    Awesome new management and staff. Portia and Tiffany are rocking the office and the whole place is beginning to get much needed upgrade. Laundry rooms are being updated with state of the art machines and the doggie park, oh, its been cleaned up and now we have a perfect pet park. Everything has started turning around in a short few months. Very impressed, I have been a resident here for almost 15 years, my parents and my aunt had apartments here for 30 years each. Its returning to a true place to call home

    We are long-time tenants (9+ years) of this apartment complex and the new ownership and management team have been an amazing! They are giving the complex new life and are really striving to get to know their tenants and are taking recommendations/concerns seriously. My family and I love everything about this complex and its new ownership/management!

    We have been living in Arroyo Square since approximately 2016. We have gone through 3 property management companies, as well as 3 different owners. When Ridgemark bought the property recently they actually started to care about the property and actually taking care of things that had been neglected for a long time, such as lawn and building care. Porsche and crew have done a great job in communicating to the tenants about what is going on and their expectations moving forward with the property.If you are looking for a new apartment definitely give Arroyo Square a walk through.As for previous Google reviews from about 2019 to September 2023. We had different owners and property management. So at least give Porsche and crew an opportunity to show what has changed.

    Anna the complex manager, Paul in maintenance and the other staff as well has made a huge turn around at arroyo square! Truthfully In the past years management has not been the best among other issues at the property but that is definitely not happening anymore. Staff is very helpful and kind, the property has been well taken care of, Is safe, and work orders are completed in a timely manner. I had issues in an older unit and was able to move quickly into another more updated one, now happy to spend another year here at arroyo thanks to Anna and Paul’s help.Thank you for working hard to make the property a better place for residents!

    The staff at Arroyo Square has been so amazing and professional! They made the application process stress free and easy. I first met with Jerimiah and he showed me the units. Very nice and welcoming. I later received a call from Porscha to inform me that she will be handling my application. Porscha not only did an amazing job at communicating with me but she was extremely professional and nice throughout the whole process. I was nervous looking into a new apartment but they sure made me feel valued and welcomed which relieved the stress I was feeling.

    Anna the current property manager is starting to get things back together, clean up the property and actually take care of the tenants. We have been here since about 2016 and have been through good property managers and really bad ones. When the current company bought the property things started to go down hill, because they couldnt keep a good property manager that would actually take care of the property and the tenants. But now that Anna and the current Maintenance Manager are here things have definitely started to get better. The property is cleaner, work orders arent taking 6-7 months to complete, and she has taken on the task of getting to know the residents and is starting to put on events. My wife and I truly hope that Anna and the Current Maintenance Manager will stick around for the long term.

    Krystal I would like to tell you what you have done is truly amazing and you are so fun and caring. You have truly turned this apartment around and for the better I feel safer and more at ease knowing that the landlord actually cares for the residents and their safety. Being able to stay connected with just a single message is fabulous, as well as if anything needs repair they are on top of it. I really dont know where you found the new manager for this apartment but do not let her go, she is truly a major asset to this place. Thank you again for everything you have done for us and hope that who ever sees this gives you a big bonus you deserve it

    Tiffany Porsche and Jeremiah are doing an amazing job. Cody has mad the pools so much better. I have been here for years and this is the best management I have seen so far!!!

    Been a tenant here for about 2 yrs and yes good and bad mangers come. Anna the current manager has been on it from day one handling up on everything and anythings that previous managers never did or finish.if your looking for a good nice place as well as manager to have then this is the right spot. I can honestly say she cares for her people here which is a HUGE PLUS IN MY BOOK!

    Nice place to live and very affordable. And got a great move in special when I came. I moved here in Dec 2020. I live in a one bedroom that is plenty big for me. Not crazy about the AC/Heat unit but I improvise. Brand new appliances in the kitchen. Great water pressure in shower is awesome. The office staff is super friendly, attentive, and quick to respond. The maintenance staff is same. I love the quiet and love the patio area for my little dog. I live in a downstairs so I have the little yard. Free covered parking and laundry facilities at every building. Pool, tennis courts, and pet play area are also a plus. Nice location with easy access to shopping.

    Porsche, Tiffany and their staff have been amazing since I walked in the door day 1. They have accommodated all my needs and maintenance issues with no hassle. Looking forward to living here a long time 👍🏾

    The new property management team have really changed this place around. I’ve lived here for years, soo happy to see the positive changes. Tiff, Porscha and Leighann have helped me we feel at home.Thank you ladies!

    We thought the apartments were really cozy, and we could almost forget at times that it was an apartment. Were on the first floor and have a small, enclosed backyard which is so nice to have (although sadly it doesnt have any grass in our spot...but there are pretty bushes and trees). The layout is nice and its quiet, with friendly neighbors. The dog park is a real plus, as well, and the office staff has always been lovely to us. The only downside is the apartments are a bit older so its got some quirks, but overall it has been a nice place to live.

    I have been here for several years and love my little apartment. The staff is quick to update any issues the apartment is having either by email or text. So i always know what is going on even if I am not at home.

    Update: huge management change. Now staff are cold, distant and eager to be rid of you.This is an all inclusive apartment that includes the water, sewage, electric, trash, storm drainage which is very convenient. The management is very friendly and they always have fun events planned for the residents.

    The new manager Porsha, and her helpers are making the apartments looking beautiful again. Is clean and the inside of the apartments are beautiful.

    We lived in these apartments while my husband was in tech school at Goodfellow AFB. The staff is very helpful. I couldnt look at the apt beforehand, so Pam & Jessie went out of their way to send pictures, answer questions and help us get settled. They waived the deposit and put our application fee towards first months rent since we are military.The apts have some issues, but no more than expected from an old building. They spray for bugs regularly, and maintenance complaints are taken care of promptly-even after the office is closed. A lot of people dont pick up after their dogs, but maintenance usually takes care of the crap if it gets too bad.My biggest complaint about living here is the water - which has nothing to do with the apartments - just a warning for those moving to San Angelo. Its Chlorinated and Flouridated. It even smells bad, & tastes worse. The city has posted mechanized water Vendors that cost 25 cents for a gallon and 50 cents for 5. I would suggest buying Niagra bottled from the grocery store.

    Since the Richmark bought the property the new manager is trying to make the apartments look even better than they used to lookedIf you are looking for a place to live I would recommend for you to stay here Great place! :)

    Friendly staff! We basically moved here almost on a blind move and the staff is so friendly. I love the location because it isn’t close to everything. They hosted Halloween trick or treating this year and it was so much fun. I always felt safe living here.

    Complex is god about responding to repair requests. The staff is professional. Apartment is small. Tennis and basketball court. Laundry clean and well kept.
