I just applied!!! They got some nice apartments for less than $1000 a month. They are located right next to a grocery store, and it in a really nice neighborhood. I so excited to move in. The people in the office are so nice, I mean southern hospitality!!! Even the Resident that was in the office was nice and welcoming. She told me I live right across from the office.

Living here has been a great experience with affordable rent ,friendly neighbors and a convenient location. The management responds quickly to any concerns, including pest control ,making it a comfortable place to call home. Id recommend it to anyone looking for a safe and welcoming community.

This property has really improved since the new manager started. The leasing office staff are so sweet and super helpful. They always respond quickly even if it’s just a simple question or a maintenance request. The property is clean, & my neighbors are polite. I love my townhome, & I definitely recommend this apartment complex!

Patrick the manager has been very helpful, recently the leasing office and a few occupied residents apartments caught fire and displaced some residents. He was here helping some of them move furniture out and my experience with him he always has a smile. I would greatly recommend renting here just for the service he provides.

I was greeted with a friendly smile from Patrick upon my arrival, but he was assisting someone one else. I toured the community yesterday with a young lady named Briana. She was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the community. If your looking for an apartment and want first class treatment ask for her! The grounds were clean and well maintained, the pool area was sparkling, and the model apartment was beautifully decorated. I’m not looking to move for another 5-6 months or so but I will definitely be submitting an application when I’m ready!

I would like to say during my visit in consideration of applying for an apartment, the staff was exceptional, courteous and professional. They were very helpful and knowledgeable, although i did not qualify at this time for an apartment, they provided advise to assist me in the future. During my tour I noticed the complex was very clean and well maintained. I would definitely reapply to when I get my items in order. Big ups to the manger , Devorah for her great advise and help!

I have lived here since 2015. I have seen all kinds of changes.The Manager, Devorah is amazing,helpful, and attentive.The team is always looking to help and take care of your needs. Amanda and Tanesha go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. Daniel, the maintenance Guy is available day or night to take care of you!I’m proud to call this my home. The property is always clean. Yordan takes care of the pool it’s always sparkling and clean. Thanks Team for keeping our community beautiful.

Well Im leaving as i entered with a great staff fro a change. Ive been here on the property since 2008, and the experience Ive gotten from the staff NOW..especially from Debovorah( property manager)has been phenomenal,as far as making my exit experience a great one, at making sure all my needs were met, and at a short time. Wish she would have been here sooner, i may have stayed giving her the benefit of the doubt of changing my living experience here. Remember,Rome wasnt built in one day, so give her/them( her staff) a chance at turning this complex around foe the better.

If you’re looking for superior customer service fast response and acknowledgements. Manager Ms Devorah the property manager is also hands on with tenants understanding and compassionate to everyone’s situation and concerns with a leasing team to compliment her management the landscaping pool and workout room and mailbox area is always clean and welcoming I recommend The Arden Of Greenwood a good selection of available floor plans and reasonable monthly charges. If you love peace and a quiet apartment The Arden of Greenwood. I’ve been in my unit for almost 2 years and I’m renewing my lease I love it here and I also highly recommend. I sent an email after office hrs knowing it more than like wouldn’t be received until Tuesday but Ms Devorah, responded promptly. I give her the leasing office team and property a 10!!!!
