I search the correct apartment for my job relocation into town. When arrive at Aspire, it was meant to be. Everyone was nice and professional, they mention they new gym coming up, I cant wait to move in next week! Thank you ladies for your assistance!

Ms.Maria the property manager is quick to respond to any concerns or maintenance requests, and she consistently go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. The property is well-maintained, and I feel confident that any concerns I have will be handled promptly. Communication is always clear and respectful, making my experience as a tenant worry-free. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I love living here!!! In the time I have lived here, I have only had minimal issues with the A/C; which is to be expected in an apartment complex that’s older. Maintenance fixed it in no time which I am very thankful for. Kelsey, Maria, and Victor do an excellent job and are always kind and helpful. The property, including the pool, is always well kept. Lots of spacious parking, easy visitor parking, and best of all, never have I ever found bugs in the apartment!! I highly recommend checking this complex out, highly worth it!

Lived here for 4 years, the office staff was nothing but nice and willing to work with me if/when something came up. The apartments themselves are decent quality, single bedroom apartments can be fairly spacious. Never had any issue with delay in getting property repaired/maintained, and the maintenance staff were also very kind. Kelly in the office is the best. :)

This apartment complex is great for any student. You get way more for your money than any student living apartment. The office staff is super nice and they repaved the roads so there are no pot holes. A lot of the apartments are getting renovated and look really nice so we are hoping to move into one of those when our lease is up.

I have lived at Coronado Oaks for a year. I feel like we as people are always quick to complain, but never give credit when its due. Let me start by saying dont believe the negative stuff you may read. No one ever really gets on to complain until they are mad. Most times, the anger is self induced. I have never had any issues here. The office staff is amazing and are always welcoming. I really like how they know all the residents by first name. The maintenance team is as equally good. I think this place is Dentons best kept secret. The trees are beautiful and I really enjoy how quiet it is at night. I was worried being this close to campus there would be lots of noise, but time has proven that to be false. I enjoy living here and am proud to call Coronado Oaks my home!

I lived here for about a year. The office staff (Specifically Kelly) is amazing. They all go above and beyond and are so personable. The complex was pretty quiet, I never had any issues with my neighbors or my lease.

Kelly in the office is absolutely amazing, she genuinely cares about everyone around her. Apartments are very nice, no issues with any pests. Neighbors are quiet & respectful! Absolutely wonderful apartment complex!

Office staff was very polite and courteous. I really enjoy living here. I love my floor plan and apartment as well. I really love the fact that we have 24 hour maintenance for emergencies.

I havent physically moved in yet but let me tell you about Kell & Lo.They have been 100% professional and have heard all my requests and they went above & beyond to take care of my shared (positive) concerns.I look forward to staying here just because of there shared heart. The apartments are old and weathers, but you should know that already. What earn them stars is the manager, Kelly. She truly cares about residents and works hard to do all she can to help. If you go, be sure to ask to speak to her.

I lived here the majority of my college career. They are extremely close to UNTs engineering campus, and I could leave for class 10 minutes before and be in the classroom with time to spare.Pros:- CHEAP- Nice and nonintrusive office staff- Pool (hardly anyone uses it)- Laundry machines that dont require coins (reload card in leasing office)- Large patio- No major issues with pests, which is impressive considering I know plenty of higher value apartments in the area with major issues in this regard- Fiber internet with frontierCons:- Thin barrier between ceiling and floor of apartments, you cant hear talking, but you can hear just about every footstep if youre on the bottom (be mindful of this if you have a second floor apartment)- The ventilation system of the upstairs and downstairs apartment in joined in some way *potheads beware*- As with any cheap apartment, your neighbors are... memorableOverall, for the price point, I really dont think theres anything better in the Denton area.

The apartment is very nice and in a quiet neighborhood. The only thong wrong was there was a smell cpming drom the garbage grinder and it stank up the apartment until i cleaned it out by pourong some bleach in there. Totally blissful.
