I wanted to take a moment to share my thoughts on The Artesian on Westheimer. First off, I cant say enough good things about the manager, Ashley. She is truly outstanding—she listens, shows genuine care, and addresses issues promptly. Over the past 6.5 years of living here, I’ve seen various managers come and go, but Ashley is by far the best of the bunch. As a community, we need to come together to maintain the cleanliness of our property; its important to remember that we can’t place all the blame on management for everything that occurs. One thing I appreciate is that when I send an email to the office, it certainly gets the attention it deserves. While I’ve encountered some challenges during my time here, I’ve noticed a positive shift since Ashley took over as manager. Thank you so much Ashley F.

The leasing agent mazell was very informative, and made me aware of all my options as far as leasing. She was very nice and professional throughout the tour and took her time with each unit I saw. I will definitely be applying!

I had lived in different places, but the layouts of Artesian on westheimer are really nice.Ashley was very proffesional helping me out.Lead maintenance guy was very helpful when he came to my unit to take care a work order.I live in a 2 bedroom apartment with a garage.mi bedrooms are above my garage. Very quiet.literally you dont even hear your neighbors because almost every single unit comes with a garage.and my bedrooms,each one has a nice view to outside.My private patio is amazing!I sit oustide at my patio without having direct view from my neighbors across building.I love this place!

Spacious apartments, mostly with the garage attached. Closed to Mall, grocery stores. Maintenance is slow but they will do the job in the end. Front office people can be rude sometimes and not helpfull. Answering the phone is al.ost a no guarantee.

Mazell makes it worth it! I’ve been here a few months now and no real complaints but the free that I have had, have been quickly addressed and remedied. I typically communicate with the young lady, Mazell, that moved me in, and all has been well. I’ll probably renew my lease a couple times

My favorite place to live by far, very welcoming community and great office staff. Maintenance is surprisingly responsive and always gets what i need fixed fixed. The Soccer Field, playground, gyms, and pools make this complex really fun to live at, the complex is always active and the the people that live here are friendly and keep to themselves. The food trucks they bring are a nice touch too. ;)

Amazing Experience!I visited this property and was toured by Ms. Mazell. She was very knowledgeable of the property!She showed me their up to date amenities as well as their 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit and I instantly loved it! My family and I relocated here to Houston back in June. We were worried we wouldnt find apartment to accommodate our families needs for space. Moving from a 4 bedroom home we moved into a 3 bedroom and we absolutely LOVE it. Its spacious, upgraded and surrounded by green living.The community is nice, the grounds are plush and always very clean. The staff is super attentive and helpful, the maintenance crew is timely and goes above and beyond. The new manager Jollie is always so welcoming, its clear to see that she really cares about the community.I look forward to renewing my lease and staying here for a few more years. Very happy satisfied tenant.

I have lived here a little over a year now. I would have given the complex a seven-star. Staff at the leasing office has been wonderful. All my maintenance requests are addressed on a timely manner. I love the amenities. Complex is safe and clean. Grounds are well kept. Landscapes are well maintained. My major problem is the garage door noise. Unfortunately for me, I did not know about this before moving in. My two bedrooms are on top of other peoples garages. My garage is under my living room. The garage under my master bedroom is terrible. The occupants of the apartment are constantly opening and closing, between 12 midnight and 7 am. I often sleep in my living room and have my ac on 68, so the noise drowns the noise from the garages below a little bit. Make sure you check that before you move in, especially if you are a light sleeper. Also, recently, some people moved in to the building opposite. They party almost every night outside till 3am and start again as early as 7am, especially on Saturdays and Sundays.

When I first came to ARTESIAN On Westheimer, I had a issue with the unit that I was to previously to move into ,because of CYNTHIA manager ,(head of maintenance )understood and felt my pain on a situation. She help me transfer it to a different apartment unit… without her help I did not know what to do about the situation, but I do know it was headed to a bad direction.. CYNTHIA came alone and made the whole situation positive all around. I am so grateful and glad that I have came in contact with her, she said down and listen. I was literally in tears, She is an awesome caring understanding person!!!! Every time I go into the office about anything she instantly get anything I speak about done!! I take my hat off to you Ms.CYNTHIA you don’t know how much you help me.. again thank you very, very very much. I am very satisfied with my unit….❤️

I love these apartments. The location is great and there are plenty of things to do. I have all the amenities that I could ask for. The environment is clean and the staff is amazing. I never have any problems with the front desk workers. Maintenance is also timely. I truly get my money’s worth.

I love living here. The neighborhood is so quiet and the apartments are beautiful. BUT I wish I received a tour of the neighborhood on my tour day because i had no idea there were two sides to the neighborhood. Had to ask a neighbor where the Synott side mailbox was, thats when I found out about the second side. Maintenance must have not done their checklist before new tenants move in because there were a lot of issues with things not working upon move in and within the first month. The trash area piles high and its very ugly but other than that its great

The manager C.J. is patient and polite. I was very impressed by the tour of the apartment and decided to move here. Its very safe and secure, I feel like Im in a luxury hotel. It definitely feels like home and I highly recommend anyone to live here. I also want to thank the staff for making me and my wife feel welcome and comfortable.

I’ve been living here for a year now and from the time i moved in till now i have seen a huge change in the management and am very greatful. I feel like they are more responsive to my problems and are actually interested in my thoughts of the complex. Anthony took his time to make sure that We had the home We wanted as well as needed. By him being empathetic to our needs, and moving Mountains!! Lol he’s amazing and The staff there are very considerate, nice. We had a minor move-in situation but they came and fixed everything. My husband and i felt as if we had connected, They did a great job and We really appreciate it. We are excited to call this place Home!! It could not be better located it’s close to a lot of shopping, restaurants, transportation and schools. (I recommend my son school *International leadership of Texas/*its a great school) this apt also offered amenities that most communities did not!! ( a carwash center!!🤯) and soooooo many other things! The inside of the unit is Beautiful I would recommend these apartments to any one looking for a nice place to live. Thank you again. Excellent place to live as it has two pools, two work out gyms, the units are clean as well and its at a prime location on Westheimer so everything is right around you a well as access to highways. The management is great and respectful when you need to pick up packages or hold packages as well. I would of extended my lease but unfortunately my project was moving to a further part of Texas so I couldnt. The attached garages really sell themselves and come big when it comes to carrying groceries into your unit, keep heat to a minimum for your car and extra storage and privacy as well. There is no noise problems, i felt safe here and everyone pretty much minded their own business. The office being open until 6pm M-F and even on Saturdays and Sundays was a MAJOR plus when issues arrived or I needed to pick up packages. I loved living here and I am going to miss it dearly.

I’m very shocked by some of these reviews I just read. I’ve lived here for 2 years and haven’t had any of the problems I read about. Although I have noticed the office staff is always changing because when I go in there I often see different people. I have never actually met the manger either, but besides that everything has been pretty smooth since I’ve been here. Anything I’ve ever requested has been token vcare of within the same week. I love it here, my building is pretty peaceful for the most part. I feel safe and comfty in my apt so I can’t complain!

Just moved in recently and Ive found the leasing office team to be helpful and friendly. A BIG kudos to the office personnel (Erika) that handled my application; she was super efficient; I got timely email response from her even during the Texas winter-storm episode (~2wks ago).Overall, the unit was well prepped for my move-in....loving my crib and thepeaceful clean environment.... :)

My family and I moved here in May of 2015 and since then we have had really no problems at all! We dont have a roach infestation problem or even really see any type of bug at all in the different weather types. The staff is nothing but helpful and when instructed otherwise are very quick to resolve any issues. As far as the maintenance, Al, Carlos, and Moses has been absolutely amazing! I had a problem with my son for months and Carlos and Moses went above and beyond to make sure it was done right this time. Every time I ask for maintenance they come immediately and they always do it with a happy face. The only complaint I have is that the security gate is often broken and it does bother me a little bit.Other than that, it is quiet and clean. The neighbors are nice and I love the Clubhouse amenities. Its great for kids!

I’m one of the first residents at Villas since 2009 even before the Westheimer side was built! I have enjoyed living here and haven’t had any bad experiences; however, I do have attached garage with my unit which may provide extra security. Management always accommodates my needs when asked! Michelle, Siboney, Stephanie, & Ashanti are always willing to listen to any concerns I may have and correct them immediately if need be! I will be going into my 10th year staying at the Villas, and I’m looking forward to renewing for another year! Thanks for everything Artesian at Westheimer!

As Im reading these reviews, Im literally in awe and pretty much grateful that I havent had similar bad experiences while living at Artesian for almost 4 years now. I truly sympathize with everyone regarding their awful experiences. Ive stayed here this long because Ive felt like it was a safe environment, quiet and peaceful surroundings, loved the amenities, rent prices were affordable in a prime location, and surprisingly, Ive never had any problems with management or maintenance for the most part.Im definitely not being paid to write a good review, I can only speak on MY experience, but I do have a few of my own complaints that will hopefully get managements attention, but honestly speaking, my living experience has been pretty much satisfactory thus far. Hopefully, I dont jinx myself.Complaint #1 - THE DUMPSTER AREA!!!! Management/maintenance have tried to keep up with the volume of trash by adding a second dumpster on a periodic basis as opposed to a continuous basis, but its just impossible to do so considering how large the complex is. Ive seen residents throw away everything from TVs, sofas, BBQ pits, etc. and also just leave their trash bags on the ground, after its fallen off their vehicles while on the way to the dumpster. Very tacky is all I will say about that...some residents need to do better.Complaint #2 - As someone else has stated, the pool area being closed down on holidays such as Memorial Day and/or 4th of July. Ive experienced this situation before and was BEYOND PISSED that they would do such a thing during a summer holiday knowing majority of the residents are looking forward to swimming and BBQ-ing at the pool.Complaint #3 - Also, the newly enforced passes where were only allowed to have 2 guests per resident to occupy the pool area and other amenities of the complex. In my opinion, it seems a bit drastic considering that if were paying all of this money to live here, why should we be limited to only 2 guests to accommodate us in the pool area? I do understand that management is trying to prevent the amount of stragglers from occupying the amenities whom are non-residents, but lets not forget about the many residents whom have multiple children, family members or even friends that could be visiting with them for a day, a weekend, or even a few days and its pretty much unfortunate and unfair that if we wanted to entertain our guests within the pool area, only 2 of our guests are allowed entry.Complaint #4 - Theres been multiple incidents where shootings have happened, criminal damage to property, people breaking into cars, home invasions have occurred, etc. I know of 2 domestic shooting incidents occurring that was never reported to us and the only reason why I knew it happened was because I couldnt pass through my regular route to get home, due to HPD having the area blocked off and for the other incident, my friend who stays on the Synott side heard the shots for herself. Management usually alerts us by placing an orange notice on our front doors, but somehow were NOT always notified of every incident happening.Complaint #5 - The gates are ALWAYS broken or our gate keys are ALWAYS malfunctioning!!!! The response time on getting these things fixed have lasted anywhere from a couple of days to a couple of weeks. Ive noticed that when the gates are broken, this is usually when we get the orange notice about a crime happening within the complex...go figure. Yes, management has installed security cameras, but based on how many residents that have complained about their unfortunate and unsafe experiences, as a suggestion, I believe management should take further action by having a security guard monitor the premises on a daily/nightly basis. Crime is all around us in a big city like Houston and we cant escape it no matter where we reside at, BUT Im more than sure there would be less crime related incidents within the complex if there was a security guard on duty.Hopefully this helps!!!

My family and I have been here for years. I love the fact that they have events every month with food and prizes. Allowing us to get to know our neighbors. Very upscale complex the office staff try their best to make sure they meet our needs if something is not right. I would recommend Artisian to anyone who wants to live in a clean quiet beautiful community!

The property is really quiet with a ton of amenities. The clubhouse is spacious and available to rent. The staff is helpful and attentive. Its a huge property but is still cozy. Theres also security which is an added bonus.
