    I absolutely love this place! I’ve been here for two years and it really feels like home. The maintenance team are always efficient and very responsive. The team in the office is incredible! Truly the best part of the complex. Jennifer the manager and Cheyenne the assistant manager are what make this place great. They are very kind, professional, and are always keeping this place running smoothly. Looking forward to another great year with these guys!

    Update after a few months.Despite sometimes limited parking, we currently love this space. Location is awesome with 183, Sams, Hmart all super close. No safety issue for now. Gate is working fine now.The apartment is quiet most of the time, if you choose the right direction (not towards 183H). Apartment maintenance is fine, though not the most responsible but still comes over in 48 hours. Emergency line is also working well. We don’t have a lot of noise issue other than some dog noises (the three floors buildings may be better at this point).Gym is big and nice and clean. Leasing office always smells good. Only issue is with FedEx that they did not set us up as residential, so there is no deliver to door service.And we love the community food trucks! They call over Lobster rolls, Thai food etc, and it’s so convenient!

    Astra Avery Ranch is Awesome.Every staffs are wonderful Especially counselors of the leasing office are very kind and lovely.Also environment is awesome.My son really loves to play in the swimming pool in the community 😆Its the best choice to live in Astra Avery Ranch.

    Leaving a 5 star review even though I moved forward with another location. My decision was based on timing, I had to make a move and due to my specific requirements, the availability wasnt there in my timeframe. I loved this property and the sales team was top notch! Cheyanne and Hannah kept in touch and their follow up and customer service was so appreciated. I will definitely consider Astra in the future, it was at the top of my list!

    From the moment I walked into the clubhouse I knew this was going to be home. Cheyanne completely sold me on the tour with her welcoming nature and insightfulness. Throughout the paperwork process she remained in prompt contact and helped immensely with any questions I had. Move in day was a breeze and I have been enjoy my apartment and the wonderful amenities.

    Update after 1+ years: I renewed and am having a wonderful time. This is still a well maintained property. Even though some staff left and new ones came in, they were clearly vetted and chosen to represent the spirit of the property - genuinely welcoming and kind. The pest issue never came back and they have made sure to hire more staff to support the growing community. I couldnt be happierUpdate after 6 months: still a wonderful complex. Getting a carport is your best bet for guaranteed parking spot and its not too much more. Pest control doesnt really do much (we had a weekend ant infestation due to the heat and had to wait until Monday for the 3rd party vendor to come in).Justin came in clutch with some spray to hold us over, but there wasnt much else that couldve been done until Monday.Best apartment complex in north Austin. The front office ladies (Dennise, Alma, Chayenne, and Christina) are so kind and genuine, the grounds staff (Benito and Thomas) are on point, and everything is wonderful.

    I am not a resident but I have to leave this review because Cheyanne is AWESOME! I’ve been looking into these apts for a month or 2, and she has been so patient with me. She goes above and beyond to find the best option for your needs and actually maintains that personal level of contact, offering frequent updates and check-ins. She also has such a fun, friendly, welcoming personality that makes you feel right at home!The complex itself is just so beautiful and its amenities are honestly unmatched in this area / price range. The pool area is nothing short of an OASIS! I am taken aback every time I enter the property. As someone who’s lived in this area for 2 years, I can also vouch for its safety and family-friendliness. Highly recommend The Astra!!!

    It is very close to everything city related and is a very modern apartment complex. They have a good gym and pool area and are very competitive for their rates. My only complaint would be that sometimes the guests can leave messes that the maintenance team is responsible for. Also some people with dogs are very inconsiderate. This is no fault of the complex, but overall we enjoyed our time there.

    I have been living here for a few months now and so far I love my unit. I pay for garage parking which I’m so glad I invested in since I already knew this place would fill up quickly. I have the wrap around balcony which is one of my fav features!! Very spacious 1 bed/1 bath unit with walk in shower. The pool is fancy and I love hitting the gym anytime I want since my schedule is overnight shift! (:***Updating since my package was stolen from my front door. Not feeling 100% safe and secure at my home. Authorities being notified, on-site management doesn’t take ownership of theft, pretty sure they just don’t want to deal with liabilities. Understood, reducing the stars to inform apt hunters*** hopefully will not have to continue to reduce going forward. My home is still cozy but I did move here with the idea that I would be safe.

    I moved in September and so far it has been Perfect. I havent had any problems. Everyone has been very attentive. There is no neighbor noise, the stalls for the carts have been easy to come by. 100 points for Astra. Cheyanne is a sweetheart, I highly recommend them to her if you are looking to move to astra.

    Moved into my brand new apartment at aura a few months back and I’m so happy. The team at aura has been very inviting and displayed amazing customer service. Huge thank you to Dennise and to Kate for exceeding all of my expectations and for being amazing at their job, they both were very welcoming and took the time to help find a helpful resolution during my move in processes. Also, any time I’ve had a workorder the service team is very quick to respond and was very great with communication on how to fix the issue. I am thankful to the team for making Aura really feel like home. Also they just opened up the gym and WOW!!!! it is so amazing with awesome equipment and a beautiful layout.

    Cheyenne deserves every one of these stars. She was so kind, courteous, professional and responsive throughout our move into the apartment. We did not live in Austin at the time and had to navigate the process long distance. Thank you Cheyenne in the Leasing Department.

    From move in to moving out, my experience here was pretty spectacular due to Dennise and the staff. Maintenance is great. They responded and handled all my requests in a very quick and professional manner. For them being understaffed, I think they are doing a great job, especially Dennise. She is always there to help or answer any questions despite being the only one left after everyone else left. Props to her! I never had a problem with the valet trash either. They always came at around the same time, 8 P.M. Sun-Thurs. During these hard times, I feel like people sometimes forget that everyone else is going through the same thing. Give them a chance!! Oh.. the pool area is open now and it looks fantastic ^o^ free parking might be kind of rough late at night due to availability but overall no other issues!

    Great place to live with management that will help at every turn to make you feel welcome. Denise on their staff couldnt have been nicer, more professional or accommodating. Her extraordinary efforts aided in a smooth transition with my unit. Hats off to her and her support team.

    Beautiful location and apartments at Aura Avery Ranch! I worked with Dennise, Ernie, and Lauren and they were all so kind and helpful in the process of me finding my home. My questions were answered and they always greeted me so welcoming when I came into the leasing office. I would highly recommend moving into Aura Avery Ranch if you are looking for a new home with beautiful scenery, quiet space, and a wonderful front office staff!

    Living here at Aura has been super convenient - the apartment amenities and the finishes are super nice. I havent gotten to experience the community amenities because the pool or fitness center isnt finished yet but it looks like it will be really nice.
