HIDDEN GEM! We relocated here for work temporarily needed a unit right away, notifying the apartment on the same day. When we arrived, Kristen had a few units ready to show us, and she promptly took us to see them. Her customer service is outstanding, and shes genuinely a kind person. We chose the unit we wanted on the same day of our showing and explained how crucial it was to expedite the move-in process since we needed the keys the next day. Despite the short notice, which we also received ourselves, Kristen immediately took action to ensure we got the keys.During the rental verification process, we met Veronica, the apartment manager, who turned out to be another incredible asset to this property. Veronica was very accommodating and worked with Kristen to speed things up. While we waited for our background check to clear, we were offered complimentary beverages. Fortunately for us, the process moved quickly, and our background check was cleared within minutes, allowing us to move forward and get the keys the following day.After moving in, we encountered some maintenance issues. I submitted a service request, and within 24 hours, someone was at the apartment addressing all of them. Later, I had a maintenance request over the weekend, not realizing the office was closed and only handling emergencies. However, Veronica reached out to me on her day off after hours to let me know she would assist with my request, recognizing the urgency of the situation. I was truly impressed by the exceptional customer service from everyone here. If youre considering renting a unit, this is definitely the place to go.

Arista Apartments is the best apartment community in Texarkana. During my time there, they made life so easy. The maintenance and leasing teams are amazing! I had an important item sent to my mailbox a year after I moved out. I realized it was missing three weeks later, and Veronica and Kristen went above and beyond to ensure the item was located and returned to me. They truly have the best team ever!

I love living at Arista Apartments for multiple reasons - including the safe neighborhood, access to incredible on-site community facilities, manicured property, and the dedicated management and maintenance departments.Kristen and Veronica are not only hardworking and knowledgeable in management, they’re also excellent at treating us fairly and making us a top priority.Our impeccable maintenance department is lead by Ray. He has an extensive background in HVAC and is always respectful. The maintenance department cares for our home as if it were their own by addressing any issue promptly and professionally.

The leasing staff and maintenance team are the best thing about these apartments. They are helpful, considerate, friendly, and always ready to help. I would recommend this place to anyone. The property is very clean and well maintained. I couldn’t ask for a better place to have landed.

Maintenance is great! Thank you Ray, and Tray! Went to the office to get an a.c air filter. (Cause what’s the point in calling front office to have someone install that?) well they didn’t have the right size at the time. So I walked out of the office with my dirty air filter, and passed some maintenance guys on the way out. They acknowledged me and apparently noticed what was happening cause they almost beat me back to my own apartment with a filter that worked. Very nice and professional guys!

If your looking for a quiet and disclosed neighborhood then you have come to the right place staff is always friendly and always available. Walmart and other chain restaurants are in a walking distance from your front door. Camera recording 24/7 for added security and peace of mind. Not that you would ever need it. 10/10 highly recommend

I have lived at Arista for almost 2 years and really enjoy it here. The maintenance crew Ray and Trey are amazing, the staff here is friendly and helpful, and overall no complaints living here. I would recommend this apartment to anybody looking to move to Texarkana.

I moved my elderly mother here two years ago so she could be closer to my home. The management has always been kind professional and sincerely curteous at all times. The maintenance has always corrected any issue by the day reported. The apartment was clean when she moved in and the lawns are kept very clean. I never see or hear any dangerous situations or tenant arguements etc. It always very quiet and Im there everyday. The pool has had some break down issues and its always adressed quickly. 5 stars IMO nothing less.

Im blindly moving to the area for a new job and Ive been in contact with the office for almost a month now. Moving is stressful on me, but the ladies in this office have made everything super easy from assisting me with utilities, getting my paperwork signed, paying my rent and deposit, and all of the necessary work that comes with getting a new place. Ive called them a million times and they never act bothered or too busy to help me. Always professional and really great service! Highly recommend!

The complex has only taken prompt, caring, kindness, actions in solving any issues Ive faced. Only can say SAY MANY THANKS. Cant name all, just hope they know I mean all. Vince and Bryan installing installing a new AC in this heat. Cant ignore that defication.

I lived in an Arista apartment for 3 years while working in the Texarkana area. The apartment was very nice. And though I was on the bottom floor, it was quiet. I never heard anything from the floors above me. The grounds are well kept and there was never any trouble with other tenants. Management was always helpful and courteous and on the rare occasion that I had a small issue in the apartment they promptly fixed it. I recently moved out due to a change in my career but if I had continued to work in the area I would still choose to live at Arista. Another plus is that it is conveniently located near a Neighborhood Wal-Mart and numerous restaurants and shops along Richmond road. Management is great and was very fair with me and helpful in my transition.

Needed temporary housing for field work installation at Red River Army Depot. Arista accommodated Myself & Co-Worker with beautiful 2 bedroom with a loft apartment upstairs & down.Very nice landscape on property & leasing office even assisted with not only administrative paperwork back-and-forth to work emails & faxes but also for my son school In Ohio. They definitely took care of us what love to live here if I stayed in the state

Visited the apartment complex while in Texarkana as I plan on relocating in the fall. Great complex with great amenities. Office staff was very friendly, courteous and answered all if my questions about the apartments and the city.
