    We have loved living at this apartment complex!Some minor things:People don’t always pick up their dog’s poop.The gym can be packed sometimes (but honestly, rarely).It can be easy to hear outside noises, a loud car with music, your neighbors downstairs.Some amazing things!The gym is pretty cool!The pool is our favorite! It’s open year round, but you won’t find us there in the winter. 😂The apartment living area itself is amazing and close to alliance and Presidio town square. We are less than five minutes from target, Costco, WINCO and Aldi.The apartment we rent is beautiful, spacious and comes with a washer and dryer! Huge bonus!All in all, we love it and choose to move back in! But into a two bedroom, it’s much better!

    I like living at Cortland Presidio West. I’ve lived here for 10 months now. I understand some people have problems, but I honestly have not had a problem while living here. Of course there’s going to be some poop on the ground here and there from people not picking up from their dogs, but the service team is great at keeping things clean. Trash is always picked up. From where my apartment is (on the first floor by the pool) it’s a quiet community. I haven’t seen anything weird happening here. I will say, like any apartment, living on the first floor you’ll hear your upstairs neighbor. But otherwise, I’d recommend Cortland to my friends.

You will love everything about Cortland Presidio West from the beautiful resort style feel to the awesome location and most definitely the amazing staff.     I Love how very clean and quiet the apartments are. Most people that live here are kind, and Maintenance is quite nippy. My only reason for not giving these apartments a 5 is there is a park for dogs but not for the other children that live here. That sucks!!

    I really like living here! It started with the warm and personable welcome from Hillary in leasing. She is the type of management you need. Responsive, dedicated and caring! I do wish we didnt have to pay to reserve the clubhouse area. For what we pay I feel residents should be able to reserve the space free of charge. Maintenance is always timely and courteous (shout out to Danny and the entire maintenance team). Beautiful grounds, modern apartments and cool amenities have made for a great place to live!

    I’m giving 5 star to this apartments for many reason, the first one and the most important is the maintenance, they are doing a great job, Carlos Pereira is one of the best maintenance, I don’t any Complains about him and not about his work either.

    I’ve had the best experience with Kiah at this location! She was great from start to the day I moved in, and beyond that! Responded quickly to my emails, even went and measured the unit for me so I knew If my furniture would fit. This was important as I was moving from out of state. She’s gone through all the parcel boxes for me because I couldn’t find a package that was important (it was in my mailbox 🤦🏼‍♀️). She’s awesome and the property is just as amazing! The maintenance was on point too, I put in a request at night and he came to my door early the next morning! I haven’t had an noice issues so far! All in all 10/10!!

    Five stars for the maintenance team. I had service requests. They quickly responded, or called to say when they could stop by. They worked around my work schedule too.I moved to another unit within the property and the maintenance team even helped me move. How awesome!The management and maintenance team put a lot of efforts in to take care of this property. They resolved all my issues and concerns.Friendly neighbors,plenty of parking, I never ran into parking problems. Every morning, rain or shine, there is a janitor cleans around the property.This is a pet friendly community, they just upgraded the dog park. Woof woof plus!My coworker who lives at an apartment that a couples of miles away,said she would move here after her lease ends. She loves how all the amenities in Presidio West are very nice and well maintained. The atmosphere doesnt make you feel crowded ever.Thanks to David and Danny(maintenance team), Sarah(the property manager) and the rest of the staff members. Keep up with the good works.

    Kiah was wonderful! I went on a tour with her today and I was able to view the exact floor plan I’ve been wanting. We also got to look around in the apartment at our own pace, looked at all the amenities the complex offers, and she sent me home with papers and emails with all the information we covered! I couldn’t be happier with how the tour went. Lovely staff and a beautiful apartment complex!

    Beautiful community and the staff is very nice. My friend lives here and when we went in the office to talk to someone about her renewing her lease, she was greeted and treated very well by a lady named Rachel. She was very professional, knowledgeable and nice.

    Since day one the staff has been amazing!! Hillary (one of the staff) has help us greatly since we got here. The facility is beautiful, they have a great team maintaining all the common areas. Our apt is great , super modern and taken well kept.

    Ive loved my experience so far! One of the things that first caught my eye were the well-maintained grounds and public spaces. I love the quality of my apartment and the friendliness of the staff! They always greet you with a smile and really make an effort to accommodate any of your concerns.     This place is nice. Our 2 bed apartment has plenty of space and faces the beautiful pool. The staff is always welcoming and helpful. Conveniently located near everything you could need. Did I mention, Target, Starbucks and Crumbl Cookie are your neighbors? If you’re looking for a spot to call home, give this place a shot.

    I have always wanted to live at Cortland Presidio West. It is a beautiful property...pool, clubhouse and workout room is amazing. Hollyanne was my leasing agent and has made the transition from house to apartment very easy. Im a super busy person and Hollyanne has helped me through the application process, utility setup and lease signing without me really lifting a finger, except to hit a button on my laptop. The staff and maintenance team are very nice, helpful and easy going. I get my apartment in less than a week and I am extremely excited. The apartment is gorgeous and I can hardly wait to add my furniture and decorations and call it home. Thank you Hollyanne!!!!

One of their top priorities is safety and as well as promptness for any requests. I am so happy I ended up at Cortland Presidio West in Fort Worth.     I have to say this was the best experience getting a new place. The staff is outstanding at this location. I had to cancel on my move in date, due to the buyers of my home having issues a day before I was suppose to move in. Two day later the buyers was ready to come back and close on my home, I call the Cortland Presidio West Staff and Rachel and Hillary was very helpful and understood my situation. I moved in with out any problems, staff was very helpful each step of the way. I havent lived in an apart since 2005, so I was surprised with the property and how amazing it looks.I cant say I am happy with my new place and plan on staying for a while.

    Updated review: My husband my 2 boys and I moved into this community at the beginning of July after selling our home of 13 years. Although they dont change our sheets and bring us new linens every day, it is like hotel living. The staff is always courteous and helpful. The grounds are kept clean, They have amazing amenities and do their very best to get the residents together as often as possible. Recent things have been a game truck and a visit from Santa. Apartments werent like this when I grew up. As a mom of 2 young boys, it is a blessing to do not have to worry about a lot of the incidental maintenance things.We moved in a week ago and have had an amazing pleasant experience. These apartments seem to be built extremely well. I havent heard anything from outside that keeps us awake or disturbs my kiddos at night. When someone is in the shower and the door is closed, I cant hear a thing in there!!Management and the staff has been so awesome during what was a terribly stressful time for us. All 3 ladies weve had the pleasure of dealing with have been no less than awesome!! They have gone above and beyond.Maintenance is fantastic and quick.The pool and the amenities are top notch.I cant say enough great things about this place.Thank you for helping us have the smoothest transition possible...... yall are wonderful!!

    My boyfriend and i just leased a 3 bedroom here and we move in stay. From start to finish we have had a great experience with everyone in the office. And our home is beautiful! We are super excited to use all the amenities. The pool is huge and the gym is so spacious that I’m pretty sure I’ll end up cancelling my gym membership

    I went here on a tour with my friend who is apartment shopping. Not only was I amazed by the complex itself, the lady who gave us a tour was extremely helpful, answered all our questions and showed us the entire facilities without being pushy (which I typically have a problem with in apartment hunting). I dont typically review places that dont apply to me directly, but the genuine friendly attitude here made an impact on me.Edit: I asked my friend and the workers name is Hollyanne. I wanted her to get the credit she deserves.

    I have lived and worked at many properties around Fort Worth. Cortland Presidio West definitely hits my number one spot. The grounds are very well kept, the pool is outstanding, and the amenities are top notch. I would only suggest I wish they had carports. They do have garages and storage units though.

    The staff are so friendly and helpful. Amenity is very nice and super convenient location to Target, Costco, and chain restaurants within 5 mins drive.However, just a friendly reminder that even you hire a professional cleanness team to clean the apartment before you move out, they will still charge you around $100 for cleaning fees plus other fees (if you have any damage left) may add on your invoice. They have venders to exam the apartment and stuff, still, hardly possible to get your deposit back in reality no matter how clean you return the apartment back. They did show the picture where they exam the apartment and price tag for the damage, but indeed not quite make sense to me the way they charge the cleaning fees...

    I helped my sister in law move in here and it’s perfect! The amenities are fabulous - so much so that I’m always finding a reason to visit! Between the gym and saltwater pool we’ll be easy to find! She has a small dog and was able to get close to the dog park! It has a dog washing facility as well as a car washing facility! I hate how most apartments have dumpsters overflowing all over the drive but these are behind close doors with internal access - no loading on your car and driving over to it!!! Or seeing where they fell over someone’s car and they left it!!!

    My girlfriend and I were in need of home quick and Hollyanne and the rest of the staff made that work! I have only lived here for about two months but I have loved every minute of it! I would definitely recommend anyone to the Cortland Presidio West!

    Cortland Presidio West is honestly one of the best apartment complexs that Ive lived in! The complex is always kept clean, valet trash, dog wash, car wash, huge pool that never gets crowded and most importantly, a quiet neighborhood! Ive had family and friends come over and the way theyve described the complex is like a resort. You truly have everything at your fingertips, grocery stores are less than a 5 minute drive, downtown FW is a 15 minute drive, life is super easy here. If youre looking at leasing an apartment here, make sure to ask for Hollyanne! Hollyanne will make your move as easy as possible, answer any questions and will explain every thing! Even after you become a resident, shes just as helpful.

    This place has everything you need to live comfortably and conveniently. Management is awesome. Shannon, the manager, really knows how to serve those who live here and make sure we have the best living experience! Highly recommend to anyone coming to the area.

    I visited Cortland Presidio West and absolutely loved this place. Especially the fitness center and movie theater!The apartments were very nice and the staff was super sweet and welcoming. If my job would of moved closer to that area I would of for sure gotten an apartment there. I highly recommend this place.

    I love this beautiful community! The pool is super clean! The gym will be super beneficial and the dog park will be awesome for my fur baby! I have a really nice visit! Staff is great!
