My wife and I love this place! We have a nice view of the pond and ample of space for our two miniature poodles (not forgetting privacy too) this has been by far the best place we’ve lived. Kelli, Kevin and the whole team have been outstanding from the time we fell in love with it. I’m sure we’ll be here for quite sometime.

I lived here for a year and can’t say enough wonderful things, not just about the community but also about the wonderful staff. It’s so important to have a home that you love but even more, it’s also important to have people around you who genuinely care about your experience every day. The staff at Aura36hundred have become like my friends so if you are looking for a clean, beautiful, and welcoming community you’ve just found it.Any time there was an issue no matter how big or small they were on it. Fixed it immediately and with my busy life and schedule I want to say that I appreciate the swiftness of the staff who was always ready to help. I will miss living here.I really have nothing bad to say! Thank you again for the lovely stay 🤍

This is hands down the best place to rent in Round Rock. Kelli and Kevin in the leasing office are both fantastic to work with! Even as a first time renter they made the process incredibly easy, I cant say enough great things about not only the staff but also the incredible apartments & amenities. I have been a resident for over a year and a half and just upgraded units and the rockstar leasing office team made it a complete breeze! The maintenance crew has been nothing short of exceptional and responds to tickets very quickly. They even bring in food trucks some days & host regular events for residents! Overall its a great community and I highly recommend checking it out.

I’ve been living at Aura 36Hundred for over two years now, and it’s truly an amazing community. The amenities are top-notch, but what really makes this place special is the exceptional staff. The office team is always friendly, approachable, and goes above and beyond to address any requests or concerns I’ve had. The maintenance team deserves special recognition as well; they’re not only responsive but consistently go the extra mile.One example is Justin from maintenance, who has always been so accommodating with my severe pet allergies. He’s always willing to wear shoe covers when entering my apartment to avoid tracking in any pet allergens, and he does so graciously and with a smile, which speaks volumes about his professionalism.I would be remiss not to mention a past issue regarding the pool, which I’ve seen other reviews mention. My apartment faces the pool, and there were times when other tenants would invite large groups, play loud music, and create quite a bit of disruption at all hours. While I didn’t report it at first, imagine trying to sleep with loud noise outside your window at 2 a.m.! When I finally reported the situation, management responded promptly, implementing additional rules to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents. I’m so grateful for their swift action and commitment to making Aura 36Hundred a comfortable and enjoyable place to live.To those who complained (and I might add, some weren’t even residents), I’d ask how you’d feel if a group was loud and disruptive outside your home late at night? Aura’s management truly cares about its residents and has shown they’re willing to step in to keep our community enjoyable for everyone.Having lived in several other apartment complexes, I can confidently say Aura 36Hundred has been the best experience by far. It’s a fantastic place to live, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a community-oriented, well-managed apartment complex!

I cannot recommend Aura 3600 enough. I’ve lived here for over 3 1/2 years and I have been so happy with the complex. Kim has always been wonderful to me. Maintenance is quick to respond with all of my concerns. I sadly have to move to be closer to work, but if it weren’t for that I would have happily resigned my lease here. Thank you Aura 3600 for a great experience.

If I could give this complex 10 stars I would! I lived here back in 2022 and it was the best living experience I’ve ever had! From the apartment, to the community, to the office staff and maintenance, I love everything about this community! Requests were completed quickly and office staff have very nice attitudes with a willingness to help residents. I love it so much that I am moving back & look forward to being in the Aura community again! I would definitely recommend applying here so you can see how great it is yourself! 10/10 :)

Ive been living here for 2 years now and so far my experience has been 5 star. I love the amenities, and so far, they have only been making it better and better. One example of that is, when I first moved in, they offered an outdoor activity called cornhole but the boards were destroyed by someone. They decided to have smooth concrete boards installed so that they couldnt be destroyed and made it a permanent amenity for the residents. Im happy to be a part of the Aura family.

I researched and compared about 30 other apartments in the general Round Rock area and this one seemed by far the best option. Lived here for over a month and so far everything is great especially for the price point. My only complaint is the water tastes bad in my unit but theres great price per square footage, amenities, cleanliness, friendly helpful staff, and pest free environment.Most everything (groceries, food, etc) is about a 5 minute drive away, so its nice for people who like a place with less hustle bustle.

I have been living at aura 3600 since May 1 and I wanted to share my thoughts on the staff and the facilities in the apartment. The staff is friendly and professional and courteous and take the time to listen to my needs and concerns although there are many. The facility is been under construction so a few things have taken some time to come online but everything is up and running and as beautiful as advertised. I love the apartment I mean and it’s floorplan different than any other places I looked at and I’m on the ground for the wonderful yard for my dog. I wanted to say how impressed and appreciative I am of the staff here, in particular the maintenance man Ramesh he keeps everything spotless, he’s here early in the morning and late at night taking care of all of the buildings when you talk to him the pride he has in his work is just awesome if you point out anything that he might have missed he jumps on it right away and apologizes for missing it which I haven’t seen many places that he’s missed. Aura 3600 residents are very lucky to have such a good man taking care of our apartment homes. Keep up the good work Ramesh.

Im gonna leave a 4 star for now because I wanna come check this place out because the amenities look amazing. And the whole place looks amazing. Im a tad bit concerned about the recent negative pool reviews though. Especially the one with the police and false warning allegations put on some guests. Honestly if I was in the position they were I would be threatening to sue you guys for defamation or miss management. Its uncalled for I work in management but you shouldnt treat people like that the customer comes first and in that setting we enforce rules but nothing has to escalate if theres no reason for things to. Whoever that manager is I would consider putting her on leave before a real law suit happens.

Recently moved in about April this year and from my experience thur far it’s been a great choice. The leasing team is exceptional at welcoming new residents and tending to their needs to ensure a positive living experience at Aura. From my move-in, work orders, and tedious questions they’ve provided an excellent level of customer service and swift resolution. The maintenance team, especially Pete, is respectfully informative and thorough. The team is so sweet to my lil dog every time we visit the leasing office. An important requirement I had finding a new apartment was for it to be a quiet and safe community which to my delight has been my experience. Great, clean amenities and a beautiful salt water pool is a favorite of mine. The floor plans are spacious, well designed, and carefully maintained. I highly recommend Aura 36Hundred to those who are looking for a quiet community, helpful leasing team, and overall quality living experience.*Update to my last review: The dishwashers are awful. The sensor goes off all the time stopping the cycle even if you dont have dishes in it which is INCREDIBLY ANNOYING. Ive never had this issue in the past at other complexes and have the exact same dishware. Its such an inconvenience and especially for someone like me who is a student and working full time with a dog to take care of much less myself. On top of that, I went to sit down for dinner and to relax this evening but couldnt because I had to spend almost an hour of my time (which I didnt have to spare) washing my dishes because my dishwasher is an honest joke. Im not looking forward to being told its just because the door isnt closed all the way like last time they came to fix it.

My apartment is beautiful and modern. They really seem to care about keeping the apartment complex clean; the hallways, amenities, and pool are well kept. Not to mention that the amenities are so gorgeous. The complex seems quiet, which was important to me moving in. If I have ever needed anything, the office staff is always quick to help and easy to get in touch with. I really do appreciate Kelli, management, and the gentlemen in the front office who have been nothing but amazing and nice during this entire move-in process. Thank you for all that you do!

This is probably one of the most well kept apartment properties Ive been at. The Maintenance crew is very, responsive, quick and respectful. The cleaning lady is extremely sweet and keeps the club house and common areas very well kept. Last but not least Katie, Kim, Kelly and Kevin are absolutely the best leasing crew Ive ever been around. They are all very personable and full of laughter and joyful, They make you feel very welcomed and are very accommodating. Give all these folks raises and promotions. Cheers!

I travel for work, that being said I have stayed in a lot of apartments. This apartment is one of the best I have stayed at. The apartments are up to date and the amenities are great! The staff is amazing, especially Kim! Any question or concern I had I called the front office, they answered every time and resolved the issue that same day, easy at that. Tl; dr: This place is amazing, management is amazing, and Kevin is great.Lets talk details.Location: You have an HEB plus! 5 minutes away and plenty of restaurants in the area. While for some, the more remoteness of the location could be a drawback, I see it as a plus. Its quieter, safer, and with everything within a 5 to 15 minute drive, its something you get used to very quickly. Plus, you get a creek view with a beautiful fountain in the middle of the complex, if youre in certain buildings.The Complex itself: Great facilities, the gym is decent, and you get beautiful tiered pools, one of which is great for lapping. You get office-like community rooms for group meetings, a big game room in the main building with a pool table and shuffle board, and a mail room in each section of the complex. The complex itself is always kept clean and organized, and it is very clear that facilities and management take pride in keeping it as such.Which leads to my final point.Management: You will always be heard. You will never have a complaint go ignored (not that theres many at all), and any and all issues will be taken care of quickly and with visibility. When I first moved in, Brooke was my touring agent, but soon after, Kevin has taken over, and he has gone above and beyond in being helpful, attentive and efficient in any and all issues that I had.Hopes this all helps in choosing your next home. The Aura 36Hundred apartments is an absolutely beautiful property! We had a list of apartments we were wanting to check out for my son but as soon as we saw this one, we didn’t even want to look anywhere else. Kelli Bryant was amazing! She gave us a very thorough tour, explaining everything to us and working with us on all the details to make sure that we were able to get the right apartment at the right time. She’s also very kind, friendly, and helpful, and so easy to work with ! The location is excellent, and the property itself is top of the line. It looks like a resort hotel. It has beautiful swimming pools, a very nice common area with barbecues, a state of the art gym, a business center with computers, and much more. My son is extremely happy there and I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone!

The Aura 3600 location is quite literally the best apartment complex Ive ever lived in.Heres why Aura 3600 is setting the standard for apt. complexes.1) The staff is incredibly responsive, kind, and professional.2) They take a PROACTIVE approach to monitoring their premises for issues.3) The staff takes great care to ensure paid for parking isnt taken up by anyone who doesnt own the spot.4) The Amenities are top tier. The pool is absolutly beautiful, the gym is functional (hard to find these days), they have exective suites and conference rooms, fun games, a TV in literally every room you can think of. Secured mailboxes AND a stress free return box. The best part for me is everything is maintained.5) The gated community is wonderful. No noisy or burdensome neighbors. Clean and well kept dog parks and landscaping. Everyone is kind and courteous. Hell, my first week here they bought me a pizza!Personal side story:When I first arrived on scene here, I was coming all the way from Dallas towing a trailer. I had a long and rough day packing and I was exhausted. In my exhaustion I forgot to get gas... so there I am at 2am stalled out on the highway feeling embarrassed.. I was about 5 miles out from the city, and being new to the area.. I had literally no one to call.So, I called Miss Katie, the manager.She, and I kid you not, drove the 5 miles out to get me some gas so I could complete the journey. Keep in mind here, this is at 2am in the morning. She came in clutch when I needed help the most, and I dare you to find a quality person whod be willing to go out of their way like that.Hopefully my next residence is a house, but Ill always remember Aura as the best in the industry.

I appreciated all the care and prompt response from the entire team, including maintenance. Although it is a large complex, the overall vibe is fairly friendly and quiet. Of course, there are a few folks who dont live well in the community, but I would recommend Aura 360.

Me and my boyfriend just renewed our lease here, we love it here! The staff is so friendly and are literally always happy to help and very responsive through email especially. All the amenities are clean and kept up with and if you have any maintenance issues their timing for fixing is very fast. 😊 They also have so many events and food trucks here weekly…definitely worth a 5 star rating ❤️

The apartments are nice and the amenities are kept clean. I havent had any problems with maintenance or appliance issues. The office staff are very professional.The complex is managed by BSR Reit, which has some gross corporate practices that prevent me from giving 5 stars to the complex. That said, the people who work here are invested in helping their tenants.

Oso, the maintenance manager, has been the best thing about this community as far as the staff goes. Oso is consistently courteous, professional, and a friendly face within the community. My service orders have been addressed swiftly and handled with care by Oso or his team members. Oso also follows up ensuing the completion of work to ensure repairs remain in working order. I really appreciate having a competent maintenance team on staff for the many issues Ive had in the apartment, from toilet paper holder detaching from the wall, wasp nests infestation, an unstable, hazardous glass shower door, slamming community hall doors (my 8 year olds hand was smashed in the door that slams to get into the entry halls), top interior unit door lock misalignment; misinstalled cabinet trim, filthy apartment upon move-in; and a misinstalled kitchen sink sprayer spraying electrical outlets, another safety hazard. Thanks for all that you do, Oso!
