    My experience with Ashford Westchase has been wonderful over the past 3 years. I was impressed with the management and an excellent communication they had for the residents was amazing. I am a former resident now. 6 months back, I switched my apartment due to job location change. I really miss staying back at Ashford Westchase and wish to return back in near future.

    I had an amazing experience. I got exactly what I asked for they even remove the carpet for me. I think I am going to really like it here.     I absolutely love this apartment. The staff is so kind. They keep the property clean and always stay in good touch with the community. They are always here to help. I like that there is high security at night. This apartment is in a great location with low crime if any at all. Overall I can say I have had nothing but a great experience. Also, paying bills and making work orders are accessible online. :)

    Jan 2022-july23 only a few complaints: There’s a constant smell of urine from pets or stray cats, on the base of the stairs to the left of the leasing office. Got my car towed twice, once for not having a parking decal & the other for mistakenly parking in someone’s assigned spot. If you prefer peace and quiet don’t stay on the side with the pool. There’s also a lack of parking spaces after 8pm, none after 10pm. Leasing staff barely speaks English. The majority of the residents are Hispanic (that’s not a con or anything just fyi). They’ve been adding new fees lately. But(for what it’s worth), their maintenance team is responsive. Other than the loud music by the pool, the residents are nice.

    I worked with Emilia and she is amazing no bs. I’ve moved here from out of state and she made sure I was comfortable and okay with my apartment in which I loved. Any issues I has she tackled with quickness and I really appreciate her for that. No issues with the staff at all but Emilia she’s amazing!!!

    I have lived in this complex for almost five years. In the beginning, most of the staff was hit or miss. But thats in the past.Ever since the new leasing staff joined the office, things have been good, and have changed for the better. Every leasing staff member has been extremely helpful and pleasant.But I would like to especially shine a light on Ms. Brenda Cruz. Shes a rock star! I had been falling behind on my rent due to lack of finances these last five or so months. She worked with me every month with a payment agreement for the rent. She was (and is!) extremely gracious! She also helped me with applying for rental assistance! Id be on the outs if it werent for all of her help. All in all, 10 out of 10 service!

    I can always count on the office staff to take of anything I need. Very pet friendly and welcoming. I always feel safe walking my dog no matter what time of day it is. The apartment building is very well taken care of, and you dont see that a lot these days. Maintenance responds quickly which is always a plus.

    The leasing agent there named Karen was super sweet and answered all 1,000 of my annoying questions haha. My move in process was so smooth because of her! She kept me updated the entire time which I really appreciated. Still to this day, she continues to help me out with whatever issue I encounter which is usually none because the maintenance team is awesome here! I’ve really been enjoying my stay here at Ashford and am looking forward to renewing for another year.

    I have stayed at this property for over 8 years and I recently wanted to move out and get a home. But when I thought of what a home is, I realized I have that already had it at Ashford of Westchase. The staff is by far the best staff that has been at this property. They are professional, and show empathy. The office management return calls, maintenance requests in a timely matter. I would highly recommend to everyone.

    Very satisfied . I came to apply for a apartment the day before thanksgiving and was welcomed by miss Claudia Balanta . She was very professional and attentive to my needs . She helped me the all process and receive my application . She stayed in contact with me and informed me about what I needed to do and today i have my apartment. Looking forward to live here .     Management team does a wonderful job with carry out task at hand whether if it be repairing something or fixing any issues we may have of any sort.     I have been living in Ashford Westchase apartment for the past 5 years. Its a peaceful and kids friendly environment. The apartment is neat with decent neighbors. No loitering around, no dirty , no noise. Easy parking for self and your visitors. Prompt response to fix my apartment whenever I put in my request. The staffs in Ashford Westchase are wonderful, pleasant and accommodating they all made my living here fulfilling.

    I currently live here, been living here for 2 years! Great apartments and great community! Luisa Reyes is so sweet and really helpful! She took the time to stay late to talk to me about my leasing contract! Only downfall to these apartments is the security, I just feel like he has a personal vendetta towards me. He sits there and records everything I do! But none the less they do have security, but he will be all in your business!! Overall great apartments, ask for Luisa Reyes when you come she will take great care of you!!

    Apartment hunting for the first time was very stressful! What I loved the most about my experience here was that the staff was very honest, friendly, and helpful! One young lady, whose name I think is carol or Karen, stood out the most! She makes sure to always check in with me and not only to talk about apartment business but to check in with how I’m doing.

    Ive been living here for a good minute, and love it. The property is kept clean, and all the maintenance issues are taking care of in a timely matter. The managers can come off as rude, but once they understand you, and your buisness, its all good. Would definitely invite you to come check it.

    The Ashford Westchase apartments are pretty nice . The property is always clean and well maintained. The girls in the office are very nice and helpful. They property is also blue star certified meaning they have their own security patrol officer monitoring the parking lot and making sure that everything is safe. And the best part is that they are animal friendly

    Having lived at Ashford Westchase since 2011 Ive had the opportunity to see the changes of which the complex has taken on. Ive encountered many management teams throughout the years.. some have been good, others not so much but to say the current team in place is by far the most professional, courteous and well rounded team to have managed this property. Theyre warm and welcoming not to mention they bring a dynamic to the property which Ive never had before. Its safe to say, I remain a resident partially because of the current team.     I loathe the entire process of moving from one apartment to the next. Its time consuming and tiring, but Marina at the front desk helped ease that transition. My application process took longer than normal (over 1 month) because of a lengthy job verification process. Marina was easy to work with! Her personality would make anyone feel very comfortable. She was professional, patient, friendly, and understanding. Thank you, Marina!

    Maintenance is extremely attentive, Nacho is the best!Office staff has always remained professionalI have lived here for 2 years and have no complaints its amazing how they made this property not only into an apartment complex but a community itself. I get along with all of my neighbors and have no worries about safety! There are a lot of apartments in Houston but you are not home if you dont live at Ashford Westchase!

    Well im a resident here at Ashford of Westchase and have been a resident here for 5yrs since 2012. i actually like it here, at first we had a few hickups when i first arrived here but now Mrs. Denise is in charge as a manager here and things are actually looking good. Her team is the best, from Ms. V and also Ms. lexi. and the maintenance team is actually on top of thing, topnotch all around.They have been very accommodating with everything since they took over. I take pride in my community and i love the fact that my values are the same as theirs. But i didnt think i would do a review but now here i am.New manager and I was nervous but turns out Mrs. Luisa is a woman of her words, I respect that. I believe we have a great team now in the office, now my place I call home actually feels like a community thanks to the foundation of the management team. Thanks again Mrs. Luisa, I really appreciate you keeping in touch with me and making me really feel like my issues really mattered. 5/10/2019

    The apt for the location is an ideal price! Property is really well managed, and theyre very community orientated. The reason I have not voted 5 stars is there was a few experiences I had that were pretty awful, and I guess Im still mentally processing them.They dont play around in regards with towing, but they also are reasonable. I purchased a used car and during the process discovered my uncle died. I was so distraught over the stress of buying a car and my uncle passing I forgot to peel off the parking sticker, went to a friend and came home the next day, which was a Sunday, where the office was closed and I could not get a new one. No problem, I just thought I would get one in the morning. The next I woke up to find my car gone. The experience has made me forever paranoid about parking my car here. I have to have it in line of sight of my window. Even though I know its safe, the experience kinda soured whatever trust I had with living here and feeling my car is safe if that made sense.My past experience with complexes and City towing is that they will give you a notice before they tow your car. I was very wrong about that here, when it comes to towing they dont mess around and are not willing to work with you. It was $222 to get it out of the pound. I get it, some people want hardline towing at their complex, but a little warning that thats how they roll in this community would have been nice. And while I wasnt in the right frame of mind due to shock, it was still my fault I did not have a tag, and made assumptions about getting a new one .Apart from that, and the one time my bath tub backed up (which was fixed), I am very satisfied with living here. They do try to work with you on every thing else. Neighbors are nice, not loud, and they just recently allowed pets. They run community events which are fun and relaxing. They really try to make the complex community oriented.

I enjoy going to the office and seeing Ms. Maggie, she always makes me feel welcomed. I always stop to grab a cup of coffee and a snack.     I moved into this complex the very last day of January and its been a pleasure.My apartment was spotless when I moved in, its quiet although kids do sometimes run around the balconies/walk ways in the afternoons and on the weekends. Ive noticed that my toilet is brand new with a low flow which Im excited about because of my low water bill. Soon after moving in, I also got a courtesy visit from the front office just to make sure everything was to my liking. Oh, and the best part, I have no roaches in my unit!! Freshly painted walls, new carpeting and all my appliances work!! I dont expect to see any roaches either as they have a bug screen put into place on the inside of the vents to prevent roaches that live inside of the walls from getting into your apartment.Not much space for storage in the kitchen cabinets but thats also not a big deal for a person like myself. The washers and dryers (2 per staircase) are located at the bottom of the staircases throughout the complex and are easily accessible. The windows in my until are also drafty but this is nothing that a pair of black out curtains cant fix.WARNING: There are a LOT of elementary school aged kids in this complex. Probably due to the fact that the elementary school is a stones throw away from the complex (in fact, directly across the street)I have noticed other complaining about Hot water issues but I say to that. Request an apartment on PHASE 1 of the complex. If you have any problems with roaches then a light sprinkling of Boric acid does the trick (something I learned while living in an older model home) and you should be roach free within 2 weeks.UPDATE:Ive lived here for about 2 and 1 half months now and everything is still fine. Ive had a few issues with my fridge and wall sockets but every time that Ive called maintenance (decent sized maintenance team that are knowledgeable) theyve promptly shown up to fix the problem, no matter what time I call or how many times that I call. Ive also called about my fridge going out at 1 am and MANAGEMENT STILL SENT MAINTENANCE OUT TO MY UNIT and with constant contact through emails as to when the maintenance team will be arriving. Ive had no more issues after maintenance has corrected them. The pool has been cleaned and I cant wait to go out for a dip this summer. My neighbors are clean and friendly but there seems to be a high turn around rate here. Do not be late on your rent because you will probably be thrown out without any discrimination (understandably so). Water bill is exactly 40.58 monthly, every month for my unit. If everything continues to go well then Ill most likely renew my lease.Also, Phase 2 of the complex has had a new boiler put into place so there isnt anymore hot water issues on that side of the complex either.Remember, theres 2 of every unit number and sometimes strangers will knock on your door looking for a unit that has the same apartment number as yours but is on the opposite side of the complex from yours. Not a big deal but you should always be extra careful to write your address correctly if you shop online as much as I do in order for the UPS or FedEx guy to deliver your packages to the correct unit number on the correct side (either Phase 1 or Phase 2) of the complex.

    Each apartment has its own design which means the prices vary. The water bill is always extremely high because its allocated between all the people in your building which I dont think its fair.. and on top of that the WATER IS ALWAYS OFFFFFFFF !! It’s like every other week we having water issues and they don’t discount at all for the inconvenience...They dont follow any rules they set,The office staff is nice except one, shes always short with people. As far as the environment its quiet and Ive been here now for about a year and a few months..no criminal activity, When it rains it floods and security on premises, maintenance comes as soon as you call..Its a bit pricey for the apartments but its pretty decent.

    Okay let me tell y’all about ashford at west chase and how they helped me with no questions asked I was in a bad car accident I explained to them that I’m a fall risk and asked for a downstairs with washer and dryer or connections Claudia so okay I have the perfect one bedroom not only is it spacious they also installed the washer and dryer connection in the unit for me it did not come with it they renovated the whole unit from top to bottom and i will be moving 01/27/2021 they used the dinning room space where the mirror is and it’s set up so I’m still able to use the mirror if I need to thank you guys so much also they are friendly professional and very informative

    Amazing people in the office great help. Went to look at different community’s with Ashford. All of them are nice and seem to be cozy places to make home. Will likely be renting with them soon!

    I love my apartment maintenance was always on time the only issue i had was parking but that was on my behalf because i didn’t want to pay for the permit the office is always friendly they are always helpful they are considerate of rental late fees never had a race problem with neither of the apartment managers that’s with the old one Diana and the new leasing manger Denise who walks around and kindly greets you of entry everytime i honestly love my apartments the community was friendly rather they speak English or not my neighbors and i communicated through google translate and ate lunch together i absolutely adored this experience for my first apartment Home Keep up the great work 😉
