    This is my 2nd year here and honestly Allie has helped me by far better than any management Ive dealt with in the past She consistently goes out of her way to address my apartment requests and ensures everything is handled promptly and professionally. Her proactive approach and willingness to assist have made my experience here incredibly positive. Allie’s dedication and exceptional customer service are truly appreciated.

    I recently moved here and Im liking it so far. Claudia, Allie and Bianca did a great job helping me move from thousands of miles away.They were very accommodating, patient, and understanding, as I had lots of questions and requests (lol). Even when I got here and chose to go with a different apartment unit, they were able to get me in it on the same day.I definitely recommend if youre looking for a decent place to stay in a decent area for a good price. Theres lots to do, eat, and shop around!

    I would like to thank claudia and staff for their awesome job. Ever since I moved here the neighbors are really nice. Also this place is really quite around the apartment complex. also maintenance are the best if you request maintenance they’ll come automatically the next day or the day of. I want to thank the Arden of westchase and team for doing a great job to keep there residents happy. And I’ll be happy to renew here next time. Thx😊

    I went to tour and Christophers charm had me ready to lease an apartment with his amazing customer service. Very informative, Very patient, understanding, & such a beautiful smile. The only reason why I didn’t get an apartment is because the balcony’s are full of trash from the people living there & not to mention we walked into an apartment that was infested with roaches. I immediately told Christopher that I really appreciated him and all his time but I can’t move here! He was very understanding and still tried to find the best apartment for me here at this complex. Christopher was GREAT but the apartments Is a NO for me

    I am happy to say that this community is driven by good customer service! Staff Assistant Nicole made sure I was well versed on their community, knowledgeable, very helpful information about the property, I was guide with an unforgettable experience, she is awesome! Mgr. Alora greeted me with a kindness, and a big beautiful smile, I see this is a great team. This community need staff such as these ladies on board always. Thank you ladies for a great tour!

    Right when I got in a lady at the office didnt say a thing but a sister walked in and asked well leasing agent for those who dont get it. She was very welcoming and friendly. Said she was real busy but would try to squeeze me in. I appreciate that a lot for paying attention to people sister. They have amazon lockers cool. I gotta come back Ill post pics later of vids.

    I been living here since May 2020, I haven’t had any problems at all. I don’t have any roaches, the maintenance men clean outside everyday of the week. When the storm happened, the front office kept me updated on what’s going on everyday. My neighbors are real cool, my area is very quiet.The only problem is some people don’t pick up after their dogs but that’s not really a big issue cause the maintenance people clean it up. Parking is great!!

    I moved into this apartment one month ago, the property manager Alora and the assistant manager Nicole was so helpful and kind. The male office staff was so patient and polite. He answered all my questions and made sure my move-in process was smooth. I highly recommend this place. Excellent customer service overall.

    Great place to live if you’re starting out. Right on westheimer and Kirkwood and close to everything. Management in the office seems very professional. Helped me every step. Appreciate it Claudia, Bianca and Alexandria.

    I was so content with my tour by Ashley, she was so kind and patient with me to answer all my questions. She clarified everything for me and went the extra mile by really making sure I was comfortable and well attended.     These apartments are prefect! The room sizes are good. Ashley took me on a tour of the complex and answered every question I asked. The whole staff was friendly. It’s a great location and close to many thing! Definitely look forward to living here!!

    I received a tour of the apartments by Nicole and was very satisfied! Very friendly staff and answered all my questions during the tour. It’s around a good area and very close to Westheimer Road. Definitely worth checking out to see if it’s good for you!
