    Bailey the leasing agent was extremely helping during our move in process. She answered every single email I sent to her and trust me it was a lot. The process was of getting approved and paperwork was easy. My only con at the moment was the mover voucher. They offered me $500 voucher to go towards movers. The day of moving in and paying the movers was unprofessional. They had no way of paying the movers the voucher. If you’re going to offer this incentive, then have a process in order on how to pay people. Thankfully the moving company was flexible but if they hadn’t been….how would I be reimbursed for the $500. I did ask about this option and had no resolution to the issue. I’m looking forward to our future here and hopefully an enjoyable experience. The 4 stars all go towards Bailey and her patience with me. By the end of my lease, I hope I can add another star.

    I read through a few negative comments here and their issues either were not the fault of the property management, OR if so the issues would have easily been resolved through communication from the tenant. I have been here a year and a half and have had nothing but great experiences. The apartment community is very friendly and easy to become a part of. The facilities are well maintained and the living spaces are up to expectation.

    Hello -I am fairly new to this community but I am super excited on this new chapter of my life. I love living in a beautiful and well - maintained apartment home.The entire staff act as if they attended training from Ritz Carlton…yes, there is such a thing. From the moment I walked into the management office and met Bailey D., Leasing Professional, I knew in my heart that I had found my new home, a place to rest and have peace, beautiful grounds, a true resort-like pool, and more.I will admit, I thanked Bailey for her time and told her I would think overnight about the apartment home we toured and I would circle back with the next day. Well, it really didn’t take that long. I sat in my car less than 5 minutes, shut off the engine, got out of my vehicle, went back into the management office and completed my application. I moved in a week later and have been living worry-free of having to mow my own lawn, make my own home repairs, etc.The property engineer team are amazing, they work hard to keep this community in top condition, and you can see the pride in their work by their work ethic, maintained property, responsiveness, and honestly, sometimes I wonder if they ever take a day off because I see them on property daily.The staff are kind, respectful, helpful, and truly go out of their way to make their residents happy. (Please don’t ever lose that gift!)I am grateful to be part of this wonderful community. Come see, you will too!

    Great place to live if you’re apartment hunting. Some of the best services you’ll find. Always fixing my issues within the hour and willing to work with me when needed. When comparing the quality of the apartments and the services that come with them, the pricing is definitely generous. I would highly recommend looking at the Aubrege if you’re a young renter or have a young family. One of the safest apartments I’ve ever lived at. Overall, if you’re looking for a great apartment complex, Aubrege has to be in your picks.

    Staff are super friendly, apartments are very nice and well maintained. Both Carlee and Kelsey are very professional and easy to work with, they are always smiling and happy to assist me at any time. Maintenance is quick and excellent at their job!

    Been here for some years now. The team is responsive to maintenance requests and the upkeep of the premises. The pool is large and well maintained by the team. Only minor draw back is that the computer room and Club House are only accessible during business hours. Would be a treat if the computer room and Club House could be cut off from the teams workspace so these areas remain accessible to tenants beyond business hours.

    Most everything is good and ran very well. The management and grounds staff do a very good job. I would highly recommend the owners invest in a GOOD camera surveillance system. It may not prevent some of the theft and damage from happening, but at least it would give the police a better chance of finding out who did it. Same goes for property damage of pool and surrounding area. You would Definitely be able to know who did the damage.

    Wonderful apartment community with caring office staff and maintenance crew! Most well maintained property I’ve ever resided in and my experience has been quiet and always felt safe. Many family friendly activities held during holidays and amenities stay kept up and beautiful.

    Our air-conditioning was going out and Robert (the maintenance man) came to our apt at 10 p.m. he brought us a window unit to get us through the night and then he fixed our air-conditioning unit the next day. Very pleased with maintenance here at Auberge.

    From day 1 I knew I would be happy here. This place feels like home. Brighton is very helpful & welcoming. She, Carlie, & Kelsie keep everything in order here. If I have a question, they have an answer. Maintenance Requests are handled quickly. Sebastian, Fabian, & Michael are helpful & you can tell they know their job. Auberge of Burleson is kept clean, has a wonderful, fully equipped workout room, & a lovely swimming pool. Since I’ve lived here, I’ve not been disturbed by loud music or the life going on around me, the walls must be thick, lol. Residents are kind & respectful. The Valet Trash service is a plus, they don’t get the credit they deserve for the job they do. Yes, I am proud to call this home. I even like when the Burleson Police stroll by, it’s a good safe place to live & the staff works hard to keep it that way…the various events for the residents is a treat!!! Thank you, keep up the good work!!!

    Even though the waiting process has been long, it is worth it to wait it out. I love the staff already here and did not feel that way about other apartments we have viewed. Like others have said, very quick responses and always an update. Cant wait to move in!!!! I wish water was available at the dog park, a dog bathing station would be awesome too!

    I’ve always heard horror stories of living in an apartment complex, but I have to say that this one is very well ran and managed. They do a great job of making sure that everyone complies with the rules outside of a few idiots that just wants to ruin things for everyone. I will highly recommend this complex.

    I have been a resident at this community since April of 2020 and it has been nothing less than superb! The community is kept clean, landscaped and has the most responsive, helpful and kind staff management and maintenance team members alike! Each of them are professional and attentive. The amenities the community offers are perfect for making apartment living convenient and luxurious.Looking forward to many more years being a resident of Auberge of Burleson.

    My hubs, daughter and I moved in here 2 months ago and it’s our favorite place we’ve ever lived. We have the biggest 2 bedroom floor plan on the first floor and it’s huge, literally feels like a house. The bedrooms are beautifully sized and equipped with ample storage space. The master has a very nicely sized built-in desk with storage cabinets above which was SO helpful when we ended up having to work fully from home due to COVID-19. We had plenty of room for 2 monitors, docking stations, keyboard & mouse along with our bedroom furniture which features a king bed, night stand, and 2 big dressers. The bathrooms are beautiful with super deep tubs! Kitchen is very nice with lots of storage space, the ONE thing it lacks is a sprayer attachment for the sink! Full sized washer & dryer in the utility room with 2 storage racks above. We have a very nice sized fenced in yard with our floor plan that faces the wooded area and creek behind the complex.We’ve never had an issue with parking. That’s probably my favorite part about living here, the fact we don’t have to pay for or fight for parking! We are so happy here and love being so close to the heart of Burleson!

    I was recently doing some “homework” to help narrow options for my daughter and her newlywed husband. My visit to Auberge of Burleson was impressive and refreshing. They listened to my requests and considered them without making me feel demanding. Bailey McFarland deserves special kudos - I visited the property three times and each time she greeted me as if we had been acquainted for years and was a valued customer.Hopefully she is a valued and recognized employee. I have 40 years of sales experience and Bailey is differently someone I would want to be a part of my team. She goes above and beyond to make clients feel comfortable in a professional, confident manner. My opinion is Auberge residents are and will be treated with respect during their tenure living on property.

    My husband and I love this apartment complex. We have been living here for almost a year and it is wonderful. We had previously lived in a different apt complex across town that was horribly run down and the managers were terrible to work with. We were treated like a burden. When looking for a change, I scoured all other complexes and read reviews after review. I am so glad I didn’t settle at the other places and the reviews here were great- for a reason I now know!Here, it has been a breathe of fresh air. It’s amazing how much management makes a difference! Auberge’s front staff ladies are so kind, remember us, and attentive. If you have any small problem, maintenance is on it!The living area is spacious and the windows are tall to let in natural light. The closets are also huge and we enjoy the large kitchen island which is rare in apt living. If you are sensitive to noise, I’d suggest living on the top floor as you can hear those above you pretty easily. All uncovered parking is free and there are always enough spots.. just not always where convenient. I come back late each day so I normally have to park far away which is a downside.The amenities are great and the work out room and pool area are always clean. If you’re looking for a really great place to live, I highly recommend here. We have nothing but great things to say!

    These apartments are amazing!! The office staff are so kind and compassionate. The clubhouse is spectacularly done. The apartments themselves are wonderful and spacious. Everything is so tastefully put together! Thank you so much Savannah for all of your help! Would recommend these apartments to anyone who wants a safe and secure apartment in the Burleson area!

    Visited Kristi Weaver (Property manager) last week to apply for these apartments. She is very nice and very informative about the property. I’ve lived in several apartments in Fort Worth and this is the first time I’ve met a property manager face to face. She’s very prompt in getting back to people (via email or phone) and was very accommodating and straight forward with our concerns and questions. I can not wait to move in here!

    Id rate this 4 stars. The amenities really make this place great and the amenities are very well kept too, I love how the front office stays involved creating lots of fun events for residents, the front office staff are very nice people, the place here stays peaceful and clean, and youre extremely close to the shopping areas like HEB while still having your privacy. The only downside to these apartments are the fact that the apartments themselves dont seem as big for what youre paying for (but thats my personal opinion) and you feel like you have to tiptoe in your own home because of how loud it can echo for other people below you. If youre oversensitive to noise, Id prevent any issue or drama by just moving to the top floor where you dont have to be bothered by it. My son visits here and we constantly have to find ways to keep him quiet to be respectful of our neighbors (Like buying him thick slippers to wear around the house). Other than that, this place is pretty nice and I love the windows, the patio, bathroom is very nice and roomy, and the general set-up looks great.

    Out of all the apartments I’ve lived in the passed 7 years this is by far the best! The amenities you get with living here is everything I’ve always wanted. Not to mention the fact that it’s a brand new complex, you don’t have to worry about things breaking all the time because the building is old. That’s what happened a lot of the time at previous places I lived was that the appliances and even the plumbing of the building was old so there was always something that needed to be fixed or replaced. The front office staff are friendly, and make you feel at home. They have a lot of community events that are held at the front office lounge area that bring a lot of the residents in to mingle and chat with new people. The grounds and maintenance crew are great at keeping everything clean and fixed should you need something. Overall my time here has been great and I’m looking forward to the future of living here!

    Beautiful complex, Kristie has been extremely helpful, even got us a tour of our future apartment a week earlier than scheduled. Moved in in April 2019, this complex is abosulutly stunning. Staff is very helpful, they always have a smile and any questions or requests are always taken care of immediately. I love living at Auberge of Burleson!

    Best apartments around! The layouts are very thought out with lots of storage space. Amazing gym and poolS! The location is perfect with HEB, Kroger, Target, and Walmart all just a minute away and with lots of restaurants around. Kristi at the office goes above and beyond to make sure youre taken care of. If youre looking for an apartment in Burleson, I recommend checking these apartments out before making a decision.

    So far my experience has been amazing! We were able to move in immediately. Extremely nice complex the grounds are well-kept, friendly staff. I love the fire out front at the entryway and the fire pit by the pool with grills!

    Although they are not finished, their leasing manager Ms. Kristi has been incredible help with the whole process. As she didnt have her own office she worked with me on meeting to talk about the complex and all the amenities they will provide. She executed perfect communication with me. I really felt like she wanted us to be a part of the new complex. Strong communication and very fast response time during the operating hours even when she wasnt working! They now have a leasing office right off of hulen street in burleson. If you are looking to live somewhere but have experienced the lack of communication from the land lords or lease office and felt like they just dont care..STOP and give them a CALL! This brand new complex has one of the best leasing agents weve ever spoken too, Ms. Kristi will work hard to get everything YOU need! We are beyond happy with the way she has worked with us! Cant wait to move in this fall! Check out their facebook page, they have updates on the building process, there will be bike trails, the pet policy is absolutely fair and the pool will be resort style and brand new stainless steel appliances WITH washer and dryer included. 5 out of 5 Stars for customer service!😎

    Love love love this place! Ive been talking with Kelsey about moving in since this past November. Finally pulled the trigger and moved in a month ago. Her and Savannah have been nothing but amazing! The kitchen island is a little bigger than I expected but overall, the floor plan is perfect for me and my family. The pool is beautiful and location could not be better. I highly recommend this place!!

    Awesome new luxury apartments in Burleson. Amenities are second to none. Like living in a resort. Moving anytime is a stressful, but Savannah and the team at Auberge made that a seamless process.
