slightly difficult without any moving carts so that might be a future improvement idea to consider and also there are no handicap accessible door buttons (as far as I’m aware)

Aura Southgate has been great to work with so far. Every person in the leasing office takes the same level of care and professionalism and most importantly they all communicate well with each other. I worked with Nick, Reisa, Kirsten, and most recently Amanda. Nick did a great job of managing the majority of my application and move in process and when he was away or helping another tenant, every single person in the office filled in and helped out. Amanda went above and beyond many times to ensure my needs were met under some very complicated circumstances. I highly recommend working with them they will take good care of you.

We moved here from out of state and have previously been home owners. We haven’t lived in an apartment in 20 plus years but decided it was best for us until we knew the area better and where we wanted to buy. Literally from the moment we set foot in the office to obtain information and tour to our actual move in and beyond the staff has been courteous, helpful and friendly. Our neighbors are amazing as well. No loud yelling, screaming, stomping, cars, music etc. Any minor apartment issues have been addressed immediately and we absolutely love it here!

I chose to move to Aura for 3 big reasons. 1. Location, 2. It’s a brand new community so not many ppl are here yet, and 3 THE STAFF. My leasing consultant was Nick Gray. His customer service is impeccable! Not only are you walking into a grand hotel leasing office, you’re getting a 1st class experience with Nick. His property tours are very informational, you’ll be impressed, and fall in love with the apartments. From the 1st tour to now, Nick Gray and the staff have been a joy. I love seeing them in hallways or if I have to stop by the office and ask a question. When I see Nick giving tours, I know more than likely, that person is signing a lease after lol. He’s the best and makes you feel like you’re choosing the best property in the area, bc you definitely are. Thank you Nick for everything!

This should be the Standard when you are talking about Next Level Service.The facilities even tho they are still under construction, you can actually feel how the place is going to be. The attention to details, from the carpet, to the details on the walls, to the lighting.The different Floor Plans gives you options. Something that a lot of places dont have.But what really blew me away was Amandas service. I will not give specifics, but without knowing us, she treated us like we were family. She didnt hesitate to give us a tour. She has the patience of an Angel cuz I ask a lot, and she never even blink to answer everything, and took the time without rushing or forcing any decisions.She gave us such a welcoming tour that I have no doubt, this place will be my next Apt.Amanda, thank you. The next Coca - Cola is on us!

Wow! From the start of walking through the Leasing Office to meeting Reisa was a great experience. Reisas smile was both delightful and welcoming.
