Love this community. Gives that Dallas feel out in the suburbs. I think the work cubbies are my favorite feature at this place. Christina & Mikala have always been so helpful! We have lived in a 2bed here for 6 months (moved in June 2024) and we love it!! The amenities are great, never have any maintenance issues, and have great neighbors. Our leasing agent was Mikala, and she ensured a seamless lease and move-in process for us! All-around, the staff has been so nice and accommodating with any questions we have had. I definitely recommend this complex to anyone looking to live in the McKinney area, as it has amazing staff, is in a great location, and the units are beautiful!

Living here at Aura for two months has been awesome. Top-of-the-line amenities and spacious apartments with huge kitchens. The staff on site is the best I’ve seen or experience in an apartment community. The entire Aura group from the front office, to maintenance is fast and friendly to resolve issues. Mikala especially, communicates and provides support which makes Aura feel like home.

I love everything about this community! The amenities offered are truly impressive, featuring a state-of-the-art fitness center and a sparkling swimming pool. The community also boasts a cozy clubhouse perfect for social gatherings and events. What truly sets this place apart, however, is the friendly and attentive staff. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel welcomed and valued, always ready to assist with a smile. Their commitment to fostering a sense of community is evident in every interaction, making Aura 3Twenty not just a place to live but a place to call home.

So far the best apartment i stayed at. The staff really cares about us and address each complaint we mention to them. Mikala is very polite and she communicates really well. I would recommend this apartments to anyone who is looking for a luxurious and peaceful apartment.

I fell in love with these apartments when I first came in. The exterior is gorgeous, clean, different than other apartments nearby. The inside of the clubhouse is stunning. Natalie showed me around and she is so friendly and answered all my questions! Made me feel at home before I even moved in. I looked at a lot of apartments and ended up landing on these. I’m actually really excited to live here and enjoy the amenities which are amazing by the way. The gym is fully stocked, has everything and more you can ask for. I’m already trying to get my friends to move in and be neighbors! Definitely recommend these apartments. Natalie was a huge help in the whole process and a great tour guide! Thank y’all for being so welcoming!

Its amazing how good home feels when you move into a beautiful property like Aura 3Twenty but the real blessing is the staff. They KNOW what excellence in client service is all about. A very special word of appreciation to Hanna who was awesome in going over and above in assisting me on my move in on the first day. Had Hanna not been as accommodating and willing to make the extra effort, the entire move from the moving company not being able to deliver on their time frame could have been a total mess. Hanna is awesome but she acted as if it was just in a days work. I assure you, it wasnt. I also want to thank Amanda, The Property Manager for being so gracious and welcoming from the time we showed intertest to welcoming us when we moved in. Its great to be HOME!!!

Went this past weekend to tour apartments with my daughter. She is a young single mother and I wanted to help her find a beautiful, comfortable, friendly and mostly safe place for her and her kids. We both agreed, that this apartment complex was the best choice for her. Christina showed us around, answered all our questions and introduced us to other staff. They were all so helpful and made us feel like she would be very happy here and well taken care of if she ever needed anything. The apartments are new and very nice. The pool is amazing and looks like a lot of fun. I think my daughter will be very happy here and make new friends in this community.

Christina was excited to show us all floor plans. It was a nice feeling to walk into a place where you feel welcomed. Mikala was very helpful when Christina was off. The property is just beautiful. Amanda was very pleasant to talk to. Aura has a heck of a team to represent these apartments. We’ve seen some nice apartments but the front office team brought us in.

The gym is amazing and the residences are so spacious and I really like how theyre finished out.
