I do not do many reviews, however in the case of my experience when I toured this apartment complex, I’m happy to leave a review. Upon walking in the office, I felt very welcomed by Shaunda. She was extremely knowledgeable about the property and how things work. The whole office vibes were great and I would definitely recommend this place. -

This is my first experience renting an apartment that went as smooth and transparent as possible. Usually there are many hoops to jump through but this was very different. Shaunda really made this an enjoyable experience and was very communicative through the entire process. Thank you for an easy going and positive move in. -

It feels good when you go into the office and you are greeted by beautiful smiles and somebody that wants to help you so I take this time to give India and her staff all the nice words in the personalities that they have. So Ive lived in 3 other apartment complexes and The Ashton Apartments is the best one Ive ever experienced not only do I love the location but the management is absolutely amazing Emilia is great she is very very helpful, replies back very quickly, and super easy to go in and talk to! The maintenance techs are great and super friendly and efficient!! They truly care about the people that live here :) its a great place for kids or anyone! Its very quiet the pool is always clean, the property is a very clean place! Ive never had any issues here! Just renewed my lease for another year! They also have tons of parking spots that they just got repainted, the buildings look great the rooms are clean and never had any problems with pests! 5 stars for sure would recommend to anyone looking for a great place to live! -

Just moved in and had a flawless transition. Apartment was ready on time, place was clean and well kept. They are upgrading the pool area and had new floors in my unit. Place is super quiet. Mia and Emily where awesome in getting me set up. Definitely would suggest moving here based on my experience! -

Stopped in to take a tour with no appointment we just happen to drive by and decided to stop in my brother and I toured with Emilia she was super sweet and patient and answered alll of our questions, we will be first time renters so we had lots of questions. Even though we don’t have a set date we would like to move! Thank you Emilia for making us feel at ease with so many questions and being so kind -

This was the best experience of any property I’ve ever viewed, Emillia in particular was beyond professional and helpful that I left with more information than I could have ever asked for, all questions and concerns were answered and reassured that my best interests were what mattered most. I just want to thank Ashton apartment manager, staff, and maintenance team. Ms. Natasha is an amazing lady. I appreciate the gifts and resources provided by the staff to help residents during these trying times. I never live in a community that actually cares. I thank you all for your promptness when I need something fix in my apartment. Again just want to thank the Staff and a special thanks to Ms. Natasha for always providing words of encouragement and being so friendly and positive with the residents. Again I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a new home. -

New managementSince new management has taken over I can definitely see the changes/ upgrades taking place. Office staff is much more friendlier and courteous. Response times to request have improved greatly. Thank you! -
