Been living here since 2012 and the maintenance is one reason I stay. Theyve changed managemenent at least 4 times in the 12 years Ive been there. I really loved our last manger because she was active with the residents, Ms. Anna, and she, actually listened to our needs. Hated to hear she left. Havent gotten a chance to get to know the latest managemenent but will see whats in store. Interacting with tenants tells a lot about managemenent.

I love living here my kids can go out and play, and enjoy them self. New office guy Victor is super nice I had been waiting for my reserved parking for over 2 1/2 months now and all I had to do is go up there and he made it happen same day. Hope to keep living here problem free.

I been here 8 yrs, we just recently got a new leasing manager, Mr. Victor, in my opinion he is so much better than the previous leasing staff, he communicates really well, and he has a very pleasant attitude, he was quick to get started on my request that I had made, Great job Victor 👍

I moved in a few months ago and I’ve been pleased with everything so far! Any maintenance requests have gotten taken care of next day and Angela is great with getting in contact to make sure things are taken care of and with important tenant updates.Community is very family-friendly, quiet, and safe; my last complex- neighbors were snobby- everybody here is very friendly but mind their own too.Even had family of mine move into the complex not long after because they were happy with my move.The apartments are great and would definitely recommend to anyone else!

This is the FIRST time I have ever experienced a seamless rental and move-in for an apartment. The response time when asking a question via text is unbelievable ... Like within a few minutes. Ms. Angela the Leasing Rep has customer service mastered. She was very cordial. Im really looking forward to becoming apart of this living community.☺Update: I have now been living here for 3 months. Im loving the community. Everyone has been kind and welcoming. I have had very minor issues that was resolved within a 24 hour time frame. So far its great!!!Update: I have been here for 6 months now. And I still feel the same about the community. Its clean and quiet. Even though there are children living here you wouldnt know it because the landscape is kept up nicely. Repairs are done quickly. I plan to renew my lease here.

Aroya ApartmentsI have lived in my apartment going on 4 years now and have had several maintenance requests. Each request was responded to and taken care of immediately. Work is always completed on the first visit and followed up on to make sure I am satisfied with repairs. The property is always picked up on a daily basis. Also, the new property manager deserves an honorable mention as a positive addition to our community. Concerns seem to get handled now that weren’t addressed in the past. I was able to get in and get approved for what I wanted. Angela the property manager was very thorough in explaining what I was getting and what I was paying for. She sent all pictures, emails, and requests as soon as she said she would. It has almost been a month since I moved in and so far so good. My neighbors are friendly and its mostly quiet with the exception of your normal apartment noises. I would recommend anyone to move here.

Overall my experience here at Aroya apartments has been smooth & easy going. No problem at all. We needed maintenance done in the bathroom & the next day they fixed the issue for us. The manager Angela is very helpful & is there always if you have any questions or concerns.Thank you 😊

Moved in about 8 months ago to a upgraded unit. The property manager Angela has been great. Any issues we have in our apartment gets taken care of quickly. Maintenance staff is great. Very quiet area. Well maintained.

I have stayed here for 3 years, never had a problem with management nor tenants. The improvements of the apartments are nice and welcoming to new growing families. Rebecca the leasing agent is very nice and answer all your questions. I am looking to move from my 3 bedroom into a 2 bedroom and the transformations are like a high rise apartment in Uptown. Very clean. I would recommend others to move here..

I have truly enjoyed my stay at Aroya. Me and my daughter moved into a renovated 2 bedroom unit. We really enjoy the homey feel and the privacy. Its actually very quiet which wasnt expected, and still located by major freeways so getting downtown or to Arlington is EZ. The office management are great and they handle requests quickly. Mrs. Angela has been a great help and very understanding in the time that we have been here. Its really easy to get things taken Care of on the online portal too!

I have been here 3yrs and 10mos, the property has improved with new owners. The apartments are spacious and well maintained for an older complex. It is in an upcoming area where its nice and quite to come home to.You have access to Loop12,I20,I30 and 67. U will be pleased to call this your new home. I have enjoyed it .They are awesome put in a request and they responded quickly. thanks so much for your promptness to my request

I have visited this property several times since I have family members that live there. The apartment complex is very nice always clean and beautiful in the inside. I have spoken to the property manager Angela several times and she has been really nice and helpful each time we stop by. I would love to live here when my lease is up.

WONDERFUL PLACE the office staff is so helpful with anything you need. My ceiling was leaking at 8pm and Mainteanxe came within 15 to check it out. Thanks so much this is a awesome place to live and I plan on living here for many more yearsThanks Angela Office Manager you’re the best

New property owners doing a good job remodeling the complex and increasing security. This an older complex so the amount of space is ideal for families the new renovations are a nice plus. Not so happy about paying for water and trash now! This is the only reason I gave them a four and not a five. Rebecca the new community leader is friendly and very helpful with the transition from Smith Creek to Aroya Apartment Homes.

Every time I put in a work order, the same day the maintenance man comes and fix the problem. My refrigerator went out. My food was getting cold. I put in a work order and in a few minutes the maintenance man came to see what was going on and got me another refrigerator in a few minutes. The work order was completed and success. Every time I need something repair, it gets repair in a fast timely matter. Most of the time its same day

I am one of the tenants @ Aroya apartments, had an issue with the A/C fan not spinning on Sunday morning. Was able to call the maintenance service and register the issue, very swift process. And within couple of hours maintenance personnel showed up and identified the issue and fixed the problem. Really appreciated his help as it was a weekend and in the afternoon. So keep going guys, five star service
