After exploring various properties in Spring, I chose to apply for a two-bedroom apartment at Arden Woods, and my experience has been exceptional. From my first visit, the professionalism of the staff, particularly Ruth and Tiffhany, made me feel confident that I had found the right place for my new home. The application process was smooth, quick, and effortless, the dealwas amazing. My apartment exceeds my expectations, and both my dogs and I are thoroughly enjoying the amenities, including the dog parks and the pool. Yesterday, I had to call the emergency maintenance line, and the issue was addressed within an hour, which further reassured me of the excellent service here. I’m truly happy living at Arden Woods.

I went to the leasing office because I had several problems in my apartment which were fixed quite quickly, the attention of both Ruth and Tiffany was excellent, every time I go there, they find me a solution in a very friendly way (and the truth is that I go to the leasing office quite often). If you guys have any issue dont hesitate to contact them and ask for either Tiffany or Ruth and they will help you out.

Off the beaten path so makes it sort of comfortable even though it can seem a bit dirty around the front trash areas.. Still seems comfortable and a bit more secluded. Being a good thing!To be fair the property and this area is open to people dumping their stuff so not really the fault if the property. Have seen many do this. Tough problem to deal with I am sure

I wanted to say this. Since I have moved in they have improved a lot. The landscaping has been better. The pool is cleaner than it has ever been. Maintenance is really solid and have made a good impact in my unit. To be honest The Property Manager Alex has done a really nice job getting things accomplished here as coming into a new property as management is a lot of work. Thanks for making our community better.

I’ve been living here since 2021. We recently got a new property management company (third one for me). The new manager, I see him out walking the property, every single day with this heat. He and his team have been addressing all the various issues that have accumulated over the last couple of years. Things have gotten a lot better recently. Sure, we had the blackout which was not their fault so the pool was closed a few days obviously. I personally enjoy living here because it’s quiet and clean (now anyway). The maintenance team is also nice. I don’t know what the complaint reviews are all about. They must just be really needy or like to complain. With this new management everything has and will continue to improve.

I cannot stress this enough , the staff working here at Arden Woods are absolutely phenomenal. From the management, to the maintenance team, to the leasing agents in the front office, i have been pleasantly astonished by the customer service and the timeliness in which my issues have been resolved. Everyone is always welcoming. They make me feel like family and they give off the impression that they care about my living arrangements as much as i do. I will, for the duration of my time here as well as well after, suggest and encourage everyone i know that is looking for a nice place to stay to strongly consider Arden woods. Truly an amazing team, top to bottom.

The new management has really been great so far! Ive needed a few things in my apartment fixed and maintenance came quickly. I was surprised to see new faces in the office but the new manager came right out and greeted me and introduced herself. She told me of the upcoming plans. Im happy to hear things will be getting done. She did say it will take a little time to get everything in shape. In any case Im glad to hear it. Ive lived in my unit for 4 years and I would like to continue to stay here.

I have lived at Arden Woods for 6 years. I love my apartment it is very spacious. The office staff is super friendly and always goes above and beyond to listen and help with any issues that I have. The pool is always very clean and I love the outdoor grills and TVs. Pest control comes once a week and you can request it as often as you like. I am not sure how anyone could have pest issues if they are requesting service and housekeeping is up to par ❤️

I looked at 10 apartment properties in the past two days. This is by far the best one, with the most amenities. The office staff are extremely helpful and very nice. They answered all my questions and helped me through the entire application process. Special thanks to Jayden and Ashley in the leasing office for all their help and friendly advice. I will be moving out this weekend, but I couldnt leave without posting a review. I have lived here for almost two years. I would totally recommend moving here. As with any apartment complex there where a few issues but nothing major. One of the minor issues as with any other apartment complex is the parking space, but if you cannot find any available space they will let you park in the front office. For service issues I would say to call the office rather then doing it online. Its much faster that way. All of the tenants living here are very nice and welcoming. They also offer resident events which are very nice, and its a way to get to know each other. My husband always come home from work very late, and there is never any problems. It is so peaceful and he never has to worry about coming home late. The staff is AWESOME! Amy, Veronica, Chloe especially Linda Campbell. She went above and beyond to exceed my expectations, and she is always there to help. Thank You Linda for all your spectacular customer Service!

Arden woods empire would be nothing without that guy, he’s professional and swift at determining the issue and quick to respond a solution. Very resourceful and respectful. Robert needs a raise, and a standing ovation for his performance.

My husband son and i just moved here about a week ago, so far we are loving it. The office staff is very nice and helpful. I put in a maintenance request and with it being the holidays they fixed the problem pretty quickly all things considering. The maintenance guy was also very nice. The grounds are clean, our apartment unit is clean and it is pretty quiet for the most part so far!

I came out here for work, and the staff was amazing KC and Angela are the best leasing agents Ive worked with. They were always on top of everythingThe rooms were nice, and in great shape. The community is really nice as well. They frequently do community events, so there are lots opportunities to get to know people. The woodlands is a great area to live, its clean and the people are really nice.The only issue that I ever had here was finding a parking space, but they are actually going through some remodels and making more spots, so I dont think that will be an issue shortly.Totally reccomend this place, and like I said KC and Angela will really go out of their way to make sure everything is awesome.

Arden Woods is by FAR the best place my kids and I have lived so far. Before moving in we were able to tour with one of the leasing agents named Ashley and she was OUTSTANDING. She had great people skills and was able to answer any questions I had without hesitation. Since we have moved in this place has been nothing short of amazing. If you are looking for apartments with great management, an amazing atmosphere, a beautiful inside and outside, you should check out Arden Woods!

This place can rightly be called home, I have lived here for a number of years now , the community has a good family vibe to it, which makes a good place for families, it took a turn for the better here when Arden woods took over and sent a awesome manager like amber Perry she was just great and made me stay on here, but then she left her legacy behind because everyone at the front office is doing a great job. Ashley is always ready to help ! The environment is always clean overall a good place . Thanks ladies👍🏽

I recently took over a lease right before there was a change of management companies. Janice from the last management company and Mia from the current company were extremely helpful during the process. Mia and Amber have both helped me and were informative and very kind. Since the change of management companies there have been quick maintenance improvements. The lights in my corridor prior to the change were all burnt out. I had put in a service request with the last management company. I never sent notification to the new management company however within a couple weeks there was light! There was a sprinkler water leak just last week and it was fixed in 48 hours! They have also been very prompt with gate problems. They are a little hard to get a hold of, but anytime I went into the office they were prompt to help me! And when you are there you have their undivided attention.

The maintenance crew is super responsive and have gone out of their way to solve issues as soon as they come up. The gym and washer/dryer in the apartment were big selling points. Pool and other amenities are a bonus.

Love living at Waterford Springs! My husband and I both agree that this has been the best apartment experience we have had to-date in Houston. The staff is wonderful, all of our neighbors are so friendly, and the grounds are kept immaculate. Valet trash is always on time, and any maintenance issues we have are addressed and corrected immediately. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, safe, and quiet complex!

First & foremost, I’m amazed at some of the negative reviews! I’ve been here for 6 months and do not have a single complaint! Any time I’ve had an issue they have addressed it immediately! In regard to the noise- I do not believe the walls are paper thin. I have never heard my neighbors and they have children! .. Not even in the unit as I’m currently in a 2/2.Yes there is construction on Gosling road which does make it challenging at times entering and exiting-however, they’re expanding the roads and new things are coming to the area! This is added value to our neighborhood, so can we really complain about this? It’s temporary people! I LOVE the community events that are offered, I wish I could attend more of them however it’s nice to see a complex that prides themselves in unity. The leasing office has a Starbucks machine which I LOVE LOVE LOVE. In the mornings they also have cereal bars & other quick snacks=free breakfast!!! The gym and computer room are open 24 hours, I like the fact the gym is equipped with fresh towels, I work out at 1/2am and it’s always clean. The residents do an amazing part in keeping it clean. I’ve used the computer room several times and they do a great job keeping paper and ink stocked. The one time the printer was out of ink the Property Manager, Amy came and stocked it up for me right then and there. Every time I’ve visited the pool the grounds were clean, this is where I’ve gotten to mingle with my neighbors and everyone is so NICE here! I’ve personally never seen any outsiders come in and swim here. I myself drive from my unit to the pool- does that make me an outsider? Lol, buy a house with a pool in it if it’s such a big deal!! 3 months ago I had a major loss in my immediate family which resulted in me having to downsize. Linda and Amy went above and beyond to ensure the transfer was as smooth as possible; other places would give you major trouble! Not at Waterford Springs! They’ve always been very clear and direct about everything since day 1. Maybe just maybe your listening/comprehension was slow if you’ve had any “miscommunication.” The only complaint I have is that there seem to be new people in the leasing office however they are all very professional and go above and beyond to assist. Last but not least, They pride themselves on PEOPLE, take a tour and see for yourself! Sorry for the long yet HONEST post.

When we entered, there were so many people waiting and I offered my husband to leave. He asked me to wait and I will never regret it. I loved my time at Waterford Springs. The staff was always very nice and eager to help, and I never had any service issues. The property itself is very beautiful with lots of plants and trees everywhere, so it always feels like im camping :^) Only downside is the road construction on Gosling, but it cant be helped. Sad that I have to move back to Dallas!

Office does not communicate well and slow to respond so you need to be persistant if you have questions or need something.Power goes out in the area frequently, but that is not the complex fault. great pet policies and accepts large breeds. Great location. Utilities are a bit higher than expected.

The location is convenient with proximity to 99 and The Woodlands.Cons: this apartment complex has flooded in 2016 and 2017 to the point where cars were totalled (16) and apartments were destroyed (17), parking has been crowded but is improving, the traffic on Gosling is bad while construction is ongoing.

I really like the complex, the very friendly staff, polite maintenance, and our individual apartment with attached garage (great idea). A little difficult to have more than one visitor, because of not enough parking unless visitors ride in one car 😀. Very friendly and accommodating. Hard to reach the management staff. The fitness center is not open sometimes. Overall, glad I moved in.
