The on site maintenance of the property is always in very good condition no trash anywhere. Everyone is so nice the neighbors are nice, maintenance team is so nice. I love this place it really feels like home, Cindy is the best manager you could ask for she is like a second mother to me. Please keep up the incredible service

Cindy the leasing agent is absolutely a doll. So sweet, efficient and capable. Very professional and very kind.The apartments are gorgeous and a steal for the location and price! and it shuts out all the street noise it’s so calming and peaceful. The finishes on these units were well thought out.

The best apartments I’ve ever stayed in, Cindy has been so helpful since the day I moved into the apartments, she always has such a positive attitude and really cares for the tenants and Mr.Temo which handles the maintenance requests always handles the requests right away and keeps the property in great shape. I would highly recommend these apartments to everyone, the customer service is always up to par and the community is very friendly and peaceful.

We love Ms.Cindy! She’s amazing! They take good care of us like they are family. She loves my puppy and he loves her! Every day he wants to run into the office just to see her and greet her. When we have any problems with our apartment Ms.Cindy gets right on it! We are like one big family here! I definitely would stay here more than the 3 years I’ve already been here. Me. TempIs also amazing!! He fix our problems right away ! What a grate team !! Oh and don’t forget the snacks !! They have snacks lol

Miss Cindy is the most effecient and sweetest person. I transact all my application online and very away from Texas yet she managed to moved us in, as scheduled hassle free. Staff are very nice to. The neighborhood is quite and clean perfect for yuppies whos busy working during the day and wants to rest peacefully at night. plus, you can always have coffee and snacks at the leasing office 😊😊

Ally was a great representative for this property. She is sweet organized and very attentive; awesome on responding to the needs of her tenants. Accurate on move in dates, help assist with all discrepancies, and office is right by gate and 24 hour surveillance. Office is in a clean model unit; you have to start somewhere. I admire the property for just being around a few years unit was neat clean no bedbugs, heat and air work. Im grateful of property and Ally work ethnic!!!!

I searched and visited around 32 plus apts in just 3 weeks and found issues like car stealing, mugging, noise, structural leakage, and some of their property mangers were too arrogant. Luckily, i found Aria, a newly constructed, is safe from all.Above, Ms Cindy is one of the best property managers i ever met. I found her always moving extra miles to help her tenants. She is very caring and possess a pious humble heart. Mr.Teamo is also very helping, caring, and fixing all the property issues.Another property manager Ms Blanka at Belfort from Aria, is also another best gem. She helped me to adjust in Stafford area as i was only looking there.My humble submission; please create a small media center, gym, for tenants to use. Placing small benches at the front lawn will help us to relax in open air. Rest is perfect.Great and amazing people 👍

I’m about sick of these apartments. There is no way that I should have to call the office as much as I do because the neighbors want to blast their music.On top of that the water pressure is weak yet the had the audacity to send a text message telling people that it’s a lease violation if your toilet gets clogged due to toilet paper.Also we received a text message saying they can enter your apartment anytime without notification.

Amazing apartments, quiet and clean. The maintenance staff is great. Cindy (office) is a great person. Solves all issues quickly. The maintenance staff is fast and reliable.

While touring the property it was very clean and quite. The office staff was Amazing and very approachable, I had walked 3 other properties near by and their customers service was terrible. Cindy was great and knew the property well. For a new built the price is fair and I will defenetly be submitting my application. Thanks Cindy for all your help.

I have been living here for about 6 mos. and so far my experience has been positive. The grounds are clean and quiet which is a plus for me. Management and the staff are amazing. Salima, the property manager is always very helpful and quick to address any of my questions or concerns. I plan on renewing my lease when the time comes.

The property is nice and well maintained. Of course it does mean this is the number one choice but after speaking with Salima (manager) if was sold. She has been so welcoming and pleasant and has a genuine concern for her tenants. Come see for yourself!

I am a resident of the Wilcrest location and had a terrible experience trying to contact our apartment managers. Once I spoke with Salima I instantly felt reassured that my grievances weren’t falling on deaf ears. She was amazing to speak with and very prompt, attentive and understanding of all my concerns as a tenant. She even went as far as getting me in contact with someone instantly. She went well above what I expected for an apartment manager and deserves this great review!
