Good day folks,Where should I start with this awesome review…🤔Lets start with the property. I had an amazing opportunity to view this place I now call home. My apartment is the A4 layout and it gives me ample space to do what I want, it’s cozy in its own way, very clean, up to date (as my unit is brand new and I have the ability to embed my energy into this place). I love that I was introduced to it because the balcony was one of my deal breakers and boy did my agent do an awesome j😁b. The views are amazing from the back side of building 4 (and some of the others too, but I can only speak 🗣️ for myself and my views). The city skyline 🏙️ is gorgeous at night even when it’s foggy, the peace tho…can we discuss that…it’s simple (it’s just that peaceful). Please do yourself a favor and go check out the establishment. They do a great job keeping the place up to par and the paints fresh, and as another view on here rated…the fresh flowers 💐 and color gives the establishment a fresh touch of comfort.My next place to acknowledge the maintenance crew, they really do their thing…you know, they actually work. When you put in that work request, be patient because they will definitely follow up with you and do as you asked. I had two minute matters that came up and they handle it so fast. I love that they don’t just come in your place but they call to let you know they are preparing to attend to your matter, they give you an opportunity to voice what your concern(s) are verbally, and they check to see if you are home or to get your permission to enter your home, shall you not be present. Isn’t that just awesome!?Now, in my closing moments let’s get do to the meat and potatoes…who do I have the pleasure of thanking…Jennifer McClintock! From the day I met her we just clicked after some brief conversation about what I wanted, what I needed, and how is this place somewhere I could look at making home for more then one ☝🏽 leasing term. When I tell you she’s good, oh honey 🍯…she’s amazing. She listened, she introduced me to the offers and specials they were offering, she was personable without being too personal (and I appreciate that.) The details she provided was like selling me more and more which actually stole me from other properties I had looked at prior and why I chose Ascend @ Westinghouse. She’s so patient and I saw that the day I watched her training my 🆕 found associate of the area Mr. Terrio. He’s a really precious addition to the Ascend family. He brings comfort to the office, professionalism, and warm demeanor, and there to help complete whatever it is that you need. Having these two individuals show their character and represent Ascends property the way they do is worth coming by to see what this property has to offer. Deanna has been wonderful to work with. We are quite particular and have been nothing short of needy and meticulous. We got the privilege of walking our new home before move in and she addressed the concerns we had regarding other reviews head on. That openness and awareness of potential short comings is what helped overcome those nerves. Her patience with us and desire to solve our challenges directly without that fake salesy approach is exactly why we are moving forward with this community.

My experienced touring this property was amazing, it’s clean the agent ( Jennifer McClintock ) was welcoming, and she explained everything in great detail. Jennifer showed me every inch of the property that I would have access to as a resident. The property was beautiful. I loved the rosemary that they have planted out there makes everything smell good. Also, it does help some passed away. Considering it was my first impression of both the property and Jennifer she made it a great one and that makes me wanna call this place home! Thanks for everything Jennifer, I can’t wait to move in!

Honestly, most of the time finding an apartment that you love is kind of hard. The anxiety, stress, and weight of life overall makes things hard. However, I’ll let you know that Jennifer made finding an apartment I love easy and she even saved me with a phone charger when I was in dire need of one. SHE is honestly a lifesaver kind of like Batman but with leasing paperwork and phone chargers.

After searching property after property, we finally found the best place for us. There are many nice apartments in the area, but so many lack knowledgeable and friendly staff. Luckily, our leasing consultant, Jennifer McClintock, was not only outgoing and friendly, but also very knowledgeable about the property. She gave us an amazing tour, answered all of our questions, and showed us why this property was right for us. Excellent staff is the foundation to an excellent community!

I am SO beyond blessed to be living here! Staff is incredible! Jennifer, Reagan and Tiffany have been so helpful and accommodating for all my needs. I am on the 3rd floor with 2 dogs, which can be rough but Jennifer kindly broke down payments, etc and has an apartment lined up on the first floor in January! 2 months after I moved in! The amenities are gorgeous, apartment style is so sheek and luxurious. Location is incredibly convenient with everything so close! Grocery stores, hospitals, shopping, easy access to the highway… everything! Thank you again for the amazing staff! Regan, Jennifer and Tiffany.. alongside maintenance, darnel.

I moved back to the area from out of state. The communication was good from them as far as what was needed before moving here. Jennifer was very kind easy to communicate with. I had a couple maintenance issues moving in that were quickly addressed. So far everything has been well here, the apartments are neat with modern touches.

The amenities include a full fitness center, pool with sundeck and private yards on some homes.Not to mention the convenience of Major Shopping, HEB & numerous eateries and coffee shops within 5-10 minutes.Jennifer, is simply amazing at leasing you your new apartment home. She will answer all your pertinent questions and make the leasing process painless. You cant go wrong making Ascend at Westinghouse home.

Jennifer McClintock, is a great agent. I went to the Ascend at Westinghouse today 11/30/2024 to tour the apts. I was shown a 3 bedroom. I was able to ask Jennifer any questions i wanted about the apt. Jennifer went over every detail of the apt and all the amenities of the apt with me. It was everything i wanted it to be. I was relocating to the Austin area and had been researching properties to possibly make my new home. After, dealing with rude, unhelpful management, it was surprisingly refreshing to speak with Reagan. She was knowledgeable, well-spoken and kind. Her sincerity and smile was felt through the phone. Unfortunately, I took a job in another state. But, if I ever come back, this property will be my first consideration.

This property is absolutely amazing. The ammenties are great, people are great and most of all management. Jennifer has went above and beyond at tines for me. Whenever I have an issue, she is always there to help and answer any questions. I have stayed in quite a few places and no one will ever come close to how attentive she has been. All my friends who live here, speak very highly of her. I think this has to he the best place Ive lived at yet. Thank you ascend and Jennifer. Yall are absolutely phenomenal making me feel welcome.
