I must say that we absolutely love the new management! Ive lived here since January, 2018 and we had nothing but horrible issues with the front office and maintenance with old management.Now with the new management it doesnt matter what the issue is, Sarah and Brayden make sure to address and get it resolved as quickly as they can. Also the maintenance guys are amazing! They handle work orders promptly and are very good at communicating what they are doing or will need to do. We werent planning on renewing our lease in May, but we sure will now thanks to Sarah and Brayden.

Ive lived here nearly a year and my husband and I will be here at least another year. It was ok until last summer with the green tags and the multiple management changes. Until last November Id have rated my experience a one. However the new gentleman in management here has worked diligently to fix the lingering problems weve had. Im cautiously optimistic that finally things are being tended to properly and they are always available when something happens. I am enjoying living here now and though there are still a couple fixes needed its in the works and not serious and they keep us updated. When we had a leak bad enough for my husband to have to stay home to prevent water damage they credited us for that day on our rent. For now four stars and Im hopeful that will continue to improve

The New Management at Arlington Farms Apartments are doing their best to take care of all the tenants request and problems. The property is undergoing a new look and new amenities in the near future. The management is very respectful and business oriented. Phillip Holton
