I have enjoyed the Aura brand (Avenue5) for over 4 years. Aura Avant is definitely top-notch. The apartment layouts are incredibly luxurious, and the amenities are exceptional. Of course, all of these are backed up by a well-rounded and professional staff always available and ready to help. I have been fortunate to meet Layla Rosar at these amazing properties. She helped me find the perfect floorplan in the location I wanted and kept me informed along the way. I can truly call Aura Avant my home!

I recently moved into these amazing apartments, and my experience has been wonderful. The assistant manager, Zain, was incredibly helpful during the entire lease processing. She made sure everything went smoothly and was always available to answer my questions, making the leasing process seamless and stress-free.And Thomas who ensured my move-in experience was just as smooth. He was professional and attentive. Darius is also very helpful. Overall, the staff here has been fantastic, and I am very happywith my decision to move in.

This is a very nice and polished complex. Amenities are top tier. The staff is attentive to your needs. And Layla (the leasing professional) is very polite, knowledgeable, and exceptional. I really enjoy her positive spirit around our community!

Aura vant apartments are beautiful inside and out , but it was the staff that helped me with my final decision to proceed with the application for move in . I worked directly with Veton and he was amazing. He was professional and straight to the point . He broke down the entire move in cost and monthly rent amount accurately with no surprise at the end of my contract . Although, Gods plan was bigger than my plan to move in . I had a life changing situation happen during this process . I want to thank Collin for his honesty and professionalism for understanding the situation and assisting me with my needs . If I’m ever in the market for an apartment. I will definitely choose Aura.Thank you guys!!!

My move in experience has been absolutely amazing. The leasing team has been super responsive and helpful during my move. Darius even went out of his way to help me get an oversized package to my apartment. The hallways are clean and the amenities are incredible. I love it here.

Layla, Manager, and team are excellent! Love this community, it’s quiet and processional! Centrally located and great host to my guest. One of the best multi-family communities! Very clean and resort style.

Collin was so super amazing! I am shopping around for my first apartment home! He created a safe space for me, being so knowledgeable about the industry and educating me on the property and the amenities! I pray that this the the property that God designed for and if its not make sure you make it yours! Thank you Collin for being human and leading with a heart of service! Beautiful complex that has all the amenities you could ask for, let alone an amazing gym area. Layla has shown me around and she never fails to put a smile on my face as she does her job.

I love it here but as a dog owner i walk my dog at night and i feel like aura is closer to get cayotees or bobcats so i was thinking maybe it would be safer to have a a gate around aura

These apartments are drop dead GORGEOUS and the price is extremely reasonable for the professionalism and amenities you get Thomas Mitchell gave me a professional top tier tour and was a great conversationalist as well highly recommend this community and Thomas he will help you find what you need!
