    I recently had the pleasure of exploring Aspire Post Oak and I cant say enough about my experience!     Aspire Post Oak is luxury living at its finest! We absolutely love living here. There are great restaurants and high-end shopping within walking distance. Their 24-hour concierge service and 24-hour security are a major plus. It has always been a delight to deal with the staff, especially Taylor!     Some of the best staff that you will meet. All of them, from maintenance, cleaning to leasing/management. The staff do a fantastic job at creating a warm and welcoming community. Special mention to Taylor who is always very kind and helpful. The resident events are always a good time and great opportunity to meet the neighbours.

    Took a client to tour the property last week and we had Tommy give us a tour. The experience was great! From the time we arrived and were greeted by valet to finish. The gentleman at the front desk took care of immediately. Tommy then took us on a detailed tour of the property. He was very detailed and made us feel right at home. The property was AMAZING! The views were so beautiful! It met our expectations and more. Ill definitely be recommending Aspire to clients and friends!

    I just finished up my lease at Aspire and it has been an absolute dream. I 100% wouldā€™ve extended my time here if I wasnā€™t relocating to another city for unforeseen circumstances.Management team is fantastic- theyā€™re so friendly, attentive and accommodating. Taylor and Jo have been amazing since the moment I came in for a tour. Youā€™ll never find a better concierge than Messa, Iā€™ll truly miss his hospitality and hard work.The apartment itself was everything and more. Beautiful with spectacular views, luxurious vibes and I never had any maintenance issues. Didnt even hear any noise from neighbors above or next to me. The top notch kitchen was my happy place.The building/amenities were always spotless and well maintained. My personal favorites were the well equipped gym and big dog park. Residents (fur babies included) are VERY respectful and kind to one another. The secured parking is a breeze with lots of spaces and they have a great valet service.Amazing location as well! Across from Whole Foods and a plethora of restaurants. I always felt safe walking the neighborhood.I couldnā€™t recommend this place enough, it is pure perfection. The best housing decision Iā€™ve ever made!

    Biggest takeaways (so far) after moving in earlier this monthā€¦The biggest thing that drew us to Aspire when we toured was the massive floor to ceiling windows in the living room and the bedrooms. That still has been one of my top 5 fav things but there are a few more now that have taken the top 4 spots.In the #4 spot and something I never knew id like so much is the concrete floors and ceilings. Since being here I have not heard a single noise from my neighbors at all which is so nice for sleeping and also I donā€™t have to worry about being to loud.At #3 Im putting the gym and amenity deck. We knew when we toured how cool it was compared to other complexes in the area but I underestimated how much more time efficient I am in my day by working out here in the morning, showering, then off to work. 10x more efficient than driving to the gym and back like I used to.The Runner up spot is going to be the people here. Firstly, the people that live here are all super nice, amazing and like minded people. Just driving through the resident parking alone is super motivating. As a relatively younger guy, being around and talking with some of the other residents already makes me want to level up in life more, which is worth so much in my opinion.Secondly, the staff is also some of the nicest people Iā€™ve ever met in my life. Jolee showed us around on our tour and has also helped so much after moving in. She might be the nicest person Iā€™ve ever met and definitely has gone above and beyond getting moved in. If anyone in the reviews says otherwise then they probably didnā€™t talk to the staff with respect, theyā€™re people too! I donā€™t care who you are.Finally, in my #1 Spot is 100% waking up to natural sunlight coming through those giant floor to ceiling windows we all love. After moving in, we made the shades automatic with a small $40 shade motor that connects to our alarms or voice control with Alexa. So the shades rise automatically in the morningā€¦Itā€™s literally the best thing you didnā€™t know now you needed & you get to relive a scene straight out of Iron Man every morning. Ive had the best sleep Iā€™ve had in 3 years and wake up easier and with more energy than ever.For the cons, right now I only have 2. The first is that getting groceries up to the room is way less time efficient but we knew that going in. They have a grocery cart or two in concierge that makes it easier we found outā€¦ and I think we can possibly order groceries online and have it delivered to room.The second is less of a con and more of a luxury but the corn hole area would be used more and would be way cooler if it was a pickleball court.TLDR; Best Floor to ceiling windows in Houston, Concrete floor & Ceiling, Next Level amenity deck, Unbelievable views, Awesome Neighbors, Very friendly staff, Natural sunlight is a life hack, Needs a pickleball court :)

    After getting to know the staff and building first hand over the course of a year, I can confidently say that Aspire is extensively knowledgeable, caring, and on top of everything. They are very transparent and reasonable if you understand how they operate. Amenities are top of the line and always taken care of. Residents are very amicable and make the overall building feel inviting.As an actually resident of Aspire, this is possibly the best high rise Iā€™ve been at, all things considered. Please pay no mind to the delusional 1-star Karens in the reviewsā€¦

    My experience here at Aspire Post Oak has been nothing short of excellent so far. If there is ever any issue, or you just have a question about anything, Jolee, Taylor, and Aryana make the best team in efficiently/effectively taking care of everything. Messa, the Lead Concierge, and his team are the best! Everyone from the valet team, security team, maintenance crew, and sanitation crew are very professional, friendly, and provide you the smoothest experience you can find.     I am a recent resident of Aspire Post Oak and I must say this building is amazing. I am so pleased with how secure the building feels, our amazing amenities and the wonderful staff, from security, valet, maintenance and the leasing professionals. Taylor Butterfield originally toured me and has been so very helpful with my move in process and ensuring I am settled in my new apartment. Best part of every day is enjoying the beautiful floor to ceiling views.Only thing I would note is if something is agreed upon with resident and agent, I would expect this to be first acknowledged then executed as agreed. That to say, I do appreciate the quick follow up and offered resolution from original agreement.Aspire Post Oak truly offers luxury apartment living, and its thanks to the exceptional team that goes the extra mile to make living here an absolute joy!

    Weā€™ve just relocated from out of state and moved in to Aspire Post Oak. We are stunned with the quality of the homes. The views from the tower are great. We have dogs and our dogs love the dog park - itā€™s clean, spacious, and has activities for them to play with. Everyone has been super friendly in the office. Location is great, too! Right across from Whole Foods and plenty of dining nearby. Neighbors have been super friendly. 5 stars for sure!!

    I love everything about Aspire the location is perfect with multiple places in walking distance. All of the agents are nice and very attentive. Tommy did a great job at not only showing the property but making sure I felt comfortable and found a unit that best suited me. Everything to the amenity area, pool/lounge, & gym is outstanding! The gym has all new equipment with views all around. Building is always clean and very well maintained. Iā€™m very happy to say I live here!

    Looking for a secure place for my daughter to live in Houston, found it at the breathtaking Aspire, with beautiful views inside and out. All access is restricted to residents unless accompanied/granted by someone from the office. The valet service is outstanding: courteous, conscientious, and efficient, and especially helpful when assistance is needed unloading the car. Front desk agents are friendly and welcoming, yet very protective of residents receiving deliveries or visitors; and maintenance responds quickly to any requests for help or service. The pricepoint on the monthly rent was not quite in our preferred budget, but it is worth it for my peace of mind and her comfortable luxury.

    I toured Aspire recently, and have to say I was impressed with how well kept the building was. I learned from my tour that the building has just turned 2, and the office staff who opened the building is still there! Its rare to see a leasing office with no turnover. I was especially impressed with the general manager, Tommy Ku. While my leasing agent Jolee was providing availability information in their office, he came over to introduce himself, but to also address any questions or concerns I had. He shared with me details about the Dinerstein Company. They built, own, and manage the building and he also gave me additional information about the Uptown area and how its different from other areas of Houston. For someone moving from out of state, this was an exceptional experience compared to other high-rises Iā€™ve seen. Save to say Iā€™ll be back to make Aspire my new home.

    We have lived here over a year now and we still feel like this is the best high rise apartment in Houston. The friendly atmosphere here cannot be beat! The valet is second to none. Shout out to our favorite porter, Gabrielle who makes every one feel special all the time! I canā€™t say enough about his ability to provide the best service possible all the time. The concierge, Messa, is extraordinary in every way. His level of professionalism, dedication, and kindness is above and beyond. He reminds us every day that living here at Aspire is where we belong. It is also an asset that most of the staff lives on site. It creates a sense of community, that I have truly appreciated. The leasing agents are super friendly and accommodating, and management is excellent.

    Our experience here has been a far cry better than our last experience. Granted we have only been here for 2 months, but overall it feels better, property seems to be well maintained. Maintenance request are handled quickly, which was really surprising. Overall, the are only a few negatives, One is that people donā€™t always clean up after their pets at the dog park area, but it looks like staff cleans it as needed, so not a big issue for us. The other negative is elevators going down, but when they do it seems to be for a short period, which is also not a huge deal. Although, when they go down it would be nice to get a notification so we can expect a delay. I waited about 15 mins one day for the elevator. But again not a huge issue for us as we lived at a place where 2 of the elevators were down for like 2 months, and it was common for them to be down randomly all the time. The last, is that the pool is not heated (1st world problems, I know) but it would have been nice if the pool was heated, but again not a big issue for us. Overall, very pleased with the property.

    We have lived here since October and couldnā€™t be happier. We are so glad to be close to everything we love; restaurants, theater, shopping,Sport complexes, and more. We love the walkability to restaurants and shopping. The staff here is truly amazing. Management is outstanding. Valet parking is a great perk. When you pull up to the valet they welcome you home, and rush to the lobby door to open it for you. You walk into a beautiful lobby, you are warmly greeted, and reminded how lucky you are to call this place home. The apartments are super quiet. We never hear our neighbors! So much attention to detail here. It is spotless and beautiful. The amenities floor is top notch and beautifully landscaped. We feel like we live in a 5 start resort! Highly recommend!

    I instantly fell in love with Aspire as soon as I walked in itā€™s a beautiful apartment! The amenities are top tier I love the outdoor entertainment area by the pool where you can lounge and watch Netflix. The gym is well equipped and itā€™s nice to run with a view! The neighbors are friendly and the staff makes it even better! The valet team is speedy and they even help take up my shopping bags.. the concierge is welcoming and always greats me by name which is nice! The security is amazing they give me a call when I have guests or deliveries no one can just walk throughout the property. Highly recommend!

    I recently had the pleasure of living in an apartment at Aspire complex for the past year. The apartment was well-maintained and had a modern layout that maximized the use of space. The complex was conveniently located near public transportation and major highways, which made commuting a breeze. The management staff was friendly and responsive to any issues that arose during my tenancy. The on-site amenities, including a gym and pool, were well-maintained and provided a great opportunity to unwind after a long day. One minor issue I encountered was occasional noise from neighboring apartments, but it was not enough to significantly impact my overall experience. Overall, I had a positive experience living at Aspire complex and would recommend it to anyone looking for a modern, convenient apartment in a great location.

    This property just screams modern luxury from the moment you arrive. It has every amenity you could think of and then some! When on the property you can find yourself relaxing in your own oasis, and you wont even realize your amongst a bustling city. In my line of work, I see a lot of properties and management companies, this one is by far number 1 on my list. Tommy the property manager is absolutely wonderful. He really cares about the community they have built there and it shows.     I have been living here since a little after the property opened for lease. The community is exceptional. The amenities, and apartment layouts/views are amazing. The location is prime. It is in close proximity to so many things(restaurants,galleria, businesses, etc). Living here has exceeding all expectations of what Iā€™ve wanted my apartment living experience to be. My leasing agent has been Jolee and from the moment I met her she has been nothing but kind, attentive, and always goes out of her way to help. I have had positive interactions with all of the staff members including but not limited to Taylor and Aryana of the leasing office, Gabriel of valet, and Messa of concierge. For these reasons, I canā€™t find myself leaving anytime soon. The BEST apartment community in Houston!

    Iā€™ve read a lot of reviews about ā€œunprofessionalismā€ and just negative experiences in general. I toured this establishment 7/6 and my experience with staff/management was nothing short of amazing!! Hereā€™s the thing: If you are interested in touring any establishment, itā€™s best to have a tour setup as youā€™ll most likely be second in line to those with appointments. Moreover, when you walk into any establishment, you have a responsibility to convey the reason for your visit, otherwise, itā€™s hard for staff to gauge your intentions (hence the ā€œalienā€ treatment). Nevertheless, the establishment (quality, cleanliness, amenities, floorplans, etc.) is amazing and the customer service I received was outstanding! Iā€™ve toured over 15 apartments in the area and this is first choice, and iā€™m no easily impressed.
