I’ve lived at the Arden Terrace Apartmentshomes for several years. The area is great and not to far from work.. I’m looking for good customer service and communication. Amanda is a very helpful and kind person.. She has taken care of my work orders in a timely manner and I really appreciate it. I just signed my new lease and I’m looking forward to seeing what’s next for this property.. Keep up the good work Amanda and thanks for all your help.

The management team has been responsive and helpful whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, which is a huge plus. My apartment is spacious and modern, with updated appliances and plenty of natural light.One of the best features is the amenities. The fitness center is well-equipped, and the pool area is a great place to relax on weekends. The community events organized by the management are a nice touch and provide a sense of community among residents.

Ive been here for 4 years and am moving to the other side of town. Reluctantly Im leaving this nice little community. The staff has been fantastic the entire time. Ive never gone more than 2 days without a maintenance request being taken care of and the office staff has always been helpful with everything Ive needed. I will be acquiring another lease at another one of this companys properties because I know the quality of service. The location of this property is its biggest attraction. Im literally in the middle of everything with easy freeway access. Im really going to miss this place. The staff as well.

Amanda is AWESOME! She replaced the joke of a manager that was here previously and shes already taken care of issues that the previous manager refused to acknowledge or deal with. She is very responsive as a property manager and is very courteous and respectful.

The Arden Terrace is a beautiful place to live. The property manager Amanda is super friendly and very helpful. I would recommend this property to all my friends and family!

I lived here for about 6 months now. I truly enjoy being here. Toya is always prompt on returning calls or solving issues pertaining to the apartment. Whenever I put in a request for a repair or replacement, Jordan will take care of it right away; usually within two days, if not busy or over the weekend. Great, peaceful complex. No complaints here!

The Arden Terrace Apartments Community has been My Home since July 27, 2006 (Formerly Country Place Apartments & later City Terrace Apartments). I was a Special Educator then, but now A Retiree. This Apartment Community is in a very good location (community park, schools, places to eat, stores, banks, medical/other essential facilities). Ive seen/experienced many changes over these 16 years. Kudos to Ms. Toya Sow, Our Community Manager Angel! She truly has a caring heart for us residents! In addition, Many Thanks to Martir, Our Longtime Maintenance Staff Angel! His heart for service is on display daily on our communitys property & with our communitys residents. Some Suggestions: 1) Monetary Concession for all existing residents who renew their leases for 12 or 13 months 2) Reduced Monthly Rent Rates for loyal longtime residents 3) Repair/Repaint all needed Exterior Features on Community Property (including Mail Room Floor, Stairwells/Stairs, Structure Features, Apartment Door Areas, Covered Parking Area, etc.)

I have been living here on property since 2007 and i truly love it here i have never had a problem with any issue when i do i just pick up the phone or go by the office put in my request and it will be done. I just love my french doors. The maintenance is good all the services are good the manager are supper nice so to some it all up CITY TERRACE is a good place for a growing family to live close to schools,park,grocery stores ,oh lets not forget the pool area is beautiful enough said.

Ive been living in this complex since 2014. Very nice place. Wonderful neighborhood. Nottingham park 5 min walking. School rating is good.Perfect place for families. And I have to mention the new management are the best ever, very nice people and professional. Plus, the maintenance really quick and efficient.

Its nice to see that Radco has taken such good care of the community since they purchased it. I was the property manager here 5-6 years ago and my house recently flooded due to the hurricane. Im glad to be here (after being displaced) and the upgrades are beautiful. I have run into a lot of old residents that still live here when I managed it. That is truly when you know people are happy. This is the best little community in the area.

I moved into a one bedroom at the first of July and I love it! I have beautiful hardwood floors and a huge walk in closet. They are also doing a lot of renovations to the property and it is only going to get better!! I would recommended everyone to come check this place out!!
