Good place to live. The apartment complex is very well kept.Remains clean & organized. The community is friendly & welcoming.The apartment complex tries to hold small events every now & then to help engage others around the community. Maintenance is always around when needed. It would be nice for them to upgrade some of our appliances in the kitchen & bathroom(s)I enjoy using the apartment complex gym. Beautiful pools as well. Overall a pretty nice place to stay.

I would like to take a moment and express my amazing and positive overall experience I had with Yomaris & Galilea when I arrived at the community requesting information. They were both so sweet and knowledgeable. I was able to get all my questions answered. The professionalism and outstanding customer service blew me away. Its hard to find authentic service now a days. I will definitely be making Atlas Crown my number one choice to call home! Keep up the 5 star service ladies!

Gorgeous complex, beautiful spacious apartments, incredibly friendly front office staff, this place had everything I wanted! I have moved into Atlas Crown apartments and i absolutely love it here! I’m from Denton Tx and was nervous to move to Garland however I am absolutely thankful I gave this city a chance! It is 10 minutes from Plano! The gym is dope and has all the equipment I need! The staff including Jaylah & Yomaris are super nice and maintenance get work orders done within 24 hours! I appreciate the team here!

If you’re looking for your next home, don’t look farther, this is the place for you! I have lived in this complex for a year now and am now renewing for another! The amenities are amazing! The location is such a safe area. I can go running at night with no worries or even walk to the gym at midnight and not fear for my safety. I am nearby grocery stores, malls, and I love that we’re surrounded by different cities so you can try out different things all around! There is always something to do! The new management has been such a breath of fresh air. They have been very helpful and patient as they transition into this complex. I don’t have rowdy neighbors and even though we’re so close to George bush, I don’t hear obnoxious cars 24/7! Plus how awesome is it that the highway is near for quick and easy access! I personally don’t have kids but I do have younger siblings and the school system around us are amazing! Dog park and dog wash station are great for your pups! Garages are spacious as I myself have one and am able to work on my car freely. Our rent is a great price for the area! The pools are kid friendly and the cabanas and bon fires are such a lovely addition! Maintenance is quick and reliable. When my AC broke this summer, they came to resolve it immediately!I know that it’s hard to believe that a complex can be so amazing and has nothing negative but those are just the facts from my own experience. :)If I had anything “negative,” to say, I think this is more or so just a small thing for me and doesn’t reflect the complex but the visitors parking. We only get 3 per week and after that, they can’t register till those days reset. I know it’s to ensure we don’t have continuous overnight guests but it’s a downside for regular visitors that don’t exceed the 24hour pass. I think we should have the option of not having to submit a visitor pass until after 10:00PM/12:00AM instead of 7:00PM because sometimes our visitors (speaking for myself) don’t stay past midnight and then that counts as their whole day/night. So if they do that 3 days in a row, the fourth day they won’t be able to register and is at risk of getting towed but again, this is more a personal “negative,” more than the complex itself.Thank you Rochelle and Yamaris for alllll of your help this past month as we transitioned into the new company! You ladies have been amazingly helpful! ❤️

I just recently moved into Atlas Crown. I’m not sure why there are so many negative reviews. There are some people posting who don’t even live here. The amenities such as the gym, pool, lounging area, business center, etc are so great. The units have washer/dryers, wood floors (aside from bedroom), quartz countertops, and big closets. The price point, location to nearby highways and restaurants, and units are so great compared to other places. The front staff has been wonderful to me, especially Yomaris. I can’t say much about maintenance since I had no issues. Parking can fill up in some areas, but personally I am always able to find a parking spot near my unit. I believe it could be an issue when multiple guests visit in the evening. I will update in a month to see if there are any changes. Love it here!Update: Overall, still a great experience. Some people said they had issues with roaches, but I have only seen a few. It may be due to being on the top floor. Parking tends to fill up in the evening. Those wanting to live here may want to invest in either a covered parking or garage if you dont want to walk a little or park father than preferred.ProsUnit itselfNice pools and clubhouseStaff has always been friendly with meConsParkingGuests have to always fill outMaintenance may take awhile if it is not an emergency

I moved in May 2022 and we have gone through one management change. The new management team has been awesome and very attentive to any and all maintenance request. The amenities are really good and it’s a very walkable and family friendly complex. We really enjoy living here, as it is quiet and safe. Would recommend highly to anyone looking for a place to stay!

The good: The property is well maintained, maintenance responds almost immediately to requests, and the community has many events for residents. The transition to the new property management company had it challenges but they are back on top of things.The bad: recently lots of late hour noise, and cars thumping throughout the day and night. Fees for pets are above market rates.Overall good, but down a star from last year’s review.

I wanted to shout out to Yomaris! Since we decided to lease, Yomaris and her team greatly helped along the process until we actually settled down! We sometimes worried about the management team transitioning whereas everything comes pretty smooth. Overall, weve been looking forward to our new home for a couple of months, and were loving it so far!

Newbies around the neighborhood here & liking it so far! Yomaris has been incredibly helpful with the process from the beginning of our journey to now. The staff has been kind overall in our experience and appreciate the events they host. The amenities here are wonderful and the trails here are so convenient to get in a few miles with decent lighting.As this review is honest, so far we have found creepy crawlers outside & in the halls. Especially in the grass! However, something to take note on is that there is a lot of dog poo in several grassy areas throughout the community which contributes to attracting the obvious. I feel while there a responsibility from management, there is also accountability for owners to pick up after their fur-babies.I feel if you practice proper cleaning, you’ll be Gucci.

I give 3.5 of 5 stars. Although almost new, the complex has had an official name change from Lenox Crown to Atlas Crown, and a new management team since I moved in December 2021. This new, friendly, management team is doing a better jobGood location if you like golf as I do.Long-time ongoing construction (for many months) in the neighborhood is unpleasant at times. A few tenants are noisy (talk, stomping feet, music), and drive too fast and reckless in parking lot, and toss trash on the ground and in stairwells. Some tenants also do not bag their trash well and it leaks onto cement outside their door, which you then have to look at the stains daily. Management has changed the door-to-door trash collecting service, which is doing a better job preventing leakage onto the cement. Maintenance has been going building to building and power washing the cement to remove dirt and stains.Nice large balconies on some units such as mine. Carfpet in the bedrooms only. Each unit comes with its own individual: full size washer/dryer, water heater, refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher. Ceiling fans in each room. *** THERE ARE NO ELEVATORS HERE ***, you must go to adjacent Apt complex to get that feature. Maintenance requests to individual apartment units are handled in a timely manner.Internet must be with AT&T. Built in AT&T wifi internet hardware (you pay for service). Approx. $45/month.Electric service must be with City of Garland as provider (you pay for service. $200 deposit required). Monthly cost is about $90-$100 in the Summertime for a 1 bedroom apartment. $50-$75 during Spring and Fall.Water/Sewer service is with City of Garland for your apartment and is about $45-50 per month.FEES: Trash Service (collected outside your door) $25/month. Other community fees are around $25/month. Total: $50-55/month.

My husband and I moved here from Illinois, so we weren’t able to tour the place before moving in! We are SO happy that we were lucky enough to choose this place. Our apartment is beautiful and the balcony is huge for a one bedroom! We love living at Atlas Crown. The leasing agents and management has always been kind to us and we’ve barely had any problems since moving in. Whenever we did have a problem it was fixed pretty quickly! We feel safe here, which is VERY important to us. I recommend living here for sure.

I am excited to say that I will be a new resident of Atlas Crown very soon, and if my living experience is anything like the tour and leasing process I know it will be amazing! Yomaris M. is amazing and exceptional to work with. She has been outstanding with communication, and answering all my questions and concerns. Out of all the complexes I toured this one is by far the best, by a lot, in the following categories: pricing, location, size, complex maintenance, customer service, and responsiveness/communication. Yomaris and Atlas Crown have provided me the support I need to for this transition to move into my first apartment, and I hope to be a resident of Atlas Crown until I can afford my own home, however long that may be.

I love this community so much! I previously lived here and chose not to renew my lease due to my boyfriend wanting to relocate elsewhere. We ended up splitting, and I decided to move back on my own because I love it here THAT much! The property manager Connie is beyond helpful in any way she can be. Even when she was out of the office for personal reasons, she was diligently tending to my questions and concerns during the leasing process. I am so beyond grateful for all of her assistance! Yomaris and Victoria in the front office were also SO amazing! I have lived in many apartment complex’s, and this is by far the cleanest, nicest, and most professional!

I moved in about a month ago and so far I like the apartment a lot. Meagan, the Leasing Agent was helpful and usually responsive to my emails. I really enjoy having new appliances. It’s also spacious in a decent and quiet neighborhood/community. The amenities in the apartment complex are well kept. Also I like the fact that there is a nice park and shopping centers not that far from the location. The only downside is that there are no elevators in the complex but that is not really a major issue.

Just toured this property and was blown away by the kindness of the staff and how pretty the community was! Specifically Yomaris, she shared everything she could and answered every question I had! She even gave me a second tour close to closing because my mom hadnt been there for the first one. She told me every option I had, and even did some extra digging to find me the floor plan I wanted that was in my price range and around my move in time.I had toured 3 other apartment complexes that day and found myself comparing them to this one! Prior to moving in our leasing agent, Yomaris, was absolutely AMAZING and EXTREMELY HELPFUL! She made sure that we were comfortable and made the process as easy as possible!! Also any inconvenience we had with our application process, which at the time we were getting help from someone else whom we waited for for at least 15 minutes and NEVER came back, I went to go find Yomaris for help because the other lady that was supposed to help us had disappeared and came back laughing with the other office ladies. Yomaris fixed our issues RIGHT AWAY and stayed very professional! She’s a very sweet leading agents and I would recommend having her as your go to! She’s also very responsive and reliable when it comes down to emailing. Her communication skills are on point! Can’t beat having her as your leasing agent! ☺️

Story Time: My wife and I get an email this morning from the property manager, Connie. She said that she received a 1 star review from “my wife” - as it turns out my wife didn’t write the review at all but someone used her name. She was actually asleep at the time the review was sent in.In Connie’s email though, she offered several solutions for how she could fix the problems that were listed in her “review” and wanted to make peace between her and the tenants.I called Connie to tell her we didn’t leave that review and she said she felt that we didn’t actually leave it because she knows me and my wife from previous meetings and conversations we have had. It was resolved quickly and it’s because of situations like this that we decided to renew our lease.We trust the leadership and staff at Atlas Crown because they want to serve their tenants and actually build relationship with us. Every apartment complex will have things that you can nitpick on, but when you can trust the leadership to listen and care about where you’re coming from, it makes the stay that much better.We love Atlas Crown

We moved into this community almost two months ago and it has been a very nice place to live. We like that there are plenty of trees and green space. DeAnna and Lucy also went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience when we made special requests after moving in. We’ve lived in many different communities, and you don’t always get that kind of consideration from management. Everyone here has been friendly and nice to interact with.

My fiancé and I could not say more good things about this property so far. Full disclosure, we are not fully moved in yet... But let me tell you why you should definitely check the Lenox Crown out first in your search for a new home!1) Every single phone conversation and in person interaction we’ve had with the staff has been impressively friendly, professional and extremely warm and kind. ESPECIALLY Miss Lucy and Deanna! Those two women have been slammed with new residents and tours every time we’ve been to the property, and they still manage to smile warmly at each person and do their best to satisfy every person’s needs! I actually look forward to seeing this team regularly, which as a lot of you know - property managers can tend to be unfriendly, downright incompetent or unhelpful.2) The units themselves are brilliantly designed and fairly priced relative to the current market in Dallas. The move in special is not bad considering how hot the rental market is. The 2 bedroom 2 bath setup with the kitchen in the center of the apartment is large and spacious and well designed for roommates... We decided on the 3bed 2.5bath Townhome and I couldn’t be more impressed with the layout and the master bedroom set up! There are no wasted spaces so even if the units themselves aren’t super huge sq ft wise, the apartments feel very spacious considering.3) The property layout is great, and the amenities in the club house are very luxurious and the pool looks fantastic. The property is still under construction, but we were there twice during working hours, and I didn’t feel unsafe or hear a bunch of obnoxious noise from the builders.I write this lengthy review because I know how important these reviews are when you are trying to learn the truth about a business. I hope you guys read this and skip the head ache of checking out other properties first - if the unit prices fall in your price ranges, you won’t be disappointed. Good luck in your search and be sure to ask for Lucy or Deanna, but even Megan and the other young man have been so kind and helpful.

I currently live in Rockwall , and was looking to move across the water. Stumbled across Atlas while on bush, walked in no appointment or anything, Kozetta immediately greeted me. With no hesitation asked me what I was looking for and showed me around this beautiful apartment complex. She answered all my questions, stayed within my budget and pointed out the list of things that were non-negotiable that the complex provided. She was friendly, down to earth, and attentive to my needs. I simply put enjoyed her as a person. Though Im still browsing and it is early in my shopping around. Kozetta, easily made me put this place in my top 5.

I called to inquire about an apartment and was connected with Lucy. She was extremely polite and very knowledgeable. Based on our initial conversation we decided to visit and tour the property.The next day we arrived at the leasing office to find it inviting and the staff very welcoming. We were introduced to DeAnna who would take the the time to understand what we were looking for in an apartment and community. DeAnna walked us through the complex while taking time to explain all the property amenities and the different apartment unit options. Not only was our tour very informative but was actually quite enjoyable.Based on our phone and in-person experiences as well as the property and amenities, we have decided to call Lenox Crown home. We havent moved in yet so can only speak to the initial application experience. If its any indication, we know well be happy with our decision.

First week in and it amazeballs. Especially compared to DT Dallas. Price equivalent and can actually enjoy all of the amenities. Quiet. Stairs, no elevators, fantastic gym. Amazon is hit or miss on mail room. Personnel are courteous, expedient, and a joy to talk to. Dog wash not stocked but open-2 stalls. All-in-all of the 4/5 complexes in that 3 block radius they took the cake.

The apartments are very nice. The community general upkeep is rather poor. There needs to be better upkeep of the facilities, and the grounds as a whole. There needs to be more trashcans for pets around, and the breezeways need to be cleaned.

Ignore the post about “the noise level” because this is a place lots of families with under aged kids live, and quite honestly, the type of noises from the kids (especially around the pool, duhh) is proof that Lenox Crown is a pleasure to reside. My family and I moved here from SC and and this being our first TH, we love it along with the staff (u guys are the best)…disgruntled residents complaining of noise during work hours should find a work space in a business building to do their work. Y deprive other residents of enjoying the facilities during hours its available (ESPECIALLY DURING THE SUMMER WHILE SCHOOL IS CLOSED)…a senior facility is around the corner, I can get you the number if you need it.Eddie, Lucy & Megan….yall are the dream team! From our first tour to our annoying “not used to the Texas heat” issues…yall are awesome.
