    A very luxurious and special community. The Grotto 2B2B is to die for, it is like a cozy cottage with the pool area giving it a resort feel and look. One you would call a home.

    Nice clean. & Well kept landscape. Apartment is very nice & I love the pool.I called for several small Maintenance issues and they came within couple of hours. Great service.

    Assistant Manager (Aspen) will be nice when she sees you but it all stops there! She doesn’t care about you, extremely hard to deal with, she has a bad attitude and tries to bully you! Adds charges to your account after your account is paid in full so you get charged additional daily fees!Maintenance is super! The quality of the items put into these high end apartments is low grade, therefore, maintenance will continue to have to repair.The facilities are amazing! It’s like living at a resort.I have lived at the Auberge of Tyler since the property opened in 2019, my unit was ready in June. I love the property and the convenient location.The manager (Yolanda) was extremely helpful and professional in working through issues that needed to be resolved. She’s a great listener and really seems to care and want to improve the Auberge of Tyler.If you ever have any issues about the property or with the staff, please go straight to Yolanda and discuss them with her. Because of Yolanda’s efforts and the recent changes I’ve seen I have upped my stars ⭐️ rating from 2 to 4!

    My husband and I recently moved to Auberge if Tyler. We love the property and staff has been very nice. Katie was super helpful when I came to tour the property and she was very attentive throughout the whole process. Our apartment is wonderful, it smelled very good upon arrival and our gift was really nice. The location of property is perfect, everything is close by! Thanks for introducing us to our new home.

    I have called these Apartments home for the last year. I have loved living hear, there is so much to do with my little and older kids, from pool time to playing pool in the club house, to corn whole. I love that no matter the day or time i can always get someone to fix something if it brakes. The management is some of the best. They care about all of us so much. They have been just amazing. I loved calling the Auberge home. Thank you for all you do for all of us.

    We have lived at the Auberge for the past 6 months while our house was being built. The rooms are nice and the amenities are luxurious. Ive lived in several apartments over the years and what makes or breaks the experience is always the management staff. We worked closely with Aspen throughout our time at Auberge and I cant recommend her enough. She went above and beyond on making sure we were comfortable and satisfied. You wont regret choosing Auberge as your temporary home, and make sure you ask for Aspen!

    My girlfriend and I have been living here for 7 months now and it has been our first apartment to live in after renting houses. The apartments, themselves, are very nice on the inside and up-to-date. The big selling point to use was the pool and the amazing personality of Robin. Robin was extremely helpful with all the questions we had, and she is just an all around nice person. If you are looking for an apartment in Tyler, the Auberge is the place to stay.

    Property is so beautiful love the fact that is new and were the first to live in our apartment. Aspen & Darcey are super sweet, and helped make our decision super easy. Always greeting us when we go grab a treat for our fur baby. Zack is very professional and always makes sure to check up on everything when he sees us around. Love our new home! the resident event was awesome!!! hope to have more like that!

    This apartment complex has been the best apartment experience Ive had. The split dog park allows for the pets to roam and play with or without other animals to get some of that much needed energy out. The pool is amazing, and the rec center has everything a basic gym needs.

    I moved here last month and the entire office team are friendly and helpful. Robin has gone out of her way on more than one occasion to help me. Maintenance was there the same day to do a couple of repairs. The apartment is amazing and beautiful. It’s quiet and peaceful. You feel like your in the country but close to restaurants and shopping.

    I just signed up for a sweet apartment with these girls today. They were extremely nice and accommodating. I felt right at home. The units are spread out enough that you dont feel like your tripping over your neighbors as you do at so many of the luxury apartments in Tyler. The units are fully equipped with all appliances including a new washer/dryer. Everything is bright, shiny and new! I look forward to my living experience here and to the fantastic folks that are running the place. Keep up the great work ladies!

    Me & my boyfriend were looking for apartments in Tyler & no apartments was everything we were looking for. We curiously pulled into the drive way of Auberge, and we’re sold! The property is absolutely stunning inside & out, all of the activities, amenities, & love from the staff had us hooked. Robin was great through the entire process. She treated us like family, and answered every question we had. If you’re looking for an apartment Auberge is the one!

    Auberge, The BEST APARTMENT COMPLEX in Tyler. The ladies in the office are Super nice and friendly. I Love the layout of the 2/bedrooms - 2/baths and kitchen.     I really enjoy all the amenities here: the gym is well equipped, the pool is relaxing and the dog parks are huge. Plus, you cant beat the convenient location to shopping, grocery stores and restaurants. Very quiet and safe.

    This is a Beautiful Property. The accommodations are endless. The Staff is Amazing and stayed late to let me come tour . I hope to be a new resident soon. Everything is modern and rooms are very comfortable not tiny like so many other places. Feels like Home ! And I have been a home owner and have never lived in an apartment before. Thank you for providing a great place to call home that doesn’t feel like your stacked in on top of each other .

    Were retiring to Tyler, and Auberge of Tyler has made the process of finding a one-year apartment so simple. While were waiting for our permanent house, well be so comfortable here. Even though it was Sunday, and the office was closed, we were given a tour by Zach, who answered all our questions, let us check out numerous rooms, and made helpful suggestions. Aspen has been helping with reserving the unit we wanted, and shes so cheerful, responsive, and knowledgeable. Altogether, Auberge of Tyler has made our transition as easy as it could be.

    The Auberge is truly a luxury apartment complex in South Tyler. From the very first time you walk in for your tour, you will find the staff friendly and attentive. Move in was a breeze and maintenance requests are handled quickly. The campus is always clean and the apartments have high end fixtures and amenities.

    Moving from San Antonio up to Tyler and was told to check out the apartments by a coworker. Glad I did. I have dealt with Darcey throughout the entire process and she has been beyond helpful the entire time. Extremely friendly and very quick to respond to any request that I have had. The apartments and amenities exceeded what anyone around was offering. Looking forward to moving in.

    Aspen, Zach, and Darcy were very helpful with the leasing process. They were friendly and able to answer all of my questions. The property is very nice, new, and clean. The layout of the apartments are great and the interiors are very modern and nice.

    Most definitely the nicest apartment community in Tyler with lots of luxury amenities and spacious apartment homes! Great management and prompt service request when needed! I would highly recommend to friends and family! A big shout out to Gary and Katie for making life a lot easier! Wonderful customer service!

    We absolutely love this new community and all the friendly and professional employees ! The location of Auberge of Tyler is perfect for us ! We love being close to Toll 49 , Hwy. 155 and South Broadway .The amenities here are fantastic !Especially appreciate the energy efficient appliances ! And the Christmas music in the mail / package room is special ! The residents here are friendly and very helpful ! We researched several complexes in South Tyler, and this is by far our favorite and final choice for home !!! Retired DPS - Highway Patrol 2019

    We toured so many apartments and fell in love with the amazing floor plans and awesome amenities like the huge dog park! Darcy was fantastic and was so friendly and eager to assist us. She showed us several different floor plans and again on another day because we couldn’t decide which one we wanted and she didn’t mind one bit! We chose and are super excited! Can’t wait for summer cuz the pool is fabulous, btw!!! 😁

    Please do not go by the reviews after October, they are fake coming from the property manager that was let go and of course she is not happy about it. Aspen the leasing agent is super friendly and Gary in maintenance always gets things done! please do not hesitate to stop and check them out for yourself, dont just go by the fake reviews that the previous manager is updating because if youre smart enough only the fake ones that she wrote are the ones with an ugly update. Real residents don;t have an update!!

    Great place to live and the community is quiet. The apartments are updated and very spacious. The leasing office will host several events during the month which is great. The staff is super friendly.

    Auberge of Tyler gets 5 Stars!! We downsized from a large 4 bdrm home to apartment living in Dec 2016. We moved from another Tyler complex to Auberge last May. Our movers delivered furniture and boxes two days before Rusty had major surgery. To say it was a difficult time is an understatement. Thanks to Katie, Hand Construction and Gary in maintenance, we were able to move in around tight inspection and moving company schedules, all while Rusty was recuperating at the hospital and at home. Gary was prompt with normal move-in fixes and Katie, Aspen, and Laura answered lots of questions and were very supportive. Rusty is now healthy, and we have been moved in for a while! We love our beautiful 3-bedroom, apartment, 2-car garage and wonderful Auberge amenities!Thank you Auberge of Tyler!Rusty and Carole Gribble

    I went and look at these apartment today. I have to say all the staff there are so sweet. I went and look at the 3 bedroom. It was beautiful and has such a great view. I can not wait to call this home.
