    While visiting Attiva you feel like its the right place for your loved one. The staff were so friendly and greeted everyone, their knowledge of the property was outstanding. The rooms I looked at were spotless and well maintained. There was an abundance of recreational activities and entertainment options to keep everyone moving and relaxing.

    I recently toured here for my mother and Shae was so knowledgeable about the property. We had so many questions & she was so patient and helpful. We also had the pleasure of meeting the maintenance team and they were so attentive as well! The property was absolutely beautiful. My mom applied as soon as we left!

    Looking for a place for mom to move into and Attiva was the 3rd place I’d taken my mom to look at. Wish it woulda been our first stop. This place was taken car of much better than the first two. Amanda, the wonderful woman that gave us the tour was as polite and respectful as can be and showed us a couple different floor plans and was very knowledgeable and able to answer all questions we had. We are going to make arrangements to sell the house and hopefully we will be able to attain residency at this nice, quiet place.

    I have lived here for four years. I really enjoy living here. The residents are friendly, Amanda and Shea in the office are very helpful and accommodating. Jose and George are very helpful in the maintenance department. All saff are very friendly and kind. I have and will recommend Attiva to others.

    I have recently moved to Attiva Pearland and I am really happy I did.It is a very quiet and peaceful . We have plenty of fun activities. The people are all very friendly and neighborly. The staff, Cody, Megan and Amanda are very professional and very helpful in any situation. Cody has gone out of his way many times to help out in various situations. I feel its a great place to live. The apartment is very spacious and clean and comfortable.

    This has been the best decision we have ever made. My husband and I were apprehensive about giving up our large family home to move to a 55+ community but have absolutely no regrets. We feel like we are on vacation in a luxurious resort every day. The staff is beyond helpful, efficient and truly concerned that your home is your sanctuary. The community is well lit, grounds are beautiful and well maintained and the units are sophisticated elegance. We feel safe and secure and the neighbors are friendly. Its truly a community environment. If you are looking to simplify your life and have more time to enjoy the things youve worked so hard for then Attiva is your new home.

    What an awesome place in so many ways!! Cody has been very welcoming as soon as we walked through the door and so attentive to our moving in and settling in process and genuinely letting us know they are here if needed.Thanks Cody you’ve been Friendly, Folksy and Fun🤪😜😃during a stressful transition time for us.The residents that we have meet so far seem to really enjoy living here and they too have made us feel welcome. Even the mailman who delivers here is up for good conversation and a cup of coffee and wanted to make sure we knew all about how package delivery is handled here😁..Love it here thus far.Great atmosphere, Great staff! Great facilities!!

    All one story, attractive grounds, quiet, short drive to shopping. Staff is very responsive and pleasant. Service requests are handled quickly. Neighbors are friendly, and there are plenty of activities. I love the well-equipped exercise room. Moving here was a great decision!

    I moved in to Attiva Pearland at the end of July 2020 and its the best decision Ive made for myself in over a decade. Lovely cottage-style apartments, gorgeous green space with even community gardens. Freedom for residents to personalize their front porches and flower beds. Professional and friendly staff who cant do enough to make us feel welcome - it truly is a community. Cant wait for COVID-19 pandemic to be over so I can make use of the gorgeous pool and get-togethers! I LOVE my new home and would recommend Attiva Pearland to anyone I care about who is looking for a new rental space!!

    My mother moved to Attiva 6 months ago. From the start, her experience was great, and it has become more and more positive as the months have gone by. Megan is extremely attentive and genuinely caring. She goes the extra mile to get to know the residents (and non-resident family members like myself) on a first-name basis. As others here have stated, this is a true COMMUNITY. Whenever I visit, every resident who makes eye contact with me smiles at me and waves or says hello. I no longer worry about my mom passing her days in boredom or isolation. Not only does the facility have great amenities like a pool, gym, and dog park, but they also have a calendar of events that is filled with opportunities for the residents to socialize and have fun together. In the time that has passed since my mom first moved in, she has gone from a quiet introvert to a busy person with lots of friends and activities to occupy her time. My only regret is not having chosen Attiva sooner!

    I moved into Attiva Pearland in late November. The process from making the appointment to view the facility, viewing a similar unit, reviewing and signing the lease, and moving in was so smooth and easy. And now, this community is like a jewel. Everyone (residents) is very friendly and the staff is extremely nice. Theyve responded to all my questions quickly and made life very comfortable. I highly recommend anyone looking for a 55+ community to consider Attiva Pearland.

    Ive lived at Attiva Pearland for over a year. The renovations have been completed and the new club house is really nice. Amanda and her team have worked very hard to make improvements and ease the tenants concerns during the renovations.The grounds are clean and well maintained and beautifully landscaped.

    My friend was looking for a new place to live in the Pearland area. I had googled several complexes in the area. Attiva was the first on the list. Megan greeted both of us promptly and took the time to explain everything to my friend. She was very nice and personable. My friend fell in love with the property and moved in shortly afterwards. I visit often and the property is always well manicured and maintained.

    Beautiful complex with fantastic amenities. Accessible to all of us “older folks “. Quality materials used throughout the facility.Staff and residents are very friendly and welcoming. Ask for Cody. He is very nice, accommodating, and well spoken. Application process was easy and quick.Give Attiva a look. You’ll love it!

    I relocated to Attiva in July 2019. I am very pleased with my cottage/floorplan which is so spacious and feels like home. The property itself is well kept with an awesome resident clubhouse, nice pool/spa and fitness room. The office staff (S/O to Cody and Amanda) have been very professional, providing exceptional customer service and are very caring. I am glad to be part of the Attiva Pearland community. ☆☆☆☆☆

    My best friend moved in recently and the wonderful staff has made me feel welcomed every time. When the time comes, I hope to also make this my home. The tenets are all so friendly. The apartments are roomy with plenty of storage; the activities and amenities are great.

    Megan was a fabulous help to us from the time we toured Attiva Pearland throughout the process of transitioning from Indiana to Texas. She accommodated our daughter while we were still Indiana and has made us feel welcome ever since. We have enjoyed some of the activities and meeting new people. Also, we have appreciated expediency when needing some maintenance completed. Transitioning to retirement, especially when moving a long distance, can be stressful, but we have felt at home since moving here.

    Attiva Pearland is a very nice place to live. The grounds are beautifully maintained, services are excellent, and the staff is very friendly and professional. Request for service is handled quickly and efficiently. The residents are friendly and one feels safe in this community. I look forward to continuing my residency in this beautiful property.

    Moved into Attiva last year after the renovation. The apartments look good with the renovations. Cody has been great in the office. Several times we have contacted him with questions and we typically get a response within 15 minutes. Very responsive to service requests. Great job!

Im a vendor for the property and Ive been working with Amanda (property manager) for almost seven years now and shes the ultimate professional.     Starting at my first phone call Cody was super informative, polite, professional, and most importantly patient. All of my questions were answered. When I went to the complex I was blown away by how everyone was so welcoming and how beautiful it was. The apartments are set up for easy access and are up to date in style and appliances. The common areas (gym, pool, etc.) are state of the art and again easily accessible while aesthetically pleasing. So thrilled with the decision to move here.

    Staff, Amanda, Cody and Meagan are always on board to assist with all your needs. Grounds are immaculately maintained and such a great quiet place to live. Trash pickup every day at your doorstep by McKay. Beautiful pools and tons of clubhouse amenities for all ages. Maintenance Alfredo always there when you need anything repaired. So blessed to have found this little oasis.

    My husband and I were tired of trying to maintain our home and large yard. This was the perfect solution. We never have to worry about any thing that breaks as all repairs our made for us. The grounds are beautifully maintained and we also enjoy the workout room and pool. The staff is extremely nice and always handle our problems. I highly recommend this complex for those that want to take like a bit easier.

    I visited this property when I was looking for a place for my mom. The property was clean and very nice. I met with Cody, who was amazing. He was by far the most patient with me (as I had a ton of questions), and he was also so much fun, which made my visit super enjoyable. I highly recommend!

    Cody & Brandt are awesome. I’ve only lived here a short time but love it. There are only a few things that I would change, junk trees that leave stuff all over your car and smaller fence for dog park. The location is great, lots of shopping, restaurants and parks in the area. Community is small and friendly. You can get involved with events. Amanda is pretty good too!

    Attiva Pearland is recently updated and is beautiful! Cody has been very helpful; his customer service excels. The cottages are very nice with stainless steel appliances and granite in the kitchen. Even granite countertops in the bathroom!

    After retiring from teaching, selling my 5 bedroom home as well as most of what I owned, I moved to ATTIVA Pearland. My apartment is lovely but what made all the difference in the world is Megan and Krissi!!!!! I love these girls.... you both really do feel like family!!!!     What I like about Attiva Pearland is the individual apartments and feel more like a small home with a Courtyard out back of each unit plus they allow dogs which is a big plus. The maintenance folks do a good job.

    I discovered Attiva on the internet while looking for an apartment for 55+ seniors as I wanted an apartment on one floor with a patio. Attiva and Cody were the answer to my prayers.
