Everyone was very nice it was easy to get all the paperwork in. They made move smooth so far this place has been very nice. The one thing Ive noticed is that people talking about their vehicles being towed. The apartment does send out email notifications that your vehicle is parked incorrectly. I would say the apartment should make the reserved parking signs more visible. However, overall, satisfied with the staff and the community.

It’s amazing to live in these apartments, view is amazing clean and new apartments. Community has swimming pool and a gym, that is what we were looking for

I recently moved into the community and have been very pleased with both my apartment and the overall complex. However, I am encountering a persistent noise issue that is proving disruptive, particularly as I work from home and am in the process of establishing my business.The issue stems from a neighbor who plays music with an excessive low-frequency component, causing noticeable reverberation throughout my apartment. Based on my observations, the source appears to be either the unit directly north of mine or the one above. I have already reached out to the office regarding this matter, but the disturbance continues.This is not the first time I have encountered this type of issue. In a previous residence, excessive sound pressure levels from a nearby hookah club—located approximately an eighth of a mile away—caused vibrations in the walls and windows. The situation escalated to the point where the police and a city council member had to intervene, ultimately resulting in the club installing sound baffles to mitigate the problem.Similarly, I have experienced disturbances from high-powered vehicle sound systems in past communities, which were severe enough to rattle windows. In those cases, law enforcement and private security were necessary to address the issue.I am bringing this to your attention because, while the complex is generally a quiet and well-maintained community, this ongoing noise issue is an outlier that significantly affects my ability to work from home. I would appreciate any steps that management can take to help resolve the matter.Please let me know how you would like to proceed. I look forward to working together to find a solution that maintains the peaceful environment of the community.

Great experience living at this complex. The apartments are brand new and look great. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. Any maintenance/fix requests are followed up quickly.

I havent even moved in yet but I had to come on here and make a review. I spoke with Anthony and Michelle. Michelle was my property manager at my last apartment complex, and the entire reason I am moving here is solely because of how AMAZING she is. My husband and I move in May 10th and I am so excited. Anthony is very helpful and showed us around the complex and explained everything to us perfectly. All in all if you are looking for a gorgeous apartment, and very wonderful apartment management, check them out you will not be disappointed!!

Went a toured this place today. Anthony was the employee who took care of us today and he was just fantastic. The property is brand new and very well kept. We were stuck between a 2x2 and a 3x2 and he took the time to really go in depth and spend the time to make sure we were taken care of without cutting any corners. We didn’t feel rushed or like he was just trying to sell us something which is a common issue with most properties. We are planning on doing our applications tonight because out of all the places we toured no other property compared to this one looks wise, customer service wise, cleanliness wise. We loved it. Thank you Anthony for your time today and your friendliness.

Our leasing agent was Thy and she was so helpful. Anytime we had questions or needed information about different floor plans she was there every step of the way and always responded quickly. Cant reccomended her enough, she was awesome!

Walked in without an appointment when we were in the area. Anthony received us and took us on a tour. He addressed all our concerns and showed us options. Went ahead and signed the lease with them. Can’t wait to move in and see what this place has in store for us!
