The Athena was a mostly pleasant experience. Issues with pest control & yes the added fees add up quickly youll be paying far more than base rent but that is explained at move in so read & listen before signing your lease. We did experience issues with trash pick up but they have since switched to a new provider and they do a great job. attentive maintenance. Dayci is the best thing they have going for them. Shes amazing & definitely should be running the place. All other office staff Ive had the so called pleasure of interacting with the same cannot be said. 4 stars for dayci subtract one for pests and all other rude , incompetent, and aggressive office staff.

I wanted to see how fast the process could be because I was living in a hotel. I had the room paid until Friday and I came in on monday. They told me we can get you in on Friday. $500 off first month helped alot and they stuck to there word and what they quoted me. I got my key before I paid the rent I paid quickly paid it tho like right after I deposited the money. I had one washer no dryer after work on the following Tuesday after labor day. I was looking for a dryer when I looked next to my washer they brought me one while I was working! this place is nice and lit up at night and the neighbors seem nice! this place is so good. The staff is very responsive.

I just received the notice from the new manager Veronica yesterday and I can already see that we will have amazing changes. I went to visit with her to meet her and talk to her and I can tell you that she’s very professional and very caring. I really do hope our neighbors are all in for the change. Property is nice, just needed someone who cares. Hopefully my rails get painted soon and our pool gets cleaned!

Love the new staff. Veronica was so helpful! This is the first time I feel like anyone cares. I am excited for the changes coming soon. The entire staff is amazing and very helpful and super professional. We had a get together today, something no one has done for us before. We still kept our distance and had fun! Property is looking great. Rules are being enforced for the first time. Thank you Athena team!!

UpdateI’ve been a resident since Athena took over in Late December and they have not rest to turn this apartment community around! I need to give a special shout out to Hilda whom is always easily available with her awesome smile, when I visit or call the office. And if she doesn’t know the answer to my question, which she usually does, she is prompt to find the answer and follow up with me quickly. They are having a renewal party today, as I just received an email. They are awesome at sending out emails plus text to alert us of anything involving our apartment community. The transformations they have done and are doing are so awesome to see! This is a great place to live. Even the convenience of the surrounding businesses are great! I went by to see if I could renew my lease today but I am several months away from my current lease expiring. Do your self and your family a favor and check them out!SincerelyJames TEX Hall

Thank you Athena team. Everyone is honestly great. my work orders always get taken care of on a timely manner. The manager Vee always responds quickly to emails or phone calls and her office team is also great. Thank you for the amazing changes at Athena. place is clean, free of clutter and grills and ugly hairs outside. patios are nice and clean and i love that we have many doggy areas. consider this a place to call home and you wont be disappointed

I have lived here for over a year. The apartment complex itself is nice, maintenance repairs are rocky from my experiences but the maintenance guys are so nice!I DEFINITELY want to shout out to the office ladies specifically Meshun and Amber. We chat VERY often and they ALWAYS go above in beyond. Both of them have such great personalities and are just amazing. I’ve never felt like I’ve bothered them even if i call 6 times and send 10 emails. They’ve most definitely made things easier and less stressful! GREAT TEAM!! 💖

Ive lived here for years. Been through a handful of new property management owners up to this point when the name change for the apartments happened. Heather has been responsive and very helpful so far with all the things that is going on. That in itself deserves a recognition and review from me. This has been a way better staff to deal with and cant thank them enough.

When first moving in with my wife a one bedroom seemed awesome as a starter, but after getting settled in and getting a new dog I needed more space. I reached out to the team at the office and they diligently helped me move mid contract (6 month mark was reached) It was awesome of them and every experience with this complex has been refreshing. The team in the office is understanding and quick to help.

Happy tenant so far :)...Just moved in and love it. Close to all the major freeways and eating places you could imagine. Ive only had only one maintenance request and it was done quickly. Office staff has been very professional with assisting me with my move from out of state. They made the transition as easy as it could be. The property is currently doing major improvements to the complex and thats always a plus. Let me not forget the awesome jogging trails and dog park. Im happy with my choice and give the thumbs up to anyone looking for a great place to live with great staff!

Cross Creek Ranch is amazing and Amber M. she is amazing as well very informative, professional and sweet and kind spirit. She is also knowledgeable and she loves her job. This is a beautiful community! I spoke with Ariana on the phone and she was so kind and answered all of my questions! We scheduled a day for me to tour the property and she was even nicer in person! She showed me 2 different apartments and took her time explaining all of the amenities. I would highly recommend this apartment complex!

Ive had to edit my response because prior to move in when I was working on getting my lease signed and viewing the property I was being helped by Meshun and she was great, responded to me super fast and answered all of my many questions, to this day she has probably been the most helpful staff member - however, on my actual move in day, she was out of the office and lets just say I had a rough experience with the other staff.Aside from the lack of communication from other staff members, I dont have many complaints. Meshun has been great at communicating and I havent any maintenance issues - aside from a drip under my kitchen sink which has been fixed!

Cross Creek is AMAZING. Ask for Ms. Amber! My fiancé and I started looking for somewhere to live at the beginning of the year and Cross Creek was only the second place we had to go to find out new home. Amber made the tour and application process SO easy, especially for us as first time renters. I could not recommend Amber more. She was the best at communicating what to do next. Her passion for what she does was extremely evident. Can’t wait to get fully moved in!!

I moved in to Cross Creek Ranch a year ago, since then there has been alot of changes. The staff, upgrades, and new policies. I love the leasing agent Meshun she is kind, helpful, and very approachable. I do not hesitate to bring any of my concerns to her. She does her best to accommodate me as a tenate in every way she can. Ive also had the pleasure if meeting the new property manager Rachel!! I love love love her! She is a go getter with a spunky personality. Who does everything she can to make Cross Creek Ranch a save, fun, and beautiful place to live. These two exceptional employees will be the reason this place turns around,and not only bring in new residents, but have reoccuring renters. With new innovating ideas and people comes change. Change good or bad will cause poor opinions. Dont let that stop you from making Cross Creek Ranch from being your new home! Im really excited to see the finish product of all the new renovations.

2019 review: I upgraded my review to five stars. Since then i had no new issues other than noise levels depending whos living around you ( had a noisy neighbor for 2 months who would blast bass heavy music in the middle of the night) but was dealt with thanks to the previous management. The new management ( Madera) have improved the property vastly and are also attentive towards maintenence issues. Solar screens on windows are such a genius way of improving the look while also saving on electric costs. Overall these pasts years i have been living here have been pleasant and problem free.2016 review:Overall my apt is ok and the locale is quiet and convenient. When I moved in the a/c was not working and it took them 3 days to fix because it needed a certain part. After that some small details here and there. Appliances such as stove and fridge are old but are functional. The noise levels can be bad it depends who you are surrounded with and the walls are thin enough to hear my neighbor laying down some pipe. I called it in of course (sorry!) And havent heard anything since. I ve seen some bugs sometimes but its manageable. Assigned parking spaces is a free for all since its up to you to enforce your space so it can get ugly, my car got keyed because of it.Once had a situation where an online payment did not clear due to a glitch but the office staff was understanding and did not charge me late fees. I give it a solid 5/7

I told them about a few issues I had regarding my apartment, they didnt hesitste to come into my apartment so that I can show them the issues. They had maintenance out there within a day and everything was fixed, I haven’t felt this comfortable in the past few years of living here. Y’all rock girls !

Ive lived here for quite sometime, few years at least the second time around moving back here. Let me tell you the staff is absolutely amazing. To be honest this new company that owns this property has me WAY better at ease of how things are run maintenance and all. All it takes is to communicate with them. Friendly, incredibly helpful, decent rent prices especially for this location we are in. I recommend this place to anyone. They. Are. Amazing.

Ive lived in worse apartments. We were lucky enough to get into these and have had no problems at all so far.! The office people are nice too. No roaches or ants, my ac always works. Only complaint is walls are pretty thin you can hear peoples conversations. I guess it just depends what part of the complex they put you in because mine is decent:)

I just wanted to say that I moved here two years ago. I had lost my mom two years ago and I was trying to find a place to live because of a place I was living at was not safe for me. I had been looking for months and could not find a place. So my nephew who had lived here before told me about this place. So I called and talked to Meshun she told me to come on in and we can see what we can do for you. Next thing here I am two years later still living in the same apartment. Meshun was very professional and great I will always be greatful for what she did for me. I agree last year was a bad year for me but she worked with me and helped with getting me help so I can have a place to stay. I feel she would be a great manager here or where ever she goes.

My boyfriend and I recently moved in (like, two days ago), and so far, everything has been amazing! We originally signed a lease for the end of September, but due to a fire in our old complex’s building, we had to unexpectedly move sooner. Meshun worked diligently with us and got us in on a much shorter notice, and I couldn’t be more thankful. Everyone we have spoken to has been so helpful and nice. The minute we walked into our unit, it felt like home. Even if there was something that we felt needed attention, Meshun made sure it was bring it to attention quickly. I’m excited to experience all of the dog friendly amenities Cross Creek has to offer and take advantage of being so close to the Trinity Trails and prime shopping!Thanks again, Meshun and Cross Creek Ranch team! :)

I lived at Cross Creek Ranch five years. I loved my little one bedroom apartment but transferred out of state with my job. This place has had its ups and downs but for the most part my stay was great. I will miss the jogging trail I walked my dog on every morning.
