    If there’s one word to describe the property and the staff, it’s astonishing! The community manager Stacy was the first person I met, and she gave me a tour of the apartments. She was so incredibly welcoming and made me fall in love with the property instantly! Made the application process a breeze, and on my move-in date I met Tracee who was just as amazing as Stacy. I have never had a leasing team that actually genuinely cares about their residents making you feel like family. I was very hesitant about moving from the inner city out to the suburbs in Katy, but I am VERY happy with my decision. Lots of great places around too, come check them out!

    Living here has been an absolute delight! Kate and Tracy have been outstanding partners throughout our transition. We faced a few external moving challenges, and Kates assistance was invaluable.     This property is nothing short of amazing. The leasing staff matters when you are choosing a property and they treated me and my client with the utmost respect. Tracee is the best.     Our family just moved in about a week ago. We met Ms. Tracee during the viewing. She was the BEST! She made us feel right at home from the beginning. Ms. Tracee explained everything and made the process so easy. We Love our new home and community. There is soo much space in the apartment homes. Everything is brand new! They have free coffee in the lobby area, Love it! Thank you Tracee and Stacee for helping us through the process and making things less stressful, we appreciate your kindness.

    It took me 5 mins of meeting with the staff to realize how different this family works together versus the employees I’ve dealt with in our apartments.Working directly with the entire team and clear communication put me at ease throughout the entire process and now as a resident.My favorite Ascend family member is Ms. Tracee Durst her charisma and wealth about her community and her professionalism yet gentleness made it incredibly ease to trust her in the process and believe she really had my best interest in mind especially being a first responder/army veteran it makes me feel really good to know someone had my back.The properly it’s self is very well kept never came here and found excuse trash if any around the property the units are very clean appear bug free and instantly gave me the “I’m finally home feeling”

    Look & Lease: On my visit to Ascend, I met Stacy and Kate. These ladies are simply a joy. The energy in the office will make for a great community to live in. I pray my family and I get to call this place home.Ascend is a new construction with top tier amenities in a great location. I just want to hang out with the office staff. (Lol)Please treat them well, they were absolutely adorable and so polite. This place has it all! Welcome home everyone!

    I’ve been anticipating the opening of this complex for quite some time. The outside aesthetic is beautiful and the 3 bedroom interior is really nice, spacious, and is well lit with natural lighting. Lastly, to it all off, Tracee was very welcoming, well informed, and just all around great to work with. If you are looking for a beautiful and well priced apartment community with extremely hospitable leasing agents, look no further than Ascend at Ventana Lakes.

    Greatest customer service Ive ever received. Tracy was very helpful and hospitable and I felt like as I was at home. Stacy and Kate that work the front as well were also very nice and pet friendly. The apartments were very pretty and spacious for their price and the office is very clean with activities to do and areas to hang out in!

    While moving is stressful the staff at Ascend have been very helpful and communicative. Kate was my first point of contact and she has been very active in my moving process and made it seamless. When Kate wasn’t available Tracy and Stacy were also helpful in answering my questions (many) and making sure that everything was complete. I’m so excited for my move, look forward to my stay, and using the amenities.

    Stacey and Tracey were awesome. The apartments are nice and modern. Its giving sexy! Nice size garage. Large closet space and bathroom.I can fit my king size bed and bedroom furniture in there. Yall know I brought my tape measure and measurements to verify!

    Brand new apartments! Tracee showed us around the freshly built units. We have been to multiple apartment complexes the past few weeks. This one by far had the best floor plans and most importantly the nicest staff and management. I highley recommend it!
