    Gym is good, the staff is very nice, no lies nor useless information — they’re very direct. It was easy getting an apartment, and the complex is overall very nice. Rachel was very sweet and always is on top with surprises news such as holiday events and mini competitions to win sweet rewards. Plus, the complex is nearby a lot of places, so it’s very ideal.

    I have lived here for close to a year and the move here was smooth thanks to Rachel the assistant manger who answered all our questions about the move in process. Rachel has been there to help when my ac would not kick in and when my oven had an issue.

    I have lived at this complex for 5yrs plus. It has been through a number of managers. I can say that Lori -manger and Rachel - assistance manager . Have always taking care of each of my concerns. They have and always have patience when things come up. I have thought about moving. They made sure to make things more pleasant to keep me as a resident at the complex.... They have changes that are coming and its for the good of the residents and property.

    I have lived in the property for 1 year now and the renewal process went smoothly thanks to Rachel she is the assistant manager. Always available to help in anyway she can. They have a great staff. Overall 5 star experience. The property is nice and decent, cozy and quiet.

    Beautiful complex and Amazing amenities! I love it here at Augusta meadows, I moved in about 2 months ago and I found my home here! Lori the property manager is great and always is attentive. Pool is also great!

    Amazing management here at Augusta Meadows! Ive been here a couple months now and have had no issues. Front office is great and answers every and any questions i have. The maintenance team is also the best theyre super quick and efficient 👍🏽 loving it here.

    Words cannot express how grateful my family and I are of Lori in managment! My family member lives at these apartments and Lori was there for our every need during a medical emergency! She still continues to check in and this just goes to show there are good people out here that goes beyond management. Thank you Lori again!

    My husband and I moved in at the end of January of this year, and we absolutely enjoy living here! The amenities are great! The staff is great!! To my understanding the old staff was great too, but I think Mrs. Mia, Mrs. Megan, and Mrs. Jaylen are all friendly and always up for a nice conversation. As far as the grounds, they are always kept clean, and well maintained!! So far any maintenance issues we have had, have been addressed in a timely manner, and the maintenance guy has been friendly, and professional. We live on the bottom floor and we do occasionally hear our upstairs neighbors but its to be unexpected living in an apartment atmosphere. I think if your looking for absolute quite, an apartment isnt for you!!😊 Im glad to call Augusta Meadows home! Thank you for the great experience!

    Thank you Rachel and all the Maintanance crew for always being professional and helpful with all my needs and questions. From day one I understood my OWN RESPONSIBILITIES OF PAYING ON TIME and if I didnt Ill would get CHARGE LATE FEES. I am also very thankful yall Can work with me if I ever need help paying rent. Its ON ME, If I dont keep my word that Ill be charge accordingly. Please talk with Rachel if you need help! She is here to help ❤️ dont blame her for your own faults! She is amazing at her job.

    It has been wonderful so far. We have been here for a little over a year and the updates around the complex have been great. They still have some to do, but since we moved in everything has looked spectacular. I love how spacious our two bed, two bath apartment is. It also has an extra room that they call a den. The neighbors have been wonderful and friendly. The front staff alway has a smile and is willing to help and resolve any questions or concern and the maintenance workers always know what they are doing.

    I m here since two years, now my third year, very nice apt. Prompt maintenance services, very helpful office staff, quiet, close to grocery stores, banks, schools are great, on the whole Thanks God very good experience, the only thing, since last year my neighbor above my apt. they are fighting alot, too much yelling, shouting, stomping on floor, banging on doors, I tried to talk to that lady but she dont wanna talk, I dont know what to do in this matter, she is using her washing machine at 1am nearly every day, only this issue, other than that I love these apt.

    My family and I have lived here 5 months now and I do have to say it is an excellent experience. We feel very comfortable. We have awesome neighbors and the staff is so helpful and nice. Mia, jaylin, and megan are always respectful and will do anything in their power to help. I do think there are a little too much broken down cars in the parking spaces but its not that big of a deal. About the apartment it is beautiful with wood floors and granite countertops and the shower is amazing after a long hard days work. My wife and I love to cook I just wish there was more counter space or a bigger kitchen but you know I love it anyways. Thank you augusta meadows for a wonderful experience I will be staying here for a long time.

    I been at Augusta Meadows almost a Year in September, despite all the negative reviews Ive heard and read online about this place. All i have to say is, Sorry, but you guys are wrong. The staff and management have been nothing, but nice to us. They take care of all our problems in the Apartment. Plus the event plans that come up every month from the cares people are awesome. Bingo night, fajita night, pool night.. Etc.. theirs always something going on every month. They even bring you Donuts and juice to your apartment in the morning. Maintenance people are always helping you out 24/7. Courtesy Cop is always taking care of the cars and other stuff that goes on while we sleep at night, so ill sleep good at night knowing my truck is still in good condition when i wake up and that my family is safe and sound. For this reason is that i like to say, Im renewing my contract with Augusta Meadows when my lease is up!Jorge Valencia and Christina Martinez!

    Living here has been amazing. We signed a 13 month lease and would for sure sign another.There are a lot of new apartment properties popping up in the area, and there rates are ridiculous. The floor plans on most of the surrounding complexes are tiny, your paying for brand new but for a one bedroom getting 613 square feet.Augusta Meadows just upgraded the pool, gym, and lobby. They built a new dog park. They are just as nice as the other ones with better prices and better floor plans. (I dont mean to be rude about the other complexes, but honestly its absurd how much they charge lol)Management is quick and always so nice, maintenance is on point!We have never had a major maintenance problem, but the small-ish ones we had were taken care of quickly.This complex has beautiful sizable units for a great price! :) you will enjoy living here.

    -Office staff is very friendly and helpful. Best move-in deal I’ve ever been offered. Community is clean and safe. Pool and gym dwarf what many other apartments have to offer in this same price range.

    These Luxury Apartments are clean, safe, secure and have AMAZING amenities and TRULY CARING STAFF!!I had to double check the address when I saw any negative comments. Our experience has been what you would expect from a luxury complex.Strict guidelines and requirements for eligibility•Great amenities that are all functional and have been open and available for use daily over the past 4 months•Trash pickup has never been a problem, (simple you put the complex provided can outside your door on designated days and come home to an empty trash can) no notes... or skippedservices•STAFF STAFF STAFF AMAZING!!Liza, Luis and Simonne... they are each all about taking care of you with concern,sincerity and promptness e.g. Shower curtain rod would slip out of place on occasion *filed maintenance report* within an hour it was fixed because he had time to fit me in between other tasks he was doing for the day... Now thats service!! This apartment was rented by my son, whom I obviously adore and over worry about as the generational helicopter mom but I do spend some time here on occasion during the day and at night recovering from medical treatments every few months and all Ive experienced is quiet complex, clean and no loitering in the parking lots, (day/night) my granddog lives in the apartment as well and hes so happy!! Theres a great dog park area... we only experienced a few spots where irresponsible dog owners thought they could easily not get caught picking up after their pets and once the office was notified that area was cleaned within 23 hours... I see this as a bad resident issue and it shouldnt be held against the complex... but again it was brought to their attention and they handled it anyway. Anytime I have encountered any of the staff or maintenance they are always smiling and have always taken thethe time to say hello and also ask if they can improve my day in any way. My son has lived at a few complexes in the area that have been true nightmares and much more expensive in cost... I would have so much worry and stress for him that my illness worsens from the stress... I can honestly say that for ONCE since he has moved from home I can sleep at night...If I dont hear from him each day I dont panic to the point of police well check• it is such a relief for me and more obviously for HIM to not have that constant check in day in and day out. The apartment living space is huge and all upgrades are truly upgrades with wooden blinds, granite counters, deep sinks with spray nozzles. Im not sure where these other people thought they were reviewing but it most definitely isnt the Augusta Meadows of today!!! This complex is safe, classy, upgraded, clean and managed by competent and caring staff. I hope my some renews here again because those other complexes closer to the mall were so shockingly fluff and the residents had to pay for it and live through the issues. Augusta Meadows is a place to call HOME!!

    Augusta Meadows has the BEST staff they are so helpful and AMAZING. Everything I need is less then 5 minutes away such as Kroger, Brand new HEB and many dining options in Creekside Village. These pet friendly apartments have all the amenities to suite anyone’s needs, and the grounds are very well kept. The living space is perfect size and the closets and bathrooms are huge. I love that everyone is so friendly and welcoming. This is definitely a place to call home!!!!!

    Ive lived in several apartment complexes across the Houston area and can honestly say my experience living at Augusta Meadows has been the best so far. I loved my first unit (two bedroom with a den) and lived in the quaintest little building at the edge of the complex. The unit was huge and we ended up renewing our lease and moving to a smaller unit (one bedroom with a den). Both units were clean upon move in and just the right space for my daughter and I. Our neighbors welcomed us with open arms and everyone seemed well acquainted with one another. The very few times we had a maintenance issue we would receive a response every time and a diligent solution to each problem that needed a fix.I personally havent had an issue with mold or water damage. Ive seen both in previous complexes but this simply isnt an Augusta Meadows issue. In fact, both units I have lived in have actually been impeccably dry and always maintained that nice new apartment smell. Neighbor noise is no issue. I just found out the person living above me currently has two large dogs and would have never known. Insulation is great here and weve had a pretty quiet and nice stay. The community isnt dangerous at all. Im a petite young girl that can jog the premises at almost any time of the day or evening and not feel threatened.The amenities are nice though I cant say Ive ever really used them. The gym is usually unoccupied if youre into working out. The pool is a shared accessory and you should expect large volumes of people during the summer. In the evening, however, the pool is relatively free of large groups and a pretty relaxing place to be. There are posts for dog waste baggies all around the complex and this complex is incredibly pet friendly.The care team that organizes complex-wide events are the friendliest couple and will greet you at your door upon move in. The events are great for families and children and bring the community together. Police presence is strong to ensure a safe community. Trash pick up is incredibly convenient and the property always seems to be quite clean. Ive noticed should an issue arise... management usually jumps right on that issue and takes very good care of it.Management is great and the property manager is personable and fun. Every time Ive needed to turn in rent or go to management for something his office door is open and hes out greeting residents and overall just being a really friendly guy. Samone is great as well and honestly she is amazing. Shes just as personable and will get with you on a real and honest level. Shes one of the reasons we picked this community over several others.The prices are a little high, but compared to competitors in the area they are actually quite reasonable for the security and well maintained complex youre about to call home. I highly recommend giving Augusta Meadows a try!

    It was a very nice complex and the units are really nicely updated! Really considering moving in here!! Also they have great amenities in place, gym has a lot of great equipment. The staff was super helpful with finding a place that best fit my needs. Highly recommend!

    Ive lived in these apartments for a year so far and its been great. It wasnt easy moving from 1400 miles away but the staff really helped me transition dispite the distance. Its a fantastic location and its really growing here and its right in the middle of all the growth.

    I am extremely grateful for the new Management we have. I called yesterday about a leaking faucet and they did the repairs in less than 24hs!!!Thank you so much.They were very professional and friendly!!! Two thumbs up for sure. Very Covid-19 respectful, everyone wore a mask!!!

    I came in with my fiancé and we just loved it! The management was outstanding! Samone, was extremely helpful and answered all my questions before I could even ask them. The new remodeling is coming out great and I am glad that soon I may be able to call Augusta Meadows home.
