I had the best experience ever here! Kathy and Juliana were very friendly and went out of there way to help my family and I. The whole leasing process was super easy and things were explained very well! I felt so comfortable speaking to them! So far things are amazing here and I highly recommend this place!!!

Its so quiet and my neighbors are pleasant and respectful and friendly. The managers Juliana & Kathy are the best!! They have gone above and beyond to make our home comfortable. The property is well maintained and the maintenance man is quick and friendly. I have lived here only 10 months and it has been the best experience ever I most definitely recommend this place! Since the first day I moved in it was great, a quiet community, everyone there is super nice, no loud music or anything of that kind. Juliana & Kathy were always super sweet to me and responded to my emails right away. Thank you Aria!!

Just want to say big thank you to Kathy and Juliana for their professionalism and responding to my million questions and making my move in process so smooth. Their desire and willingness to do more for the residences in the community is amazing. They have taken many steps to keep the residence safe and informed. I know you may think its the beginning, but I will come back and give my 6 months up date. I love it thus far and really appreciate having a dedicated office team ensuring all needs are met.

I just wanted to post on here and give a great recommendation to the woman in the office named Kathy. She was very fun and bubbly and you could tell she loves her job. She made me feel so comfortable as she showed me the unit I would be staying in. She answered all my questions and gave me all the information that I needed. She made this process so easy for me.

I initially experienced some difficulties getting settled in. However, Kathy Cruz demonstrated Supreme customer service and professionalism navigating me through the process and set my mind at ease. She truly cares!

I moved here May 2022 and just finished signing my lease 4/18/23 to stay another year. I love these apartments! Ladies in the office are very nice, maintenance guys fix anything broke or if they cant a Professional is called to fix the problem. If youre looking to move I definitely recommend moving here.

The ladies in the front office made move in very easy going and fast. Even at inspection when I notice some stuff wrong the apartment they submitted an order right away and got it fixed . I look forward in moving in and so happy I can finally get my kids back into mesquite ISD. Thank you for your hospitality and keep up the great work ladies!!!

Been here for 6 months, George the lead maintenance has always completed my work orders in a timely manner all the staff very friendly and helpful definitely recommend moving into Aria Residences have had no problems since moving in & Always get everything fixed fast !

I been Gladly living here for a year NO COMPLAINS AT ALL hot water always working, Maintenance always respond to work orders if not same day in matter of 2 days max. The Apartments are remodeled inside out New Manager Tavata very polite, friendly and helpful. I would give A+ to the new owner for all the effort done in this property always making sure we OK . This is a very peaceful Apt. Complex to live in, sincerely after begin living in a house for more than 10yrs and the not to nice experience in apartaments before never imagined how peaceful and quiet this place is and that I was going to be this comfortable not mention how lucky I am that I couldnt have a better neighbors around me. They may have little more requirements to move in but trust me nothing out of the ordinary believe me that its worthy even if doesnt look like base on the reviews BTW there old. So dont forget that Casa Claire has been under new owner n management.

I live here and I love it i like give thanks to the two ladies in the office for allowing me and my family to move downstairs we love it so much. But we only have one problem the people upstairs makes so much noise that we have hard time falling asleep.
